I had a wonderful experience at East Hennepin Auto Services. They did a great job changing my oil at a reasonable price. I was delighted to find out that they are a full-service gas station also. It is a friendly atmosphere and I will return.

This place is great. I have a 93 Chevy and got turned away from multiple other shops in the area due to its age. These guys have been in the business for decades and definitely know their stuff. Had some problems with acceleration and they checked it out for me free of cost. Trustworthy, straight up, and good communicators. Highly recommend, especially for those with older vehicles. My go to place from here on out!

Wonderful experience. They were very upfront with pricing and didn t add any hidden fees at the till. They were able to explain to me what was wrong and how they d go about fixing it. They even sold me a new tire for super cheap! You can tell they like what they do. This will be my go-to auto shop as long as I m in the cities!

Great local shop. My wife and I have been going here for about 9 years. They're very honest about what needs to get fixed on your car and what doesn't. They're not the cheapest car repair shop but I'd rather these guys fix it fast, done well, with integrity and honesty. Highly recommend.

I live in NE and have been going to East Hennepin Auto for 5 years now. The first time I went there they saved me $800 on a quote I got from another less favorable auto shop about my brakes. Since then I continue to go get my oil changed there and any repairs that may come up. Great people, great service, will never go anywhere else. I love that it's dog friendly because I usually drive there with my dog, drop the car, and then walk home. Dog gets another walk to pick up the car so everyone is happy. 10/10Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

The guys at eat hennepin auto services were very efficient and kind. I appreciate how they took the time to explain everything to me- as a first time car owner. Definitely will come here when I have car troubles.

This place is great. I had a power steering fluid leak. Mike performed a free diagnosis and quoted $150 for the repair. He ordered the part and was able to fix it shortly after. Unlike other repair shops, I was actually charged 20% less than the original quote. I recommend this car shop!

These guys are excellent, and I would highly recommend them over any auto mechanic in the Twin Cities. First, their business has been in their family since the 1950's. I took my 2000 Subaru to them with some major wear and tear issues that needed to be done primarily with the brake system. They were very friendly and explained well what all needed to be done and how I might prioritize the work since there was a significant list of things that needed addressing as one would imagine with a 20 year old car. It was apparent that they were focused on offering a solution rather than being some hip service center trying to make money off of cookbook diagnoses and repairs that may or may not fix the problem. In an era of franchises and McDonald like auto centers, East Hennepin Auto Services offers true quality and personalized auto repairs.

Great guys and great service. Have had brakes done on multiple vehicles and many other repairs over 20+ years. Always top quality work, priced as quoted. Recommended!

I have been taking my vehicles here for over 18 years and I won't go anywhere else. They are honest and trustworthy. A rarity in the industry. I can trust if they say I need something done, it really needs to be done. No BS. Work is completed same day almost every time unless they are waiting on a part. And they are a full service station, so they pump your gas for you! Practically unheard of these days. There is another shop nearby with almost the same name, don't be fooled. The place to go is East Hennepin Auto SERVICES. 2100 E. Hennepin Ave.

Have gotten my oil changed as well as having several issues with my car fixed as well. The guys at East Hennepin are great! Trustworthy and quick! Would definitely recommend.

Family run shop with honest answers to car repair needs. Repairs came in lower than estimated. VERY much appreciated working with an organization that was trustworthy. Work completed on time as promised. GREAT people!

Great shop. One of the few mechanics who will tell you that something is a rip off, don't do it, your car doesn't need it. They've saved me about $1,000 bucks at least with that advice.

My husband came in with a flat tire, which had been caused by nail he ran over. They changed his tire and put a completely bald tire on it and everyday it goes flat. Now every morning and throughout the work day my husband has to go and fill it up. It's such b.s he paid 50$ to have a flat tire everyday, you guys need to give him a refund!

Honest work, they'll tell you what is wrong and what is on the way to being wrong without charging you for everything right away. They'll tell ya honest if something needs repairing now or if it can wait

A very friendly, knowledgeable family of mechanics, the Rasmussens. There is a different shop on Ulysses Ave NE with almost the same name; don't be confused.
