No good experience. I called early to see if they towed, and they said it's was going to take one 1 hour to get their I agreed, but it took 3 hours they still got my car to there garage while loading up the car I asked them to be careful because the wheel area has sensors and the tow truck employee didn't care and when he broke the sensor he said that he didn't brake it that I broke it because the wheel was popped and that's the thing I only called to get a tired change not a sensors issue just simple tire change nerve come to dukes they over pirce and take at advantage and they take least 6 hours to fix simple wheel and sensors even they said it's a 4 hour fix

I blew out a tire right on thirty five w south of minneapolis. Was a really bad spot on the freeway. I called them because they were local in hopes that they could arrive quickly. And they certainly diid. Driver was very kind extremely helpful and I rode shotgun back to their shop. My tires had an odd size to them and it was an AWD. They did not have that specific tire available right away.So they brought me to a tire shop just right around the corner and I got taken care of by them with their inventory. Just really being helpful looking out for my best interest with the Tow Truck driver. Wish I could remember his first name - but really great guy and helpfull!

They left a business card on my car saying that they pay good money to buy junk cars alluding to my car being the junk in this case. Well what if I told you that your business is junk and to fix that instead.

Vanesa (office woman) and the team at Duke's, in my experience, have ALWAYS been professional, efficient, and fair! The mechanics have always done their best to get me back on the road!! Thanks y'all

I broke down on our way home on a Sunday. They towed my truck, and gave us a ride to a hotel. Truck was fixed Monday morning first thing and it was $500 less than the origional quote. They could have easily taken advantage since we were stranded and couldn't go home until they were done, but they were honest and fair. I can't recommend them enough.Service: Car towing

After waiting over an hour for my insurance company to find some one to get my car unstuck, they found Duke and estimated it would be 30-45 minutes more until he could get to me. He showed up within 10 minutes and I was unstuck within 5. He was very friendly and had a great attitude. Was so relieved after being trapped in a dark parking lot for 2.5 hours already.

The owner and his driver went to great lengths to recover our Yukon XL. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage with EXTREMELY low headroom. Nobody else in the metro would touch it. These guys thought outside the box, developed a plan, and executed it perfectly. They were fast, friendly, and got our vehicle to the dealer in a timely manner.

This is about 6-months late of a review - but the fact that I remember Duke's towing after this long is a testament to how good they are.The gentleman who helped us (I wish I could remember his name!) was so friendly and quick to help. It turned what was a terrible situation where I popped a tire and was on the side of a busy interstate, somehow into a decent one. Thank you so much for the quick and friendly service!

Super slow service. Said I would leave my car at a laundromat parking lot and then the person over the phone tells me to call another person for "pick up". So I called the number and I get really bad manners from the person who picked up the call. Said it would expect 45 min till they can pick up my car. Hell I waited almost nearly 2 damn hours. Don't waste your time and money on this kind of service.

Car stalled out in the middle of the road. Got a tow quickly and repairs were finished to drive home within two hours of my phone call. They replaced my alternator with friendly service and very fair pricing. Recommend highly based on this experience.

I ve been here quite a few times and have had many different types of experiences. They can be a bit unprofessional at times but overall they get the job done for a cheap price.

They were fast, professional, and funny. But they put illegal tint on my windows. Over 200 dollars in tickets. And the cost was under 200. Tint guy said he's been doing this for several years. But sold me tint that I've gotten pulled over for 3 times.

I went to get my tired fixed. Charged $17 and didn't do anything to it. Prejudice and never knew it. I've had major work done on my car. Employee told me Jesus has nothing to do with it. I told him that Jesus is the nucleus to everything that concerns me. Smh. He told me he goes to church. I told him that his fruit was unprofessional and if I go sit in a garage that doesn't make me a car. I asked him does he really believe he's a Christian, if so, the love of God is wide and deep, not narrow and shallow like his behavior!!! WOW!!!

if you value your car do not take it here these people are the worst i have ever seen SCAMMERS they charged me 270 dollars to change spark plugs and two coils car ran few weeks and then stopped took to a different shop they never changed the plugs. really PISSED me off i go back guy swears to heaven i,m lying what a joke . i wish i had the receipt but lost it . can,t sue. if you,re smart stay far away i do not see why the city lets them operate a car is as dangerous as gun if it is not fixed right.. so ask the city of minneapolis why these people still have a right to operate. they have alot of bad reviews. very DANGEROUS?

It was supposed to take two weeks to get my vehicles repaired but ended up taking more than six months. These guys lied, played dumb and went on vacation for weeks on end. Meanwhile the body on mv vehicle was severely damaged while in their possession and parked on their lot and they refused to take respnsibility for the damage. It was obvious that they were not carrying the insurance that they are legally required to carry for such an incident.Spend your money elsewhere.

My insurance company said they would be out in 3 hours to pick up my R.V. They made it out in 45 minutes, which was awsome because who wants to be waiting for a row for three hours.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! MONEY HUNGER AND WILL NOT KEEP THEIR PROMISE! ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES AND NOT GETTING THE JOB DONE. UNTIL THIS DAY IM STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE FIX. ITS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS NOW AND THEY ALWAYS BE MAKING LIES THAT THEYRE STILL WAITING ON A DAMN PART FOR MY CAR. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WOULD RATE THEM 0 STAR IF I CAN!

I went to Duke's looking for help after some jerk cut my catalytic converter off and my muffler was hanging to the ground. Duke got me fixed up and running again same day. Thanks Duke!

My car had screws missing, body work did not fit properly and the paint did not match the rest of the car. To top it off, someone smoked in my car AND DUMPED their ashes in the middle console which was not an ashtray. I was very disappointed in the services.

Poor receptionist quality, very rude. Doesn't even greet you. Mechanics are few but one of them a skinny guy he's very charming. Probably the only one that greeted me.

Got my windows tinted, did a good job for a good price. They have the lowest labor rate in the twin cities.
