Best if you already know what you need. DC Auto Care allows you to bring in your own parts, which translates to a nice discount for the car owner. On different vehicles, had 4-wheel brakes; P/S gear; and rear struts/stabilizer bars done--all done well. No upselling here.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Never going here again. I went in to get my car fixed and they had told me everything was good now & that all the car needed was an alignment. I went to a differ auto body shop to get my alignment done there and they told me some things needed to be done because the car wasn t ready for the alignment. I called DC Auto Care and asked why the other shop told me that my car isn t ready for the alignment and the lady told me that the car wasn t ready & that there was a misunderstanding &she asked if i wanted an estimate for that. SHE AND THE MECHANIC TOLD ME IT WAS READY. Never go here. Fell for it once, never again.

I had to go back to have them check my brakes which they had just fixed as they were grinding and squeaking. Trying to get the proper discounts per the Groupon I bought was a headache and unfortunately they came on top.

They are complete frauds. I took my vehicle in there just to do back breaks. Once left they called me several times saying we need to change front breaks while i had my front done few months back. I ending up paying $500 plus because they refuse to change breaks without others part being changed. Never go there they will trap you into changing others once they took your car apart.

All the employees including the owner don't speak english and they are thieves they took Alot of parts from my car i had to throw away the car they charged me nothing they all fraud i will not recomend it to anybody.
