I recently had an issue with some of my gauges on my international truck and was recommended to D&D Instruments by the dealership. I spoke with Craig and asked him if he could try to help me sooner than later because I was already out of work for almost two weeks due to the gauges not working, and our truck was our only source of income. The dealership had it for one week and told me they couldn t fix it and also charged me for giving a possible diagnose. Not only did Graig help me, but overnighted the dash assembly to him and he had it back to me fixed less than 48 hours after we first spoke. He was upfront, honest and took his time to explain to me their process and pricing. He was very receptive to my situation and wanted to help me as much as he could. It was refreshing to speak with someone that understands and cares. Sadly, I think today s business world in general, gravelly lacks compassion and the human element. I reinstalled my dash and everything works as it should. I wish I knew about them sooner. It would have saved me time and money. Thank you so much for your help

I sent in an instrument cluster from a Chevy bus and got it returned looking and functioning like brand new.Excellent service, Customer service, and repairs they turn out.I am extremely satisfied with the work and their pricing, I will be using them again.

I was called to the King's army because the evil dark lord was trying to take over the entire Kingdom, I went to this shop and bought a lute as well as a flute. The instruments here have worked wonders and I have used them to defeat so many monsters. I would definitely recommend this shop for all of your Bard needs.

I have a 2007 bus made by Freightliner with a Freightliner instrument panel. Freightliner was unable to even provide a part number for this gauge cluster. I really do not have a lot good to say about Freightliner. Sent cluster to D and D instruments talked to Doug he told me what he was going to do within 2 weeks the Gauge came back to me looked brand new and work perfectly I would recommend their work to anyone.

Excellent company to do business with. I sent my GM instrument cluster to them from Texas to have it repaired. Received it back and installed it and it works perfect. Nice, clean and all gauges are now working properly. I would use D&D again in the future.

My GMC Envoy speedometer needle was sticking and giving inaccurate mph. I shipped my instrument cluster to D&D Instruments for repair/rebuild. I was extremely pleased with their turnaround time. I could see on my shipment tracking that they received my cluster on a Wednesday around noon. They called me back the same day at 4 and my cluster had already been rebuilt and was ready to be shipped. I opted to pay extra for next day air and I received it around noon the next day. I installed the rebuilt cluster and now everything is working great.I highly recommend D&D if you need an instrument cluster repaired.

Came in needing a Speedo cable made to go with an adapter. No appointment and I hadn't called in either. They were able to make what I needed on the spot same day. That pretty much saved the day. Worked with Gregg. Real nice guy who seems to really like doing what he does.

Have use them a couple of times, they do good work, and if needed I would send them more instrument panels to be repaired.
