Ask for David Chustz as your service advisor. He'll not only work to ensure your out-of-pocket costs are as low as possible, but he'll also stay in close communication throughout the repair process. Can't recommend him enough, and Caliber Collision's work.

I had a great experience at this location. Julie and David were spectacular. Julie was spectacular in communicating with me and coordinating the rental among other things. It made things so easy for me. David Chustz was my service adviser and walked me through the process and kept me in the loop. He was honest, transparent, polite, and responsive. The repair happened faster than expected which I know is not a guarantee but it was deeply appreciated.

I had to wait a little over a week to get my vehicle in after being hit by another driver. My insurance recommended Caliber so I went with them. David was my service advisor and provided outstanding customer service with very quick response times and great advice. I'd highly recommend Caliber and David Chustz.

My goodness every business model needs too definitely pay attention to these folks. Enriching was so gosh darn smooth and handled with white glove professional service. I got my car back quicker than quoted and clean as a whistle. I hope I never get hot again but if I do this is where I will go!! Good job team caliber collision!!

David at Calliber was prompt in updating me, and the repair was perfect. They even surprised me with a cleaner interior (which was very dirty when I dropped my car off) - it s little details like that that put the service above and beyond for me. I will be coming back to Calliber if I ever need a repair in the future.

We had to take our vehicle in for some serious body work on the passenger side. From the moment I dropped it off I felt so taken care of by the Caliber crew downtown, Luke in particular. I got consistent updates that kept me aware of what was going on, even if the news was "no news, still on track". When I picked it up, the car looked even better than before the accident. Can't speak highly enough of the staff at the Downtown Minneapolis location. Pros, top to bottom.

Oh my gosh they did such an amazing job with my car. Can t tell that they replace the door. They lined up my rental car and dealt with all my insurance stuff. They kept me posted via text message or email on what was going on with my vehicle. Oh and they finished four days ahead of their estimated schedule. They even cleaned out the interior cleaner than it s been in a while and I ve never seen my weather tech floor mats as clean as they are since the day I installed them. I would recommend them to any of my friends. Thank you Caliber Collision!!

Highly recommend Caliber Collison!!!!My repair involved a whole new front bumper, interior damage, decal work (the word Malibu on the side) and paint.I dropped my vehicle off on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday!!I'm still shocked about the quick turnaround time!Highly recommend

I was very impressed with the courteous, prompt, excellent professional service I received recently from Ryan at Caliber's location in downtown Minneapolis. A panel on the right rear of my Accent had separated from the main body of the car. Ryan simply took a wrench and popped the panel back in place! It took him about 60 seconds, and the repair was done -- and he didn't charge me anything for his services! So, I am pleased to highly recommend Ryan and Caliber for any auto repair services.Service: Body & Trim

Needing a car repair is never convenient. The team at the downtown Minneapolis Caliber Collision made the process seamless. Every step of the way I received detailed updates on the status of my repair, never once having to call and see how things were going. Great communication and professionalism from this team!

This was the best experience I have ever had in the customer service industry, bar none. I communicated with Julie and Sarnan and they absolutely set THE example for how we should treat people in the service industry and in life. They were extremely kind and communicative through the entire process. 10/10 recommend the downtown Minneapolis location of Caliber Collision.

Sarnan Mark was very kind, proactive, and helpful. When doing the initial walkaround, he was appreciative of all the unrelated existing issues I pointed out. He explained what items would need to be fixed or replaced. He gave me several updates while it was in the shop and when parts were scarce, he asked me how I would like to proceed and explained the options. The lady in the office was also helpful and kind. I'm satisfied with the repairs, and it was fixed in about the time I expected.The fixes were for the passenger door being (unsuccessfully) pried open (cracked window framing) and the rear passenger window being broken and scratches on the back seat. The doors were repaired and repainted well, and the seat was patched well because the a replacement seat was largely out of circulation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great service. The folks at the downtown Minneapolis location are awesome. They were very courteous and professional. Kept me informed through the process and worked with my schedule. I went to Caliber for a crash I had a few months ago where I was pushed off the road into a truck which crushed my front right headlight. The staff here are very friendly, very efficient and understand your unique situation including offering rentals. My only hangup was the late retrieval of my car from the date they originally set for pickup, but given this happened in the middle of a pandemic I doubt it was a controllable issue. If you're looking for pre-accident condition repairs with honest mechanics, you found the right place.

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Very professional and friendly service. I brought my vehicle in for body and trim repair. Seamless drop off, clear explanation of repairs and costs. Received timely updates as to the status of my vehicle while in the shop. The repairs were even completed ahead of schedule, which was an added bonus.Car was returned clean and in perfect condition. By far the best auto shop in the Twin Cities. Got my car done 2 weeks early. Kept me informed of the progress with a text or phone call everyday. Even cleaned up the car and had it looking brand new when I got it back. Sarnan and staff were beyond professional. I needed paint work done after a sign fell on my hood. I use a wheelchair and they took great care and went out of their way to ensure my rental would have the hand controls required for me to operate the vehicle. I am going to save you guys the trouble do not go to this place if you have to leave your car !!!! they do not secure vehicles from theft and its not there responsibility!! . The work I got done to my car was bad I had to return my car 2 times !! Dont be Me and make the same mistake !!! Dont believe me ask them about how many cars have gotten broken into or stolen off their property!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Highly recommend this team!! Mo was my point of contact and he was very accommodating, efficient wrote up a quote on the spot. Scheduled me right away then when it came time to drop off the car they arranged my car rental so that it was there waiting and all the repairs were done perfectly! Excellent communication and updates all along the way. Looks brand new. So appreciate getting the damage behind me. Very courteous and even pulled the car out for pick up. After a minor fender bender that damaged the rear of my car, three days with Caliber Collision got my car looking brand new. They also looked into some other issues we were having with the car that we weren't sure if they were related to the collision or not. The staff was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Brandon and the rest of the team were on top of everything. From open communication about updates on the car repair, to being efficient yet providing quality work, I was highly impressed with the job they did. From my first phone call and having the estimate appointment with Todd, to leaving the shop with my (day early) beautifuly fixed car with Brandon, I was super happy with my interactions with them and how they took care of my acccident needs, while also prettying up a scuff for me that was beyond the accident damage.
