Everything looks just as it did before! The team did an excellent job of matching the paint on the bumper and fender of my vehicle. You can t even tell. Great job! The customer service at the Lyndale location was excellent. Friendly and honest!The car was finished ahead of the quoted schedule. I was very happy about this because I had been waiting a long time to get it in. There was also a glitch in some system when my insurance provider tried to book with this location so they didn t have my reservation when I checked in a couple of days before I was scheduled to bring it in. Caliber Collision worked to get me in ASAP instead of making me wait another month and a half. Thank you!Additionally, the team here did an excellent job detailing the interior. I was so happy about this! I can t thank you enough for that. I have a 1 1/2 year old son. Finding the time in the last year-and-a-half to clean the car has been challenging. The car was cleaned like new! I m pretty sure the carpets were shampooed! Again, thank you so very much! 10/10, would 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone.

Caliber did an amazing job on the car and went above and beyond for me. Clear communication with status updates was great. The team went above and beyond when I picked up my car and it wouldn t start because the key fob had a dead battery, Ed and the rest of the team all helped out finding me a new battery and making sure that it was synched before I left.

Eddie is phenomenal!! I had my windshield replaced here a number of months ago, and when it was done, the hose connecting my wipers to my wiper fluid was not reconnected. 5 months later i finally reached out about this, and he took me in the same day to get it fixed, and even spent upwards of 45 minutes on it! And they didn t even charge me for the labor/time.Extremely grateful for this location, as well as their lovely/friendly staff!!! The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful as well 10/10 experience all around.

I experienced my first car accident October 2023 and was nervous about not being able to get repairs until early 2024 with how backed up all of the body shops in the metro area are. Caliber was able to fit me in on 11/1 and got my car completely repaired in exactly 3 weeks, one week ahead of the estimated pickup date. My car looks brand new and drives beautifully. Eddie worked on my car estimate & I was kept in the loop every couple of business days and every staff member was happy to answer all of my questions whenever I called. I hope I never have to again, but in the event I need repairs in the future, Caliber Collision on Lyndale will be my 1st choice. I highly recommend.

Came with a few questions regarding timeline of getting my car repaired and was met with quite a bit of hostility from the agent handling my car, and even told me I should just go somewhere else if I didn t like it (cannot emphasize enough that I was not at all aggressive in my questioning). It was really odd and all around the most unprofessional service I ve ever received, but will definitely heed the advice of going somewhere else!

Someone hit my car and the their insurance co paid caliber collision to fix it. Caliber did a great job and it was no charge to me. I m sure it would have been prohibitively expensive to pay them out of pocket, but I didn t need to do that. The big corporate shop came through with the kind of good service you d expect from a massive company with lots of capital.

I had submitted a previous review, but looks like it didn't make it. These guys are fantastic! I had a little fender bender during the last snowstorm and called around for a place to do some work. They were able to get me in right away and my insurance had them list as preferred so I dropped the car off.Very thorough estimate based on the damage and they gave me a projected time right away. Throughout the process, I got updates on all that they were doing and were VERY happy to hear when they told me it was done a week earlier than estimated!The work looks fantastic and the service was above and beyond. The car was spotless when I picked it up and the walkthrough for the work was also very thorough, covering everything they did. I hope I don't see them again, but if I need their services, I won't hesitate to call.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very happy with the body and paint work done, and that they worked hard to accommodate my schedule. Everyone was very friendly and the process was as smooth as could be. I had a major collision with a Minnesota DMV road work sign. Caliber did remarkable job in getting it fixed in a reasonable time. What was most impressive was the amount of communication I had during the repair process. Scheduled an appointment a month out for an estimate for hail damage to a 2020 Nissan LEAF. Once arrived at the shop, was informed they don t work on electric cars. The Nissan LEAF was the first electric car, launching in 2010 their scheduling system should not have allowed their agent to make an appointment. What a waste of time!

Had to get pretty much my entire front left side and all the internal parts fixed due to hitting a deer- they were as quick as they could be with parts on backorder due to the supply chain and kept me very much up to date on what they were doing. They also gave me my car back to drive while we wait for the hood that's coming yet in a couple months so I really appreciate them letting me drive my car and not having to use a rental for 2 months. Very satisfied with everything- the car was super clean when I got it back and I'll most definitely be going back to them if I need repairs in the future.

Highly recommended. Ben and Justin did a really good job. I received notifications every day of the repairing process. My car got repaired faster than I expected and looked like a new one. Also the receptionists are very kind and friendly and professional!

I had a problem closing and opening the driver s side door. I walked in, didn t have an appointment but the staff there were very helpful. Someone took a look at the car, it was simple problem, it was fixed within 5 minutes. Ice on the cake was that I wasn t charged because it was a simple issue.Nice, professional, knowledgeable, highly recommended!!!!
