The manager Mark was unbelievably rude. As soon as they have your money and your sale you are no longer a concern to them.He was not willing to help us out at all with the issue we were having with our vehicle we had purchased from them. All he kept telling me was to call Ford, just kept passing the issue around. My vehicle has been deemed unsafe to drive and he did not care at all. He said if I was unable to drive my vehicle to him there was not a single thing he could do for us. He has no issue allowing his customers to drive unsafe vehicles around. I would definitely be weary to buy a vehicle from these guys.

This is the only Ford dealership to bring your Ford Diesel Truck. Ask for Kate in service if you need it done and communicated properly to the mechanics.

I have ordered several vehicles with Jazmine and recently purchased 3 F150's from her. She is great to work with, easy to get ahold of and most importantly wants to make sure our company is taken care of. Had the pleasure to work with Gail on our paperwork, she too was a rockstar. We had one issue come up while trading in a vehicle, but I feel the situation was handle professionally by Jazmine and her team. I'm looking forward to a long term relationship that will help Wescom and Boyer have a successful future!

Made an appointment to have our cargo van serviced a few weeks in advance. Brought it in and didn t hear anything for days. We called them a week later and they hadn t even looked at it. We spent a few more days and multiple phone calls trying to reach the service manager who was always out and no one else could tell us what the status was. Finally got an estimate for the repairs. Called two other DEALERSHIPS who gave me quotes HALF of what Boyer wanted. Poor scheduling, poor communication, and expensive. Never going back.

Today I received the worst service ever from two staff members at Boyer. The first member didn't know I was supposed to drop my vehicle off and was rude and unprofessional. Then he became obnoxious and coy when questioned as to why my vehicle wasn't fixed properly the first time. The manager flat out lied when I asked him about my loaner while my vehicle is getting fixed. Earlier this morning I phoned him and was promised I loaner. This disabled veteran ended up walking to a bus stop and taking public transit home. Thank goodness Metro Transit is dependable, honorable, and trustworthy. Unlike the pathetic staff, service, and treatment I was afforded at Boyer.

Our 2016 Ford F550 with Lexington Fire Department had a recall for the clock spring replacement. Kate did an amazing job getting us in and out same day. I really appreciate the teams work at Boyer for taking great care of us so we could get our truck back in service for our community. Thank you again.

Where do I even start, getting a hold of parts, much less the correct parts for my our fleet is next to impossible. Your better off driving in and asking in person for parts then calling. Expect to keep calling and calling and calling till you talk to anything other then the mechine. And when you do get a hold of someone except the worst experience of a lifetime. When you spend nearly 40k on a 2 year old f150 XLT with 30k miles you wouldn't think it needs tires, brakes, and a rear diff seal right away but that's what I got. But what do I know in just a lowly heavy diesel mechanic. Tires were OR with good tread but all 4 were dry rotted beyond use, brakes were thin and obviously over heated, and the diff seal was bad enough to leave a stain everywhere it parked. All thos combine tells me they really don't care about the costumer and more about the money they can sneak out of the unexpected victim. I'd stay FAR FAR away from this place. And I hate everytime I need their help with something as they are one of the few places near by that have medium duty and heavy duty parts for a good chunk of our fleet

Great to know the staff there as old friends. Great service from Tim and Steve, it's nice to know my truck will be well taken care of.

Terrible customer service skills in parts department, phone system dropped my call 5 times and then when I get a parts person it s like I m an inconvenience. Was warned by another to expect long hold times and grumpy parts people. Will be looking for a better option for medium duty ford parts in the cities. If this is anything like the rest of the operation I d stay far away. Yikes.

Received nothing short of excellence from the team at Boyer Ford. Service advisor Steve does a fantastic job of keeping his customer informed on service progress, and assuring that any information provided by the customer makes it to the technician. I was provided a comprehensive service report that details every concern and remark from the minute the truck rolled in, to the time it left. Extraordinary customer service skills, professionalism and a pleasure to work with. Technician Ryan executed all service with textbook precision, and left this 6.0 Powerstroke owner happier than ever that the issues her truck was having were addressed and repaired. Finding someone who knows these trucks and how to correct their issues is hard to find - he's your guy. The time he spent talking to me directly to hear my concerns and history of the stall issues I was having reassured me that he was thinking deep into what my issues were, not just addressing a surface level concern. As a service manager for another shop within the twin cities, the level of service that I received sets a standard for how our industry should be ran.In short - the work that was performed on my truck was worth every single penny, and finding a shop I can trust to handle repairs outside of my capabilities is priceless. Thanks, Boyer!

I ordered and purchased a 2022 Ford F150 that was delivered in June. The process was the best I have ever had at a dealership. Jazmine Keith was my sales gal who was helpful with walking me through a usually stressful experience in such a way that put my mind at ease. She was always available to answer my questions and got back to me quickly if she had to get answers elsewhere. Management was also very courteous and responsive when needed. Looking forward to working with this team again for my future trucking needs.

Excellent work at an excellent price. They brought my shuttle bus conversion back to life over the past year. They replaced a stolen cat, replaced the muffler I knocked off and rebuilt the rusted exhaust piping around it, cut off and replaced brake rotors that had fused to the vehicle, and cut off and replaced shocks when the bolts had fused to the vehicle. They're the best. Thanks Steve

Scheduled an 8:00 appointment to have vehicle diagnosed and repaired. 3 weeks later they finally looked at it and then waited another 2 weeks for parts. Once the parts arrived I waited 2 weeks for them to complete the job. Poor communication and all I was told was that they were busy. 6 weeks for what should have been a 2-3 day repair on broken exhaust manifold bolts.

All staff are fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating.Ford is a TERRIBLE company to work with. They are ignorant of their vehicle defects and take 0 responsibility for underperforming heavy duty trucks. Talk about having NO accountability and concern for customer safety.I have a fleet of 100+ vehicles, and only a few Fords. All have problems, all are "not a problem" according to Ford. What a joke.I do not recommend Ford for heavy duty use. I wish this dealership had the same staff but sold something else...

We were visiting from out of town and our 15 passenger van broke down - Steve, our service technician was super helpful, got on it quick, even though they were very busy. Plus, their facility was unbelievable clean. Great to work with!

Do not take your vehicle here for service! They've had my truck over a month and it still isn't fixed. I called for an update and they can't even tell me what the status is. "The paperwork must be around here somewhere, I'll call you back." SPOILER ALERT: There was no call back.

I went back to Boyer to get the work complete when I was able to schedule and knew I could manage the four kids, dog, and schedule without my regular vehicle. The weather was better -- and so was the service!I appreciated that Boyer took care of the customer service fix though it was no longer in the covered window. They also checked out a few other small concerns I had. Because of the last incident, the team set me up with a loaner vehicle. I really appreciated it and it helped me feel better about trusting that the work would get done in a timely way.Ultimately, the original service problem may be deemed the fault of the nature of the Ford repair time window. I wouldn't have brought my truck in during a winter blizzard (or the winter at all!), but the customer service repair had a short time period in which to attend to it.--Original incident, Winter 2019I received a letter from Ford about a customer service negotiated fix to address carbon monoxide exhaust entering the back gate of my Ford Explorer. I called days ahead and scheduled the service. I requested estimates for two other issues. They told me they d needed half a day to do it.I brought it in when it was scheduled. I arranged a rental vehicle so I could leave it two full business days (planning ahead figuring 4x the estimated time would cover it!)I had to pick it up at the end of the two days. No one had even looked it. No estimates were done. No service was done. I m out the cost of a rental vehicle and hours of my time.

Boyer Ford in Superior WI. Very bad experience! Terrible service, it took 2 months for them to replace our RV engine. They replaced it last year, the engine was under a 3 year warranty, both parts and labor, we used it three times, the new engine they replaced broke down too. Jasper the engine company provided another engine at no charge, however, Boyer charged us $4,000 for labor on this second new motor, which was under warranty, the same charge they billed us for the first one! We never received an estimate prior for any service, we assumed because it was under warranty a new motor and installation would be covered, as stated in our warranty. Their bill was not itemized, no hours even recorded. The first time we had used Boyer in Savage, less than a year ago, we paid nearly $12.000 and had a good experience. Then they left a present in our toilet, as they clearly used our toilet while it was being repaired. Never ever again!p.s. I tried to get this sorted out with the manager at the Superior location to no avail. The little "automatic" apology doesn't help, but rather points out, there must be many bad reviews to have this "canned" apology in place. I have left a message at the number below.

I used to really like Boyer, but.my last two experiences took way longer than anticipated. One was a scheduled oil change that took ~5 hours, but they comped it so I thought why not try again. The last time was a scheduled inspection on Thursday and they didn't get to my truck until Monday. This was during cold weather (-20f below), so they were busy, and my truck was not worked on. I was surprised to find out they didn't staff weekends when so many vehicles were in need of repair. They didn't have a courtesy car until Wednesday, and when I did get one it was a 2wd F350, probably mid 2000s.Seems like they do quality work, but I don't trust their timing estimates.

Took my truck in because of tail light and turn signal problems. Also, there was a whining noise in engine compartment. Told them to call before fixing whining noise because i thought it was something else besides a serpentine belt. I knew I could have replaced a serpentine belt myself. They didn't call and replaced the serpentine belt and it cost me $177 in labor for a belt I could have replace myself. When I picked up the vehicle, I tried to remote start the vehicle and it didn't work. I told them it worked when i brought the vehicle in. They said there wasn't anything they did that would have caused the remote start to quit and it was the cold weather causing the remote to quit. They also said it would cost me more money to hook up the computer to find out what was wrong. After refusing to pay them another cent, I drove the vehicle home. After doing some searching under the hood, I found that the mechanic forgot to plug in the hood switch which he had to unplug to replace the belt. Once I plugged the switch in, the remote start worked. Boyer used to be a great place to get work done; now it is like they don't care. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Previously have had other issues with them and tried talking to a manager. He just blew me off. The only good thing about the place is its parts department which has always been very helpful and cheaper priced than our local Ford dealership.

The work was performed in a timely manner and they washed my truck when they were done. I had some warranty work done on my 2015 f150. I had to drop it off and pick up my rental for the night. There rental vehicles are not very nice. I dropped off a 2015 f150 and was given a 1997 f150 with no a/c and there was less then 1/4 tank of gas in it. I was less then impressed.

Awful experience. Diagnosis changed several times. Invoice was resent and bill changed by over $1,000.00 (one CSR contradicted another one, not knowing the bill had already been sent). Work didn't hold. Engine is now down completely. Never met projected completion times. Never answered phone. Left on hold over and over again. Clearly apathetic about a customer they knew was broken down in the middle of the country. Clearly in the business of finding ways to charge every dime possible. Not looking out for the customer - AT ALL. We cover most of the US with our fleet and this is the worst and most dishonest experience we have ever had. The new engine they quoted was several thousand dollars more than any other quote received, they felt as if we had no choice.

Complete waste of time and money waiting more than 3 weeks for my truck to get repaired just needed to replace the wheel studs one phone call from service advisor in 3 weeks two times that I tried to call they patch me through to a voicemail fabulous fabulous customer service if you have nothing else to do and don't need any vehicle to drive. I'm not going to talk to anybody from management because they could care less. if you take your vehicle to boyer or you buy a thing from Boyer you get everything that you deserve the only thing that would be better is the knock the dealership down and put up an office building

I was a little hesitant based on a couple of the reviews. But, didn't have many options for my C-Class Motorhome with E450 Ford Chassis. I can say our expectations were greatly exceeded. The facility is very nice and they had several other RV's already there for service. I was expecting it to take several days, but they literally called me the next day after quickly identifying a short in my exterior lights, doing recall work on the tranny module and they also fixed a severed airbag wire caused during after market seats installed. The only charge was for the non warranty airbag wire repair. We were so pleased that I will be bringing our coach there for its next required service. Far better experience than the unprofessional atmosphere I encountered at another local Ford Car dealership. And Boyer is more appropriate anyway for big rigs.

Wow. Some really bad service. Dropped a work truck on December 12 for some minor repairs (side mirror replacement and door wire harness). Had scheduled an appointment for the 13th. Called at the end of the day and they said they were busy and didn t have a chance to look at it. Called again on Monday (16th) with no luck. After pressing, they said maybe they would be able to look at it on Thursday (19th). Net Net just got the vehicle back on January 9th with no explanation of why. This is a work truck and it was out for nearly a month when I thought it would be out for a day. No outbound calls from the service department they would only respond after I called. Not sure what is going on but if you need a vehicle serviced this place is extremely slow.Response to the response from owner - exactly who do you suggest that I speak with when calling your general number (I have the number memorized because I called it so many times while waiting). Here is the deal. There are a bunch of small business owners that have the smaller vans that need same day service. If you can provide it you will have a ton of service business. If you keep a revenue generating asset for a month, sorry you should get out of the game.....

Went to pick up special ordered tires, with an appointment. Called at 3 o clock, to confirm. Arrived at 3:20 and parts guy went home and nobody else was able to assist. Told wouldn't be able to get the tires till Monday. Very poor way to run things. Will likely be taking our business elsewhere in the future

First time there. Needed diagnosis and repairs on diesel box truck. I was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism. Not to mention the entire staff was friendly. Even the repairs were very reasonable.

I had to get my transmission replaced on my 2012 Focus SEL...it's a design flaw that Ford has started to notice. They were really professional and even though it took a while, my car drives better now and it was all under warranty! They're also open until midnight during the week!

This is the most incompetent run dealership I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. You call and order a part and the order taker tells you it's at this location and when you get to that place to pick up your part they tell you no it was transferred to our other location. Also the will call people are poorly trained as they can't do a cash transaction without either help or sending you to the parts department to do the transaction. To much messing around.
