It was cool to see the vintage arcade games, cars, and the 50's style restaurant upstairs. I DID NOT like OR care for how they treated the less fortunate people who were wearing backpacks. They had to leave them in front of the counter. While I was there two were stolen. Everything probably that those people own were in those backpacks. But yet would let women walk in with huge "purses" (the kind you carry grocery shopping). It was discrimination at its finest. After what I saw I refused to spend ANY money in there !!

I had 2 hours to get home because I was on house arrest in hennepin county and I got a flat tire during my allowed time out for the week for groceries. Bobby and Steve's had me repaired in under an hour and had me back on the road and in my driveway with 15 mins to spare. Because I told these guys of my situation they fast tracked my repairs and literally saved my butt from having a compliance violation and doing time in Stillwater prison. Bobby and Steve's is the absolute best auto repair business in the twin cities. You guys rock.

Came here to check tire pressure and car wash. The young man at the car wash entry was a wonderful guy. Offered to help an old lady with airing of tires and was so cheerful. Car wash was okay I used the highest level available and most of the caked on Winter dirt and salt was removed. I didn't use the store or gas pumps.

The auto crew was super helpful and friendly. I waited in their in house cafe for the diagnostic and work to be done. The people at the convenience counter were friendly and suggested that I sign up for a rewards account, which I did. When at this location check out the lofted cafe to see very cool motor memorabilia and even a mid-century powder blue Chevy Impala on display! I cannot rate this place highly enough!

Great stop for fairly priced snacks, gas, and tobacco products. The staff are cool and real polite during the day. Night time staff are helpful as well as long as you are nice and not drunk or doped up. Bathroom needs a remodel but it's functional.

My first time going to them and I ll definitely be going back! They didn t talk down to me or try to upsell me which I appreciate so much. They looked up the entire history of my car to see what it all needed. It took about an hour and a half but that s because I didn t make an appointment. My car was making grumbly sounds when I came in, and when I left it ran like butter!

This started as a good experience, with a Bobby & Steve s tow truck driver who was very nice and seemingly helpful. Unfortunately he gave me bad advice and told me to have my car towed to Bobby & Steve s even though they don t do body work. He said insurance would come out quicker to assess my car if it s at any Bobby & Steve s. Nope! I get a call the next morning from B&S questioning me about why my car is at their location at all. I explain and then I m told they ll tow it at no expense to a place of my choosing. Then AAA calls me about B&S needing payment for a tow. After multiple calls and multiple people, including a manager, they made it clear that they don t care and were lying the whole time. Do not trust these people. They lie then treat you like you re stupid for believing their lies.

Ms. Christie and Mr. Julio thank you for being my first blessing this morning.Bobby & Steve's customer service representative Ms. Christie and Mr. Julio the service technician were both pleasant and professional. They got me back on track in less than 45 minutes and the price, thanks you Jesus.As for, let's call them TT&R off the presidential avenue wanted to charge me $125 to come less than 3 mile for a jump. Shame Shame close to your name.

Trace did an amazing job detailing my van while I was at work - he is a perfectionist and so kind. Very convenient and I feel like I have a brand new vehicle even after a dog and four kids.

I had my sedan towed to this location (tow truck driver was Bobby & Steve s was not any issues-5 stars to him). The problem began at the shop and mostly due to an employee named David. He was the my only contact throughout this process and I would suggest that some more training to be done because he was telling me incorrect information about the battery, I m sure not one to say that I know much about moving vehicles, but I am not in the line of work. I had even asked him again thinking that he must have misunderstood me and yet again he still said that would not work. I had mentioned that my battery in my sedan might be under warranty still. I asked him if he would be able to get me the date stamp on it, he act like I was speaking to him in a foreign language. He couldn t do it. Now I have started to feel uneasy about my sedan because he is clueless about it and yet acting like he knows. Are all the other employees like this? Is what I was thinking. Do they know what they are doing? I m sure they do but I was not going to ask them to fix anything else. It was starting to feel like shady. I mean the whole list of things that I was told to fix was just absolutely ridiculous. This is where David brings down the rating. He mentioned to me that he was discounting me 1 hour of labor to half hour. I arrived to pick up my belongings and I was looking over my paperwork that he had and I asked again the labor charge was not discounted like he said he would. David is not great at communicating clearly on the phone fyi. He said that I had asked the discount for when only we talked about the battery (most people would again just say oh I can do this but because I didn t ask specifically, he won t do it). Again, making me feel like I can t trust this company, and because of that I didn t have any more services done and they lost some money. I can trust my regular mechanic (whole different company) and I can t say that about this location. Another thing he did was to try to show me on his computer that if he was going to charge me full price, it was going to be more expensive by changing things, but as he was doing it, he probably realized that he was going to make it worse, so he turned his monitor back to him and said ummm. At the point where I had told him that I didn t like how he was very confusing and not even being honest with everything. He is the reason I didn t want anything else done from you guys (loss of profits) and honestly all future projects any location because of the shady things and not holding to his own words. He never did what he said he would do over the phone and he was just fine with letting a customer leave and knowing how upset he made me due to doing shady things and untrustworthy. I have told several people about this just talking about it, shame on the poor quality of customer service. Take your money and give it to someone who will care!

Had my car detailed. Did a decent job (missed a few spots on the console and ac buttons) but they got me in fast and the pricing was fair. Would recommend.

Mark from Bobby & Steve s on Washington saved me & my car from the side of 35W in a snowstorm when my tire fell off. He was professional, friendly, & provided amazing service in a very scary spot of the highway. Five Stars!

1 hour for oil change, and bad customer service from the front desk auto shop guy. He seemed annoyed that I was there.Go spend your money where you are appreciated and get good customer service.

Once AGAIN Bobby and Steve s have stepped up and always willing to do what it takes to help me to understand what was done on my car. Though simple, I have never been treated in a disrespectful way for not being knowledgeable about my vehicle.Thank you, Bobby and Steve s for treating people like they matter.Charolette

Worst ever. I went here for what should have been 15min work I made an appointment and everything. The front desk guy said it'll be over quick as it's a slow morning. Been here 3 hours they keep telling me it'll be 15-30min late. Never go here way over priced customer service terrible. Clear to me the guys working on the car don't have a clue what they are doing.

Wow, the service from Manny from Bobby and Steve s was beyond amazing.I needed a tow on Dec 23 at 4pm. He was there in 15 minutes, but the really great thing was his awesome attitude and how quickly he hooked up my car and towed it to the dealership.Because of his amazing service I was able to get a loaner car from the dealership at 4:45pm Dec 23, 15 mins before the dealer closed until the 26th.Manny helped me get to Xmas with my family, and I don t know a better service than that.He was helpful and knowledgeable and knew exactly how to tow my 4 wheel drive suv w/o scraping the front end. Just awesome.Thanks Manny you rock!

I can't speak about Bobby and Steve's services specifically, but I have nothing but great things to say about their car wash attendant Jaman. Not only is he great at his job but he goes above and beyond to help people out. 5 stars for Jaman!

Bobby and Steve s do an amazing, professional, efficient job while being incredibly helpful and friendly. Hard to beat the pricing to say nothing of the valet service and text updates that you d suspect would come with a significantly higher price tag. All around great service!!!

Driving one night on a low tire and every gas station air hose is out of order. But Not Bobby and Steve's! Not only is the hose working they have someone working filing up your tires. Incredible service!

Apparently buy 2 get 1 thc seltzers were on sale for $6 a piece. After getting 6, my total somehow was $62. On top of that, they're 2 months expired (which explains the buy 2 get 1 deal). Not happy about this.

We have used them for towing a good number of times. Honestly, for towing, they are the only dependable place we have found. Fair prices, they show up when they say they will, and they answer the phone when you call. We will continue to use them.

I like this place. The chicken is different it used to be pressure fried... or double fried.... it was cooked differently, it's changed. But overall it is still a good place to fule and get a bite to eat.

Very rude and very curt with me. Basic unhelpfulness and unwillingness to listen. They hung up on me while I was asking if the problem come back after the diagnosis who would be responsible if I got stranded. Also, basically refunded to do an oil change and argument ensued over motor oil. Will not go back for anything.

They have a great selection of snacks, really good hot food, and the biggest selection of energy drinks I ve ever seen.If you have some time make sure to check out upstairs too.The vacuums for detailing your car are nice because they have a credit card reader. $2 for 8 minutes.

You know I gotta say that there is no better gas station if you got the munchies or cotton mouth!! I mean hey these guys are great if your car breaks down and you need a tow, if your tire goes flat and your stuck on the side of the road, your motorcycle needs a flatbed because your girl has the truck and trailer up north, for ALL OF THE ABOVE, the answer is real simple, just pick up the phone and call the nearest BOBBY & STEVES AUTO WORLD!!! Oh yeah they also do Oil Changes, they do Brakes, and do a whole assortment of car, van, truck, and even some motorcycle Repairs!!! Wait, did I mention that this downtown Minneapolis location even has Fried Chiken!!!! A couple of weeks ago, I called Bobby & Steve's for a tow after a minor accident.The dispatcher took my information, quoted a time and price and everything happened within that time frame.Luckily for me Dylan and Tony arrived to help. They were so kind and very professional. They were the bright spot in a not so good situation.I highly recommend using Bobby & Steve's if you need a tow. And if you're lucky, maybe Dylan and Tony will be there too!

I got two new tires plus coolant and brake fluid flush service this Sunday. They re very good at their service and honest I would say. Their rates lie b/w medium - low. I ve recommended these to my friends and recommended others as well.

Caution using this place cuz their drivers get really upset and life threatening when they screw up and then blame it on you. I suggest anyone dealing with Bobby and Steve's just call somebody else they'll have a much happier experience.

Availability is very limited store hours are never accurate when they are open nice variety of products butcustomer service sucks !
