Bloomington Collision in Bloomington is a Fantastic place to take your car to get an estimate and to fix it. I came in today to speak with Greg and I have to tell you he was very honest and caring about my concern I had today. Greg took care of my issue right away. I was so pleased and happy when I left.I want to say Thank you so much!You really made my day! So if anyone has a question, a concern or even needs to get your car fixed, this is the place to take your car. Service: Body & Trim

Greg and his team did a great job. they were very accommodating and went above and beyond. The work was done while I was traveling for work, so they timed it to be complete upon my arrival back to Minneapolis. In addition, they vacuumed out the car and cleaned the outside, including the wheels. I was very impressed!

Fair Price Quality workmanship! I had quotes for a bumper repaint from $600 to $900. They came in at $750. I was told they would have it finished in three days. I had it back in two days.They were enthusiastic and happy about the result and so am I I would highly recommend!

I'm sure they do good work, if you can get an appointment. I brought my car in, got a quote, submitted to my insurance, but they keep blowing me off for setting an appointment for the actual repair. I finally gave up after multiple conversations with Dennis.

I brought my car here last week for dents on the trunk and passenger side. After taking it all over the place for sky-high quotes, Greg gave us the best offer! He was clear about when they would be able to start work on it, took about 5 business days to repair (as predicted) and called to let me know it would be ready later in the day. Final price was the same as the quote. They do offer free loaners, which is a big plus, but I would have had to wait a couple weeks for one to be available.

Greg did an amazing job on my Subaru! I dinged my bumper and was quoted, parts were delivered and all repaired in less than 4 days. Price was very reasonable and job quality was very high. Thank you!

I've had fantastic experiences with Bloomington Collision. We've had our 17-yo car there twice to fend off rust and our car looks almost new. We're bringing our other car in soon to take care of minor scratches and dents that have accumulated over the years. Greg and team do an excellent job and are fair on price.

Bloomington Collision center is a great place to take your car. I had them fix a bumper on my Infiniti. Their Estimate was several hundred dollars lower than the competition. They finished on schedule, and had polished and cleaned the whole car. Excellent Job on the repair

My passenger car window got smashed in while I was at work. I tried to make an insurance claim, but it wasn t covered so I went to make an appointment at another well known glass repair place and they were going to charge me $400 out of pocket to replace my window as well as didn t have any openings for a over a week. Luckily, I found this place and it was half the price and they got me in 2 days later. I was so so happy with my experience and how amazing they were.

The manager Greg is pleasant and patient. Caliber Collision on Old Shakopee gave me an estimate of almost $900 for a tiny dent and paint chip on my trunk, told me the entire trunk would have to be repainted, would have to order new silver numbers on back! Too scammy!! Bloomington Collision did it for $423, did a perfect job, loaned me a black Jetta, and had it finished the next day. Will use them again. All around very happy!

I am so impressed with Bloomington Collision . The work they did was so excellent and Greg is super friendly and kind. They also cleaned up my car which was pretty much awful and I appreciate it so much since it is very difficult for me to do this. I would definitely recommend Bloomington Collision.Also, I had three estimates and Greg s was the closest to the adjusters. Thanks Greg!

Exceeded expectations! Always answers their phone. Always happy to help. Great price. Outstanding work. Bonus, they detailed the exterior of my car. I will be back and husband is planning to bring truck in for scratch repair.

WOW!! I have a 2012 Kia Sorento with a lot of front end damage. I went to my Kia dealer to get an estaminet I thought they were high. I had work done several years ago at Bloomington Collision and was impressed with the work they did. I decided to get a bid from them on the Kia. They saved me over $1,000 on the cost of my repairs. I dropped the car off on Monday, picked it up on Thursday and WOW!! The car looked as good if not better then the day I drove it home new from the dealer. Not only did the outside look great but the inside detail they did was just amazing!! I didn't know it was possible to take a five year old car with over 100k miles and make it look brand new on the inside. Greg and his staff are very thorough in there attention to detail and customer service. They earned A customer for life. In fact we are taking our Buick Enclave into Bloomington Collision,to have the side mirror replaced. You can't go wrong with Bloomington Collision, great work guys!

Greg fixed a dent in my car quickly and free of charge!!! What a refreshing feeling being treated so well at a car shop!! I would highly highly recommend this shop! They saved the day for me! Couldn t be happier!! Thanks again Greg! I will see you again!

5 star work plus 5 star customer service! The car looks like brand new after the body work and Greg, the manager, also helped us waive the fee of the loaner car! Definitely would recommend here to others!

My car was hit on the street and the damage wasn't significant enough to file an insurance claim. Bloomington Collision did a great job repairing a bumper that had some scuffed plastic and scratching - the bumper was not replaced yet it looked like new. The price was fair and my car was ready when they said it would be.

Had some work done there a while ago, and had an unrelated issue with an rear panel of the van making driving over 30 mph difficult. I called them up and explained, drove there within the hour, and they fixed it in 10 minutes, free of charge. Great service, and excellent work!

If you need any body work done , THIS is the place to go. The shop does excellent quality work for a great price. Greg also provides exceptional customer service and is very personable. Can't recommend this place enough!

My car was sent to Bloomington Collision to have the door rehung. Somewhere, somehow between Firestone and Bloomington Collision when I got my car back there was a screw placed in the armrest control panel to hold it together. You can see the interior door panel is not aligned properly and the door still leaks at the top.

Most competitive pricing I was able to find in the cities, and they did a great job of repairing the dent/paint on my vehicle. Job was done quickly and done well!

This place is the worst body shop ever!!!! The work that they do is terrible they had my car for 6+ months to repair a minor front end collision when I got the car home after looking it over for awhile I could see that none the panels lined up correctly. Tons of over spray it was so bad I got rid of the car and lost a lot of money.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

During the pandemic it s rare to find a bargain place to fix your car when you don t want to go through insurance. By far the best service in twin cities. But it s getting too popular so you may have to wait a week or two to get things fixed but if your flexible this was not a factor for me

I was so impressed with my experience at Bloomington Collision Center. I was rear ended, and we decided to leave insurance out of it. Firstly, they quoted me half of another body shop, that's what sold me. Secondly, they have a free loaner. I was not super impressed, it was an old minivan, but it drove and was free. Thirdly, they fixed my bumper like new at the price they quoted in the time they quoted! Plus, they even touched up some paint chips on my hood for free. I was really, really pleased with this shop; I definitely recommend it.
