These guys got my tires swapped when no other tire shop could do it without an appointment a week later. There prices are low and the service was fast. Even tho the weather was horrible they got me back on the road in alittle over a hour without an appointment. Location was tight but their dedication to the customer was excellent and they will help anyone who is stuck cause of a tire issue. And not a week later like the franchise tire shops. The service they provide to the community is greatly appreciated. Saving people money, time and headaches. Rain or shine I would just go to Billy and get the job done cheap than wait a week to drop my car off for hours and pay way more. Keep it up Billy city needs business like you.

Great Guy's when you're in a pinch. Bills's tech was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to try and provide us with a tire after a blow out on 169. Keep small business alive, looks like an all engine place. Thanks again!

It was a Friday evening. I met a tire pressure issue and this is the only place we can get help. The service is incredibly great and efficient. No reservation is needed. I got the tire fixed in less than an hour with a reasonable price. I will recommend this place to everyone who needs help.

Called Bill the tire guy I found on Google search on a Sunday late afternoon with an tire emergency and unawares my tires was going flat while I was driving on road. where most tire shops had already closed. Bill called right back and able to help me within a short time period and made sure my tires were good and had installed the tire sensor to prevent possible it happening again if I was to drive on the road again that I will beware if anything happening with my tires. The mechanic who worked on my car was so pleasant and kind . He was so knowledgeable and helpful through the whole time he was installing my tires. The price was very affordable and worth it. I would definitely recommend anyone in need of an emergency with your tires to call Bill the tire guy . I will come back for their service again. Thank you Bill the tire guy!!!!

all these compaints and yet they refuse to go to the real tire shop. dum MN people still actually buy used tires? then do get ripp off for being dum.btw bill, how much for mounting and balance? and disposal tire?

They fixed a giant hole in my tire and put it back on in less than an hour despite a bit of a rain delay. It was a Friday evening and I didn t expect anyone to be able to get me in so it was very convenient and appreciated. Affordable work and good, honest people

Bill will be my first call with anything tire related. He stuck to his commitment and got an oddball tire issue solved for me. Plus when dropping off my tires i saw them helping a family with tire issues late in the cold evening. Wonderful people, fair prices, solid work - what more could you ask for??

These guys are great. I needed a tire last minute at rush hour. No tire shop could help today and I needed my car for work in the morning. I got a good condition tire installed while I waited. Thanks guys!

This guy is amazing is a small little shop out of his house and his garage but he s got every tire known to man brand new ones used ones His prices are cheaper than any ones I ve checked around and he do good work as a matter fact I went back to the auto parts store and went right back to him to pick something else. Highly recommend this guy Bill is great definitely going back again.

Bought a used tire from him. Charged me $60 and within 2 weeks it was done for. Come to find out it had tire rot. . Totally took advantage that I was in a bind and needed a tire asap. Never go to him EVER!!! Go to Rusty s right up the street. Way better service and tires!!!!!

Bill helped out instantly when I called him to help with a flat caused by a huge pothole in MPLS. Fair pricing and He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I recommend him for any tire issues.

Went to them to get our tires switched and they broke two of the tire studs on our car. We asked them to fix it for free because it was broken at their garage. They refuse to fix it and we still had to pay them for the tire. They offer to fix it if we pay them. We shouldn t have to pay them to fix something they broke! Our children can t ride in an unsafe vehicle. I wouldn t go here. They put the responsibility off on others. I gave one star because I have to give a star to review. I wouldn t have even given 1.

My tire blew out on the highway right as he was about to close. He not only stayed open to help me out but, he went and got the correct kind of tire to replace my blown out one from another shop because he didn't have my correct tire. These guys are awesome and really helped me out of a jam. I would definitely recommend this place!

We always go to Bill for tires and great deals! We've been coming to him for 10 years! If something is wrong, he stops at nothing to correct it. We just love Bill. Never ever leave this area!

Called in advance to ensure they had tires in my size. When we got there an hour later they couldn't find them. Installed 2 mismatched tires in the wrong size on my car and scratched both rims in the process. Only positive was speed.

Illegally located operation polluting the neighborhood, encouraging homeless encampments, drug deals and more while blocking sidewalks and allowing vehicles to leak fluid in a way that it drains to the river when there is rain.

This isn't even a legitimate business. Just some guy and his "son" changing tires in the alley. You'll basically be watching them change your tires while you're standing outside where nowhere to go if its cold or raining.I don't even know how they got on google as a business.. Take your chances if you want but I'd suggest to steer clear.

Never answered the phone after the first call. Told me to keep coming back and he would have my tires. When I return Bill couldnt even remember my size and I had to remind him every time. He never wrights anything down. I have heard the same ," I broke my phone" excuse every trip I have made there. After seven trips to the place, and reminding him of the tire size I needed, nothing. I'm very disappointed and feel righting a review was the only way to reach out to the community.Now you know what to expect.Even better.... now we have poor weather ahead. Maybe he will charge you more depending on your desperation?Not happy at all and won't be recomending this place to anyone BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE.I recomend Abco Auto for used tires. They are better equipped and cheaper. Bill charged me $35 for a used tire half worn. I got TWO from abco installed for $60 with 90% tread left. Do the math. And it was only ONE TRIP!

Great service. Always had my tires repaired with Bill. Never issues with him. Tires are good and finishes the repairs in a good amount of time. Good prices. Recommend him a lot

I am giving this place one star because I can't give zero.Sold me tires with very little tread. Total tweakers, left me sitting in their garage, next to a heater that apparently had burned Bill's son.Do not go to this place.Scam artists.

Had this guy change 4 tires on my rims his machine broke left the 2 he didnt finish we exchange numbers he was too call when he switched the other 2 went back after a week no call too get yelled at & he had 4 men run up on me so i guess he had sold my 2 rims kept saying his son moved them but never got my rims back at all this is stuff a dr7g addict would do

Told me to come back 4-5 hours to get my wheel and tire put on came back and told me to come tomorrow in the afternoon. I came back and came to the shop and told me to come after work. Never called me to tell me the wheel isnt repaired. Disorganized wouldnt recommend.
