Exceptional service and repair! Baraka looked at my vehicle, gave me an immediate quote that I was very happy with. They got my car in right away, when the other auto body places said the soonest would be 4 months from now. They told me that it would take 3 days to repair the damage. It was done by noon on Day 3. The repair is exceptional. I highly recommend this BIPOC owned and operated business! They do not spend money on a fancy shop front, waiting room furniture, or signage. What they do is honorable work, quality work, and fast work! I highly recommend this shop!Service: Auto body & trim repair

Baraka Auto has an excellent team. They did a great job on my vehicle and was done sooner than any other auto center estimated it would take other team. The amazing thing, it was a last minute reservation and they fit me in when many other auto centers refused go even bring my car in their shop. Highly recommend this team and props to the main tech on the job Carlos. 35+ year vet withexperience and knowledge in the field. What would have been 5+ hours of labor from other centers was done in less than 3. Do not hesitate to call these guys, they are no joke.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection

They offer grear deals on oil changes. Their operation in Broklyn Park is availalabke in like three days for all oil vhang requests. The location on Lake st. when you tell them it's Groupon says " my first oppotunity is the end on Movember"?Suspissious ?I think so.

Great service with competitive pricing. You should consider this place for all your European car needs. I visited Good Carma once in NE Minneapolis and was taken for a ride with high prices and poor customer service. Will return to Baraka again soon. Thank you

I went in after I failed to changed my back breaks. They were able to squeeze me in same day to take care of that for me. I took my vehicle to this company. They gave me estimation on how much it will cost to fix my vehicle. I came back to pay so they can fix my vehicle. However upon arrival I was told different estimate. When I ask the gentleman why the price changed he was very rude and dismissive. He stated that he has been working there over 25 years however I didn t ask him how long he was working all I needed to know was my is he given me different estimate. They are rude and are overcharging customers. Please do not take your vehicle.

Got a standard oil change. It was quick and painless. They didn't even try to upsell me anything else my car needs. The staff were all very pleasant. I'll be back for sure!

Called for an oil change and they made me an appointment same day at my convenience. Also, pointed out another serious issue I had (which I had forgotten about) when rotating my tires and let me stay to get it taken care of right away at a much more reasonable price than I had been quoted before for the same issue. My car runs great and I feel much more safe driving now. Great team/staff!

My car was there for several months and every time I called for an update I was told a different answer every time. They gave up and asked me to take the vehicle off the property. This place is great, very very reasonable pricingWent in for an oil change; synthetic, paid $50 with laborAnd then was told and shown my front brakes needed replacing and at first I was gonna put it on the back burner but then was quote such a good price I had to get them done. Car feels greatThey did an amazing job and took care of me.If you re going to complain about cleanliness, I get where you re coming from but they re not a boutique it s a auto repair shop, it s supposed to be dirty because they re busy doing a good job not worried about cleaning.2nd visitGreat guys, quality work fantastic price!!!! Can t be beat!

I've been a couple times for an oil change cause they have a good groupon deal. The guys at northeast are nice, work hard, fast, and most recently gave me a really good bundle price for some work I needed done. Thanks.

I had a flat tire and took my car at Baraka. They took a look right away and fixed my tire in 15 minutes for a very cheap price. They were very professional and efficient. They also advised me for the cheapest (and still safe) solution. Totally worth it (and they saved my day).

I came here for an oil change. They were very fast and accommodating as I scheduled it the same day, basically as a walk in appointment. They even gave me a free tire rotation. I give them two thumbs up for efficiency and customer service!

The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I came to this auto shop specifically because of a deal on Groupon and it's rating, I was incredibly disappointed in the service and professionalism. My car was keep up to tip-top shape and it's was time for an oil change, but had a tire rotation based on the Groupon deal. Based on the reviews I was expecting a really friendly experience, service, professionalism and fair pricing. Unfortunately, I experienced none of these things.They were rude per-se (in a racist presentation) & the head office manager was stand-offish. My car was driving very well, but when the tire rotation was done. Driving for the next week the car would have a vibration at 55 mph. Of course, they would try to up sell me, but I'd advice I would like to have my mechanic look at it for me. When I'd call to advise them of the problem. They claim that it was not their fault and "how would they know it happen at their shop". As I said before and witness to GOD. There wasn't a problem with the car and driving felt like I just drove the car off the show room floor.I HATE this attitude at the auto shop and avoiding responsibility for their damage. It's was really frustrating to be treated this way. After I'd took my car to my mechanic - ($250 later) the drive is EXCELLENT & was advised that their shop should have fixed the problem immediately. I expect to be treated with respect and WOULDN'T recommend this third rate auto shop to anyone in Minneapolis and through the Twin Cities.

This place is great. Just gave it a try with a Groupon and I was so impressed I brought my mom s car in the next day. It s an independent shop, not a big chain. Everybody was very friendly. I usually like to start with something small to gauge the customer service. I will be back. If you have an appt., they are as fast as the quick change places. .

We needed a last minute oil change before we went on our road trip and we were told they usually only take appointments, but they squeezed us in immediately and got it changed very quickly and at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend!

I've been changing my oil with these guys for the past 3 years. I've been using the groupon for a discount on the synthetic oil for a hybrid car (Chevy Volt). They'll always top it off all the way (I check the oil dipstick) and never had any issues. I agree, it's hard to get them on the phone sometimes, but once you're there they go all out when it comes to customer service. My engine check light went off a day after I changed the oil, and they hooked it up to the computer and did the diagnostics for free, just to reassure me the code is not related to the oil change.

Had a groupon. Made an appointment. They told me it would take 15-20 minutes, pretty sure I was there about an hour. but thats the same time I spend anywhere that isn't Jiffy Lube, so it works. Friendly guys, small shop.

I got here late and even though I cried like a baby they still took very good care of me. As usual the service is always fast and the sent me on my way. This is why I continuously get my service done here.

This place is like a black shop, con your car and money.I initially requested a price of an oil change service and I was told $54 with coupon, I was shock then I showed the coupon clearly indicated $40 for oil change. THEN UNTIMATELY,the cashier charged me for $45 as $5 is going to tax. How could it be possible? 12% tax? That is too much! I never go this place again! And also, there is no invoice given at the end, just a receipt showing $45!
