Needed help with 2 stripped & stuck screws. Walked in here on a whim hoping for help. They helped me in only a few minutes when other shops turned me away for the simple help I needed. Highly recommend them, good guys working there.

What an Amazing place. They are wonderful at what they do. They aren't the type to talk you into doing more work on your vehicle. They are very very busy....so schedule in advance if you can.

Haven't yet gone because they were booked for a week and a half. But Rick listened to what my car was doing and gave me a great too about what to do if it happens again. He also said if my engine light comes on that I should call him and he would fit me in. I felt he was extremely honest and helpful and will definitely go there if my problem persists.

Continually the best auto repair experience I have ever had. The staff can be trusted to be candid, fair and honest. They never talk down to me and their explanations always meet me at my level of understanding. They take the time to explain exactly what's going on.When I brought my last car limping in for some major work, they let me know gently that they thought it probably wasn't a good investment. I knew deep down that it was probably time to cut my losses, but I needed to hear that from a professional. Even though they stood to make quite a lot of money off of the repairs, they behaved as though they had my back. Like a friend would.I won't take my family's cars anywhere else for ANY other service, and I never pass up an opportunity to steer new business to them. They are honest and fair, and the quality of the work is excellent. I can't rate them highly enough.

My Grand Marquis threw a few codes that my normal shop felt required a visit to a transmission shop. I have been fortunate enough in my lifetime never to need a transmission shop before, so I took to google reviews to find somewhere with good ratings. I was very pleased with the amount of time Rick took to explain to me the diagnostic process. My issue turned out to be a result of a bad coil (I should have guessed that!) and Rick let me swing by with an extra one I had lying around from the last time I had to buy coils. I was lucky to not need transmission work this time, but I will certainly come straight back to B & R if I need to in the future. Honest and fair shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They rebuilt my transmission in my '75 Olds 35 years ago. Today, they're working on my Santa Fe. My father recently had his car in there as well. No complaints from him either. They do charge a teeny-tiny bit more than some other shops, but 5 bucks here or there won't make any difference to my bank account. Some extra competency is worth a few bucks. Heck, it's worth $5 to chat with 'em for a few minutes.

Our family has been taking care of all our auto repair work with B&R for over 20 years. I can't recommend them highly enough. They only fix what needs to be done and have always been honest with us. GREAT group of people to deal with.

My car broke down and my usual mechanic was backed up for a few weeks, so I had the car towed to B&R for repairs. They were so honest and upfront about the issues and the cost for each of the repairs. I'm super satisfied with their work and will be going back to get the final repairs completed.

Tired of getting hosed by mechanics? Not here. They have worked on my car many times. I'm always impressed when they tell me something will need to be fixed down the road, but not right now. "If it was my car, I wouldn't fix it." Since when do mechanics say this? And they have been right in their assessments. Rick runs the shop and Pat and Ray do the work...all of them are solid guys, honest and helpful. I drive 30 mins to take my cars there, and it's worth it.

Went there for the first time after being quoted high at a chain auto repair store. They let me know that only the front struts were leaking and needed to be replaced and quoted me significantly lower than the other place. Very friendly staff! They seem very honest and did a good job. No complaints, I will be going back

Took 2 different cars there and both times there were issues when I got my car back. First car: VW Jetta, they didn't replace the crush washer while doing an oil change, and hence I leaked oil all over my driveway. Second car: Toyota Sienna, went in for a tire rotation, and they put my tires on backwards (I have directional tires, and the back two were facing the wrong way). You may have better luck than me, but I will not be going there again.

I have worked with Rick, Pat, and Ray for years. They are always honest, helpful, courteous and are not out to screw you. It is such a blessing to have competent, reliable, and honorable mechanics.

I trust these guys with my car any day! They know what they are doing and they don't try to trick you into spending more money than necessary like some other shops. These are genuine guys who will take care of your car and get you back on the road like nothing ever happened!
