Tara was a amazing customer service person. Love the location. Also I blew a fuse to the ignition and the car won't turn over I had to leave it in the parking lot overnight I will be there tomorrow afternoon to have you guys help me hopefully so please don't tell me it's a green infinity fx45 with New Mexico license plates

Great location being on Lake Street in Uptown, but the employees at this store don't know much about auto parts. Self-serve vibe, and apathy coming from the employees..so it won't improve. Use other ones if u need help picking out the right part.

Tried calling because I had a question, was put on hold for 10 min. I call again and before I even said hi, the guy puts me on hold again. Talk about "helpful" lol don't waste your time here.

I had a scratch on my car that I wanted to try and remove. The guy at the counter helped me out and told me he would try to clean it with the solution they use. He used it on my car and the scratch was gone. I didn't even need to buy anything. The guy was so helpful!

They treat me very bad way. Even one guy who said he works here and he is the boss looking at me very badly.It is always good to treat customers with respect. I love autozone and I never got treated like this before.

Great service. Only needed new windshield wipers. I was helped get the correct one I wanted, than told they would be more than happy to put them on for me. We chatted afterwards and I left feeling great and we'll taken care of.

My car kept dying so I came here for a new battery. Miguel helped me select a battery and also helped me install it. He was professional, kind, and very friendly. I was extremely pleased with how quick and easy he made the experience!

I went here today to replace a fuse in my car that had knocked out my power steering. Tory helped my father and myself and was soo helpful and gracious and friendly. I will be coming back here based on the amazing customer experience and expert help that was offered. Really saved the day. Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic service. Replaced my finicky headlight and gave a heads up about some other needed repairs, which will save me a huge headache and cost down the road. Great folks, highly recommended!!!!!

I had a big black mark on the side of my car and I came in to buy a buffing product, and Brian came out and buffed my car using a spray he had on hand and now it looks brand new!! WONDERFUL customer service and so so friendly Brian is knowledgeable and deserves a raise ;)

Helpful staff, informative, and a good selection. Came there at the start of the polar vortex to change a battery. Armed with nothing more than my Leatherman, the AutoZone staff insisted I use their tools for the procedure. Nice guys, would absolutely go back. Plus, it's next to the weird, non-profit grocery store.

Customer service rep was super disrespectful. He just straight up ignored me, then he came over and kicked the item I was looking for. Don t know his name but he s not a good look for the company. I usually love going to autozone. Disappointment.

Great service but it took a while to be helped, but it honestly didn't seem like the employee's fault. Miguel was super helpful in getting me the right part and helping me get it installed despite bad weather.

My car battery died - they helped me install the new one, in the cold. My old battery had corroded the metal connectors, but this guy literally stood outside in the cold and adjusted replacement parts til they fit perfectly. Battery and parts were about $125 (not great pricing) but there was no cost for the help. That's outrageously good customer service.
