AutoZone is an outstanding store, and I had the pleasure of receiving excellent assistance from Louis and Gaby. They were not only knowledgeable about automotive issues but also polite and good-natured. Their guidance and patience in helping me solve a car problem were commendable. AutoZone itself is well-organized with a vast selection of parts and accessories. The staff's overall attentiveness and helpfulness made my shopping experience exceptional. I highly recommend, and I'm grateful for the assistance provided by Louis and Gaby. They truly went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

2/23/24: I had to replace my car battery as it was no longer holding a charge. Louis helped me select a battery that would be good for cars that sit outside all year around and one that would be good in winter weather. He installed it for me and within minutes, I was on my way. AutoZone is just the best, as was Louis! Highly recommend.Mary M-S

Came in to buy a simple quart of oil. Chatted with Louis for a few moments, since he was very friendly in welcoming me when I had stepped through the door. Went on to tell him about some little things going on with the car in the course of a chatty conversation. Next thing I know he s out checking my Check Engine Light with his little diagnostic tool. Back in the store, he makes a suggestion for a tactic and a product that he thought might be helpful. Not a case of upselling, but rather an insightful and helpful suggestion that I m going to try. If every business had such a positive, customer-service oriented person like this that goes above and beyond, the world would be turned on its head. Thanks, Louis!

Louis was great! I stopped in for a new battery for my key fob this evening on my way home. He helped me not only in finding the right one, but he took the time to put it into the key itself!

Bought a jump box last night from them, after a nice recommendation from the guy working. He was super helpful about it and put my troubled mind at ease. The jump box worked perfectly today and now I can drive again. Thank you for being an awesome store! Glad to have this be my local shop.

Called and spoke with Ronnie about a battery issue I was having. He resolved my issue (going above and beyond) in approximately 15-20 minutes with professionalism and kindness. This is about the fourth time I've encountered such helpfulness and professionalism. This will be my FOREVER auto parts store with people like Ronnie and the rest of the 54th and Lyndale crew. I had called 3 other stores before calling this one. All I needed was a simple O ring for my oil cap. The last that was there was all by herself on a Sunday afternoon. I was patient as I was driving and had to hold, it was worth my time. When I asked for what I needed and gave my vehicle information she had 1 in stock. When I got to the store she remembered our conversation and grabbed my part. I brought the oil cap in with me and she installed it while I grabbed a few quarts of oil. I will be using this store again. I wish I remembered her name. She is a very sweet Hispanic Lady who learned all about cars working there!

This is the busiest I ve ever seen an AutoZone but the employees they had on staff handled the rush well. 20 ppl deep on a Sunday afternoon?! Who would have thought. They didn t have my replacement battery in stock so I had to drive to the Blaine location which was an inconvenience. But the gentlemen who helped take out the old battery and install the new battery was very polite and courteous. This location was super filthy on the outside, both outside garbages overflowed and spilling everywhere. The parking lot had all types of fluids everywhere as well.

Went to AutoZone for the first time yesterday. I received excellent customer service from everyone, especially Louis T. who showed me how to put my new headlight bulbs in. He was patient, professional and took his time explaining everything to me. Only place I'll go to now for auto parts - thank you again, Louis!!! Repeatedly awesome service. I would 100% recommend stopping here before taking your car to a mechanic to diagnose any potential issues. Vanessa and the team provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance without pressuring you into purchase, and can assist when checks and repairs are needed.

Funny how the reviews from a few months back state Tall guy Josh "me" is quote "the best, diagnosed my car so quick" and "absolutely the best of help" at 54th and Lyndale store. But got let go for missing 3 days cause I was in the hospital and told I was over qualified. Sorry had a seazure...Still owe me a paycheck. Would like my week and a half of pay still..... need real car work and parts come to me neighbors

Andrew and his manager in training were super awesome. They were helpful in helping me test my battery, finding the right replacement and giving me options in my prices. They literally showed me the computer screen that showed each price and if they were in stock or not. They installed the new battery for me for free and the customer service was off the charts. Happy to have a trusted place to go where the people are happy to help and treat you right.

Good and bad. Had help finding the right parts. The bad was that when I returned one item it couldn't be found directly on the receipt. I had to find it on their computer screen. Also ordered a part and when it arrived it turned out to be something different.

Wonderful service! Benjamin was very helpful today when I arrived shortly after 10 am. I always shop at this store because the service is always helpful and friendly. I was in and out with new wiper blades that he offered to install in less than 15 minutes. Thank you Benjamin!

Went here for a new battery, got in and out in <15 minutes, including installation. They were also less busy than other AutoZone locations in Minneapolis at the time.This will probably be my go-to spot for auto parts and accessories in the future.
