Only getting a 4 star because there is a woman there named Ce ce who went above and beyond and helped me put my break light In. I asked 2 guys in there and they were rude and didn't wanna help. Which is fine but don't be rude about it. It gets a 4 star only because of her! She is a gem and deserves a raise. She has good customer service and is very friendly !

The staff was extremely helpful, particularly Shaun, with helping me buy and replace my old car battery, even though it was late at night and dark. Overall, it was a great experience

I buy a lot from this chain. That said, this specific store is not my favorite. While they often have copious employees working, few know much about auto parts. Also, the employees seem consistently apathetic/unfriendly when asked for assistance. I guess my point is, I simply prefer other locations>>>because they have friendlier, more knowledgeable employees.

The store is to be open until 9pm. At 8:05 the doors are locked and the light open was still on. No special hours on the doors or windows. Smh. Shady as hell.

If I could rate it zero star, I would. Bad customer service. In fact, it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Call them multiple times, and my call was ended after a rings. Went to the store and asked them to help with a part, and they ignored me. I don't know if this is about race or just disrespectful.

Very disappointed!!! I needed a new battery for my car, so, as you normally do, first I called to make sure they have the right item, giving them all the details they asked about my car. To make it short, their incompetence cost me 2 uber round trips and the penalty I paid for the mechanic who came to my garage just to say I had the wrong battery.

I had a messed up time one of the workers came up to me and just assumed that I had no knowledge about what I was looking for or doing because I was a lady I was very upset when I left and he followed me around the whole time like I was gonna steal something I mean literally he was like five inches away from me I felt very violated by the worker because of how close he was to me ask him to step back and he act like he did not hear me I can't believe the customer service i should say Thier was no customer service Thier in less u was a white person older person I can't believe he got a job Thier and because a lady cea in Thier don't mean she don't know what she is doing because I so believe I knew more then any one of them boys that work in Thier were man don't had boys skills only

Came in with minimal battery knowledge, and the gentleman who helped me out went above and beyond to help review with me pros and cons with different options, as friendly and encouraging as could be all throughout.Fantastic service! I wish I had caught this man's name, but the store transaction ID was #510315, and sold to me at 3:10pm today. I'm very grateful for the high-quality service provided.

This AutoZone I can say that the is a little bit better customer service but the guy gave me a step too without telling me I needed to do a step one so I messed up bonding my car using Bondo rust. Then two days later a customer that was dissatisfied shot through the front window good luck going there

Service has gotten much better. Way to show up and show out . Thanks auto zone for helping me with my windshield wipers. You are definitely appreciated. I also got service with a smile. The staff that evening was AMAZING thanks again

Andrew is a really great manager. I brought 2 Cv axels not knowing that I could just warranty the messed up cv axel. Andrew got me together and saved me a lot of money. Thanks Andrew

Workers are lazy, Workers can't operate a phone. Workers take 20 minutes to find a part. Workers are disrespectful. Workers answer phone just to set it down without even asking why you called. Works mumble into phones when answering. Would recommend a restaff. But hey that's probably the best you'll get from north Minneapolis

It okay store till today a gentleman young and really helpful ... Me and my guy friend was going to pay half and half but the machine broke down so he tried so hard to get it fixed so what I did was like let me go and take out the rest of the money out my card. And get this payment going and he was so helpful and patient that I needed to help too. Btw he is kinda cute .

Sometimes, over north, the service can bre a little rough. Not here! The staff is so knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. They give you the items you need, explain things clearly, and are really pleasant while doing it.When I told them I changed my car battery on my own and it wasn't too hard at all, I got an encouraging, "Way to go!"Great asset to north Minneapolis.

Loved the employee/customer experience. I didn't find an a.c. freon charger for my cars a.c. , but the staff I spoke with pointed me to another location and was very friendly. The whole reason for 3 stars is simply because the parking lot was shady as hell. A bunch of folks were dealing drugs, littering all over the place, and cussing and fussing with each other.

The employees would not let me us the bathroom and I told them I had one kidney and the guy told me he didn't care! Tben to top it off I spend good money in that store. Not never again will I patronize that store I will not refer anyone to go there! He also, made a mockery of me having one kidney...

Thank you, Jabril! My wiper broke while I was driving. He helped me figure out which blades were best and showed me how to put them. Best experience I ve had at an auto parts store. Excellent customer service!!

These guys know there stuff and will get you the right part plus give you options. I needed a transmission cooler and one of the guys brought out the three that would fit my truck and opened each one so I could see exactly what I was getting. And they have a free to use code reader and free tool loan where you only pay deposit which is refunded once you bring tools back. Saved me a lot of money when I needed a specialty tool for installed ball joints.

The only thing was that I asked the young man I bought my product from to help me outside and he never came to help me. I had to pay some random guy to help me in the parking lot. I was very disappointed. I would've appreciated the help from AutoZone mechanics. I thought that was a part of the job. I guess I was mistaken. The last few times I had been in this store there was better service. I don't know what happened but I hope the next time I have to go into this store things will be better.

Helpful and yay! I didn't know the kind of oil to buy and the service guy came out to my car and walked me up to the oil I needed to get and we found the cheapest oil for my car make, model, and year.Thank you!!
