I brought in my sunshine car for estimate to have minor blemishes fixed. Was given straight forward information about what needed to be done, how long it would take and cost. When it was done I was called, shown what was done, how it went and cost. Came in, paid, out the door I went. I am beyond thrilled how beautiful it turned out. I am just as happy today as when I drove the car off the lot the day I bought it. HUGE! My palms were sweaty all day, my hands were shaking, grinning ear to ear, spring in my step and so ready to cruse. It was all so worth the wait. THANK YOU Brady and your crew. I had a wonderful experience with Auto Truck Service Co to fix some hail damage to my car. Brady was super knowledgeable and transparent with the repair and insurance process. They were so accommodating and were able to work around my tight timeline to both get my car in and complete the repairs quickly. It was night and day to my only other body shop experience where my car was stuck in the shop for months. The work that the team did looks absolutely amazing and my car looks brand new. I am so so appreciative of everyone involved in the process and would highly recommend them :)

Service, as their name states is exactly what you will get here. A knowledgeable staff has kept our fleet on road, with quality work, done right the first time, allowing us to focus on our business. Fairly priced, with quick turnaround. I had the best experience ever and I'd recommend everyone to Auto Truck Service Co.My car was inoperable because of something that seemed small yet it was a big deal and could put my life at risk if I ever got involved in any car crash.Thank you Brady for putting my safety first. These guys are the absolute best! Brady and his whole team were an amazing support to have through navigating insurance. The work was impeccable, the communication was prompt and clear. The workers are great, they keep me updated on the process of my car. They even left my car smelling better than when I brought it in. Overall it was a great experience. The team at ATS is second to none.I originally brought my vehicle (RAM 1500) in with severe damage to the passenger side rear quarter panel. While working with insurance on a claim, I was in another accident. This resulted in damage to the driver side rear quarter panel. Brady was excellent in helping get both repairs lined up at the same time and coordinating with two different insurance companies. Once my vehicle was in the shop, the team worked quickly to have it returned to me.They are very professional, and keep a clean office and shop floor. Truck people trust their vehicles to truck companies, so when it came to fixing the body of our truck needed repair, it made sense that Auto Truck Service Co. was the place to go. I drive a company vehicle that had been experiencing many issues that I put off for some time. After dropping it off they let me know they be running some diagnostics and calling me with any issues they identified but may need to keep my car for a few days. They reached out to me the next day, thoroughly explained the issues and were up front about the cost of parts and labor. Even my receipt has a complete breakdown of parts and description of labor. I trust these guys and will be bringing my vehicle back if ever needed. I would recommend this shop to anyone! Hands down best experience ever! My husband got into a big accident and Auto Truck Services was willing to call a tow, allow the vehicle to be towed there and assist us in the process of filling a claim. Brady was knowledgeable and professional. We appreciate all the feedback in getting our vehicle situated, their support and assistance to ensure we throughly understood the process and made the best decision out of an unfortunate situation. We definitely will return for service in the future.

I started taking my car here for routine maintenance when I first moved to Minneapolis, and I haven t gone elsewhere since. The team here has always been so helpful, professional, and prompt with their service. They walk me through everything they are doing before they start, and explain the reasoning behind their decision making. They provide loaner vehicles if needed, which have been life savers during the work week! Can t say enough positive things about how helpful they have been with my car issues. My son and I Brought in his Vehicle for repairs. The staff was very upfront with us letting us know that the vehicle may be a total loss. While going back-and-forth with our insurance company. Auto Truck stayed in contact with me by way of text messages and phone calls throughout this whole ordeal. I have full coverage but my Insurance company did not want to pay 100% of the fees Occurred by looking over the vehicle assessing the damages and for storage while my insurance company took it s time to come pick up the vehicle. What My insurance company was unwilling to cover came out of my total loss. Auto truck was willing to reimburse me what my Insurance company took from the total loss. This company is the real deal. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone because they re honest and trust worthy and has proven they will go over and beyond for their customers. Car was fully fixed almost brand new!!! The grandsons of the company definitely followed in their grandfather s footsteps. They made the whole process easy and updated me every step of the way after a pretty bad fender bender as my car was FKED in the front. Driven past this place a dozen times, seeing ambulances and business vehicles. Didn't realize they did auto maintenance for general public. Am I glad I checked them out when I needed a brake job and some repairs. Jordan was very professional and presented options. I'm certain the work was as good (probably better) than dealership, without getting gouged. A nice surprise on pickup... car was cleaned inside and out. Did not have them do any repairs and really regret taking my vehicle there. I have never had a place take soooo long to look at a vehicle for an estimate on simple mechanical repairs when I had an appointment. An appointment made a week in advance. A day and a half after dropping it off, I called again to get a status and still no estimate of what I wanted inspected plus a laundry list of repairs because they inspected for many things I had never asked to be evaluated. Most of which was stuff I was aware of already. So... complete waste of time and money. I would avoid this place. Gets great reviews but like they say, you can"t believe most of what you read on the internet. So... use at your own risk. Two thumbs down.

I brought my Subaru Forrester in for a couple things, the big one being a loud rattling noise coming from underneath the car. The car had been seen previously by a different auto shop that couldn t figure out what was wrong with it.The good people at Auto Tuck Services took extra time to look carefully and listened to my explanation of what it sounds like and when it rattles. They figured out that it was loose shielding near the catalytic converter - they were so awesome, they fixed it without replacing anything expensive and now the car is whisper quiet!Everyone was so professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. They even washed the car inside AND out. I seriously feel pampered and my car looks stunning and feels brand new.HIGHLY recommend this auto shop - you get your money s worth!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Best place to go to have my van serviced. Will always get a clean van back and mats too. For all the places that I have taken my van to the last two years. This is the place I should have gone to with my other car and truck in the past. They do have a loaner that I do not have to pay for where if a person goes to other repair shops you have to pay for the use of their loaners.

I was referred to Auto Truck Service Co by a friend after my drivers side door was bent fully backwards by a reckless driver on Lyndale Ave. The moment I called Auto Truck Repair Co. to pick up my car, I knew Brady and his team were on my side. They towed my car and gave me a loaner car for free while ensuring that my damaged vehicle was in safe hands.There is a huge amount of anxiety following a major collision of two cars. The lady who hit my started lying to the insurance companies, Progressive only made things worse by proving they would take the cheapest way out. Brady and his team worked hard to ensure Progressive would understand the full story of what happened based on the damage to my car.At first Progressive wanted to make me pay for half of the cost of repairs for an accident that was not my fault. Brady and his team made sure that the Progressive adjuster knew exactly who was at fault. They even put their foot down when Progressive wanted to use junk yard parts to repair my car. They ensured that I had brand new parts for every damaged piece of my car.This back and forth with Progressive and the woman who hit me took over a month to conclude. All the while, Brady and his team called me with updates to make sure I knew what was happening and how to handle certain situations. At the end of it all, Auto Truck Repair Co repaired my car PERFECTLY. I paid ZERO dollars of the $10,000 repair bill because Brady and his team made sure progressive knew who was at fault and held the insurance company responsible.I Would recommend this service to anyone who has been in an accident or who needs general work done on their car. You will know from the start of your experience that you and your vehicle are in good hands. If I would give a 100/10 for my experience I would. Brady was incredibly helpful & the repairs were done w/ high quality standards! My son recently moved to Minneapolis for his first job. He was involved in a collision & his car required extensive body & frame/wheel damage. My sons auto insurance was extremely difficult to work with!! Brady's guidance & ability to demand quality parts for the repair was invaluable! Our insurance company was unresponsive & Brady finally took my sons co pay & is awaiting payment from our insurance company. Brady & his mechanics were not going to cut corners on my sons repairs or body work to meet the poor quality of our insurance coverage !!
