Went in with an estimate from insurance at the end of May. Yuri claimed the estimate was faulty, but that he would contact the insurance company directly to get it resolved then he would call me to bring in the car. I went out of town for a week and didn't hear from him. I gave him another week and then I called him. He stated he hadn't heard back from insurance, but would try again and "keep me updated." Two months past from my accident and I decided to speak with insurance directly, at which point they claimed Yuri never contacted them nor had they received any requests to fix anything wrong with the estimate. I went to another body shop and got it resolved within a few days. I wish Yuri hadn't lied to me and wasted my time, which I honestly don't know why he did in the first place. I hope his craftmanship doesn't reflect how he runs his business: unreliable, unorganized, and misleading.

Used this place to take care of a bumper and collateral damage after getting rear ended this winter. It's a small operation and not the fanciest, but Yuri know his stuff and was able to take care of everything! He went above and beyond with the service and was able to get me in right away even though other shops couldn't. 100% will recommend this place to others and use this shop for myself in the future even if I'm not going through insurance. In a world now where you can never trust a mechanic, Yuri stands out.He gives you fair prices on auto parts. Labor is fair. You never leave with that feeling of "this guy is screwing me over" that you get from every other autobody shop.I always leave feeling like my car is fixed and I didn't get ripped off.He specializes in autobody damage but does quite a bit of part replacement and repair too.If you need to find a place to go he is it. A+
