It used to be an honest place, and knew what customer service is. Not anymore. Rip you off on everything they can. Diagnostics checks that cost $300 that come back without any proof of even doing any tests and no results. Come back when it happens again.

Top notch service! Bar None when it comes to Auto Service centers! Every time I drive and I am greeted by name, never have to wait, provided a loaner for free. Moreover every time I have brought a vehicle there in the past 4 years I have had excellent communication from my FANTASTIC service advisor Crissy, before I drop my vehicle off, while it is there, and after. Not to mention how awesome it is that the service technicians send you a video of every service provided on your car. We can't see enough wonderful things about this dealership! I have bought a few cars from them, and you can buy a car anywhere, but the service is 100% unbeatable! So much that I have sent many friends, and all my family members there. 5 Service All the Way!

We bought our Q7 here a few years back and we brought it back for telecom network upgrade, oil change, and general inspection. Jaxon was my primary service lead. He did a great job making me feel comfortable throughout the entire process, from checking me in, to helping me get help for a loaner, etc. He even gave me a call regarding general vehicle conditions while I was away. I came back to pick up the car in 3-4 hours. Everything was done and the car was detailed. Overall, a very nice experience!Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

Awful communication, after $4k in repairs they missed screwing something back together. I am now being told it s going to cost another $1200 as they found another issue that wasn t caught during the first inspection and diagnostic that leads me back to my original statement of if it were anyone else instead of me a WOMAN OF COLOR this wouldn t be happening!! I know where not to go anymore!

I wont recommend using Audi services. It is rip-off working with them. They dont honor Audi warranty and will charge you for things that is not required by maintenance. Totally rip-off working with them. I used to own BMW for 10+ years before audi and there management was much nicer. I am thinking about selling Audi SUV I have anyways and go back to BMW SUV as before. BMW make better cars and their service is definitely top notch. I never had any customer service issues with BMW in past.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

The food was pretty decent the service was acceptable we had to wait a little bit but that's just because it's popular!
