Called to get a quote on a VW timing belt replacement. Person on the phone states Well we re not a Volkswagen . As far as I m concerned isn t ASI a CAR REPAIR shop and not a dealership- like a VW is a space ship and not a vehicle? Acting as if I don t know what company I just google searched and called?I asked if they only work on American vehicles, he proceeds to say not VW and some other imported brand. Which is fine but why wouldn t you just say that versus we re not a VW with a horrible attitude. Put a very bad taste in my mouth within 10 seconds of conversation. Would rather crawl to work than give them a penny nor would send anyone their way for work. Need to work on customer service skill set & train employees to be respectful. Would give them negative 5 stars but that s not an option!

I hadn t been to ASI for quite some time. I was having some issues with misfiring and my van not starting. I put a new battery in this summer. When I started having starting issues, I even had the battery checked at the place I had purchased it and they said it was fine after Jay and his crew went through my van they came to the conclusion that my battery was bad, they put in a new battery and a spark, plug and coil and his crew were fabulous. I would not hesitate to recommend my friends to this place and I will definitely go back. Thank you ASI. Scot, my van has not run better

Been going here since 2018 and they have just been wonderful and helpful.I admitted to being ignorant about tires after a move from Cali, and they took honest care with fair pricing.

Jay and team are great! I have been coming here for years and as a woman, they don't try to mansplain things to me and they are honest. Service is great - would recommend! (and I have)

I have been coming here for over a year for my SUV maintenance! The price is great, the service by Mark is always phenomenal! He always does a fast job! I as a women I don t feel like I m being taken advantage of like other places! They re not pushy!It s easy to get to! And this will continue to be my forever automotive service place!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Customer beware!!Told me I needed to replace my radiator because transmission cooling fitting wouldn't come out of the radiator due to it's age 2002). He said it would cost $800. I declined the repair. What he didn't know was that I'd just replaced the radiator 2 years ago. When I got it home I was easily able to remove the fitting and spent $10 on parts and fixed it myself. Saved myself $790! #notgoingbackService: Steering & suspension repair
