Great location for any events at the US Bank Stadium. Rooms have been updated. However, lighting in rooms all controlled by 1 main switch so all on or all off. No one can get ready without the other for this reason. Windows did not mask the noise from the outside area of the downstairs bar, and you could hear all noises from the hallways. Beds comfy and pillow selection good.

Super great stay! Awesome atmosphere and within walking distance of so many restaurants. First night the heat wasn't working in our room but the front desk helped with getting another room together for us. Cute lobby seating area with pool table, and games. Bar from 4-11pm, pool and hot tub, and hot breakfast choices made to order! We definitely will stay here again!

Came for the weekend and saw a play at the Guthrie Theater. The hotel is in a great location and can walk to restaurants, farmers market, theater and parks. The staff are super friendly, helpful and made us feel like we were coming home. Loved the whole vibe of the place. Only negatives are the parking and the cold pool. Was looking forward to the sea salt water in the pool but it was quite cold. Also the parking was full because it's for the stadium and we parked on the street and had to pay every few hours the entire weekend. The cost went from $1 with no stadium events to $6 an hour when something was happening at the stadium. so it was more expensive then we thought. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. I will be back! Highly recommend this amazing hotel!

Overall the location was great, folks at the check-in desk were kind, but I could hear everything in my room. The mini fridge made noise all night, you can hear every car go by, and anytime someone is in the hallway, you can hear their entire conversation. It appeared to be a good place to stay on the outside, but perhaps if you re looking for quality sleep, look elsewhere.

Not impressed. The rooms were clean and the hotel had some unique amenities; however, part of the reason I chose this hotel was because they had a hot tub. When we arrived we were informed the pool and hot tub were out of service for a month. The staff were rude and utterly unhelpful. The front desk employee watched us wait at the kitchen window to order breakfast until we asked her if we were supposed to order elsewhere, at which point she rudely mumbled to order at the desk. I won't be back.

Room was a nice size, but figuring out what swith turns on what was a task. It made no sense the way it was set up. The carpet looked dirty, and there was a stain on it. Front staff desk workers were nice. It was o.k. I would stay there again if the rates at other hotels cost way more. There is a train only a few blocks away. It went to Mall of America. However, people on the train were sketchy as hell. First time in my 56 years on this planet that I was afraid on public transportation, and I have lived and visited a great deal of this country.

Perfect spot for us as we ventured to the Bauhaus for a show. Staff are super friendly, the hotel lobby was clean, rooms were pretty clean too. I really liked the tile floor for the bathroom. Wish it was throughout the room; carpet was stained. It would be easier on the staff to clean if it was all tile. Overall I will stay again if ever in the area. Thanks everyone for a good experience! Remember to pay the staff well, and they will continue to do good things for us who stay.

This is a great hotel, new, lovely amenities. The reason I m giving a 2 star is purely because of the rudest receptionist I ve encountered in my life. We booked a 3-day stay via HotelTonight (prepaid, non-refundable reservation) and as we returned to our room on day 2, the room card had been de-activated. We went downstairs to the reception desk and reporting the issue was met with attitude: the card is not working because you have only paid for one night and you need to extend your stay - to which I replied that I had already paid for 2 nights and showed her the receipt. She looked at my phone screen in disbelief and half-heartedly looked through a batch of print out receipts. She fixed the issue but did not acknowledge their mistake or offer an apology.

We stayed here because it was right across the street from US Bank Stadium its location was the only good thing about it. Staff were rude after a miscommunication on their part. and we had a gentleman in our room without being notified he would be there to fix the locks. We tried to contact the hotel and manager but no one has responded back or reached out.

The location was perfect walking distance to US Bank stadium. It is a nice hotel to be at, however we wouldn't stay again. There was not enough parking for guests, so we had to find overnight parking downtown. No extras here (i.e. complementary breakfast like many hotels). I wanted an extra towel for my hair; they wouldn't send it up (again, like any other hotel), I needed to go to get it at the front desk. Staff was unfriendly and inviting. Overall, I would not recommend.

As expected room, service, amenities. Visited in March so no crazy events. Three blocks from blue line light rail and US bank stadium.Rooms: Nothing special but temperature regulation was a bit annoying, either too cold or hot and thermostat adjustment would completely reverse.Nearby activities: Several nearby stadiums and venuesWalkability: Minneapolis is rather small downtown so 1 mile to city center is niceFood & drinks: Lots of options the further along the water you walk

I pre-paid for a two queen sized bed room for a girls night 6 months in advance and directly through Aloft. A couple weeks prior to my stay, I got an email saying they could not accommodate my room and if I would take a king room or cancel my stay entirely. Look, I love my friends but we are three women in our 30 s and we don t exactly want to squeeze into a King sized bed together. However, there was also no other available options So we took the King. They did provide us with an air mattress, but we did not receive any sort of discount (besides a $25 breakfast coupon). I was told they couldn t provide anything else because I pre-paid I don t blame the staff. I am sure decisions were made higher up on the chain because they figured they could make way more money due to events going on in the area But if you think going here, paying them in advance, will give you peace of mind that you will have a place to stay you would be mistaken.

I chose this hotel for the location. It's modern and colorful with cute decor. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.Parking wasn't ideal. When we arrived, there was no parking available and had to park in the nearby garage (but that seems to be common for hotels in the cities?)Walkability: So close to the stadium

Stayed for 4 nights. Room was clean, location was great, and atmosphere/energy was inviting. In addition, Brittany and Yolanda at the front desk were very friendly and always helpful during my stay. I would recommend staying here if you are traveling to MLPS!Rooms: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very quiet at night and housekeeping does a great job keeping the room tidy, stocked and fresh every day!Nearby activities: The hotel is in a great location and close to Gold Medal Park which is buzzing with people

Very good hotel with lots of nice touches. Rooms are modern and clean, and the pool and gym facilities are very nice! Lots of little amenities (pool table, dog station, etc.) and staff were super friendly! Drinks and food at the bar were fantastic and reasonably priced. Parking was not free but that s not too abnormal for a downtown hotel. Parkade across the street has parking for $9 for 24 hours, or parking through the hotel is $25 per night.

hotel had a smell pillows were dreadfully uncomfortable literally the only perk was that it was dog friendly and location. the front desk people are extremely rude. theres a big black lady with a face piercing who should not be working there. she was extremely rude to me when trying to rebook a room and then went off on me for having my parents book the room for me even though I was an adult. completely unprofessional and uncomfortable for me. I will never stay there again solely because of her

I love this hotel! It s casual and chic at the same time! The staff is great! And above all else it s truly in the best location! The Stone Arch Bridge and Mill City Ruins are walking distance! And most of the rooms have great views of the city!

If you like a modern look with colors that pop this is your hotel! Loved that the shower had lots of water pressure. Location is conveniently located within walking distance to Starbucks, Trader Joe s, and many restaurants and bars. Did enjoy the hotel having shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers built into the shower. Would stay here again.

We brought our dog here because they are a dog friendly hotel. We chose to pay $25 per day for on site assigned parking which was really nice. Staff was friendly and answered all our questions. There were dog treats and water at the front entrance for the dogs. They had a pool table, bar, snack/food area for purchase in the lobby. The place was convenient for us, close to restaurants and had a park across the street behind the hotel to take the dogs out. Wouldn't mind staying here again.Rooms: A bit small.Safety: We felt pretty safe inside the building and outside in the surrounding area. Even went out around 11pm to the park.Walkability: Close to some restaurants. We ordered pick up from a restaurant and walked to pick it up.
