I've been buying summer and snow tires and getting service from them for 22 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jim is very knowledgeable.

I brought my car in to have a vibration diagnosed, and was told I needed new tires, which I was expecting. They made a few tire suggestions, I did a little research, and by 3 o'clock the same day the car was ready to go with the tires of my choice installed.All J's price per tire was $4 more than TireRack. For $4 more, I got a great service experience that was simple and efficient, completely worth it. I also have them close to my home should I need follow-up service.Save yourself the headaches and rigamarole and just go to All J's and be done with it.

Great shop. Honest. Great pricing. Only complaint was the alignment. Give it some miles before I make a decision. Not , true as of now.

I replaced a couple of tires due to bulges caused by pothole impacts. I was provided with a timely service and kind answers to my question about winter season tire management/storage. I would highly recommend the business to close friends and family.

I called just a day or two before we got 7 inches of snow randomly in October to make my appointment for winter tires. I was impressed by how quickly they squeezed me in and I only waited maybe 30 minutes for the job to be done when I came in. Very professional and straightforward and I am really happy that now my car isn't sliding into the intersection after I stop or things like that when there is snow on the roads. Totally worth it! And it makes life so easy that they store your all seasons too. I would highly recommend calling Jim if you are considering switching out your tires.

I had a nail in my tire, and I was told at the dealership that my tire was not patchable. I stopped in at All J s Tires and explained my situation. Gentlemen walked out, examined my tired and told me he could patch my tire no problem. This place saved me a lot of money and has earned a new and loyal customer moving forward. Definitely recommend.

I picked up a tire that All J's had repaired this week.The have advised me on what snow tires to put on my teenage daughter's car to keep her safe during the winter driving. They have replaced all season tires for our daily drivers. And for the fun part, they have advised what summer performance tires to mount on my old sports car.If you keep your wheels as clean as the rest of your car, All J's is the place for you. They are very careful.I am grateful for their service over the years.

Not only were they able to repair my tire that Tires Plus told me what irreparable, but they fixed a previously punctured spot that hadn't been repaired properly, for nominal cost. Very grateful I didn't have to drop hundreds on new tires.

I've had some odd experiences with some of the chain auto stores which has led me to not only spend more money than the initial repair, but actually re-do the work in two occasions. That has taught me to be diligent in learning more about my car and asking the right questions before having work done.After a week of calling various tire stores in Minneapolis -- and many calls to this shop -- I finally bought a set of new tires from All J's Tire Center (and had an alignment), and I am so happy with the service I received. I realize I may not be the easiest customer with all of my questions, but they patiently answered every question and provided so much great information.While the chain auto stores I spoke with (to remain unnamed) were evasive and sometimes argumentative, All J's worked with me to find the best option within my budget for the car, and identified future potential pain points with my car -- as well as a reasonable timeline for when I should consider repairs. I am very happy that I found this place.

Professional, patient, and helpful. Jim found a solution to my cracked rim that was faster and cheaper than a full replacement. He patiently walked me through the options, and was very easy to work with. They genuinely care about their clients. Highly recommend!

Jim and his crew are absolute professionals!I fell into a unique situation where I was stuck with nearly new second hand wheels that didn t fit despite dealer assurances that they would. Jim explained the options to me and I ended up purchasing some aftermarket Vossen wheels from All J s that were absolutely stunning for a fraction of the cost of OEM.Jim checked my selection from the manufacturer s website and headed off another headache where the model of wheels I had selected initially would not fit my car due to some ambiguity in vehicle model year. He proposed another model and was able to price-match the quote I got directly from the manufacturer on the earlier wheel. Clearly Jim has an incredible relationship with Vossen and despite the 6-8 week lead time, he got them to ship the wheels 5 weeks early! This shop s excellent reputation is very well deserved!

Good things first the service I got was great. I bought my wheels online and got my tires at All Js. Dropped off the wheels for the tires to be put on them the day before. When I came in the next day at the appointed time for them to be put on the car the whole process took less than 30 mins. I was given all the information I could ever need and had it ended here I would have given 5 stars.So why 4 stars? Before buying my tires from All Js I stopped at the shop to ask about free storage if I purchased my tires from them and the answer was yes with no condition. I even showed them my new wheels so they could make sure the tires I m getting will match hence they knew my wheels were purchased somewhere else when they said free storage will be provided but when it came time for installation I was told I had to have bought the whole set from them and because I bought only tires I ll have to pay a one time $100 fee. The other part of it is a friend of mine came in about 2 weeks before with wheels he bought from the same vendor I got mine from and he was offered storage with no fee after getting tires from All Js so I wonder why my case was different. I even told them about it but that didn t change their mind.Even if you offer the best service it s not fair to selectively apply policies. It also rubs me the wrong way that before I purchased my tires I was told storage is free fully knowing I bought wheels from a different vendor. Then after I purchased my tires I was informed about a one time $100 fee

Love this shop. After buying my first set of tires, I realized how important it is to take care of them because well I don't want to have to buy my next pair until I absolutely have to. I now have a tickler set up to head over to All J's every 6 months to get rotated and balanced . Always great service - super reasonable prices, honest guys and I just love driving away with a perfectly balanced car - driving straight ahead.

I purchased a set of snow tires at All J's and had reason to return when the tire pressure didn't correspond with the outdoor temperature. Once I made an appointment and the other time, I just showed up. On each of these occasions, I was treated warmly, the pressure and dash were adjusted, and I was in-and-out within ten minutes. That kind of service can't be beat.

My daughter had an appointment today at 10.30 today. She arrived and was told to leave because you did not have time to put on her snow tires today. There was no apology to her and no one called her in advance of her drive to your shop from Plymouth.She is driving a different car now and is getting $100 credit for 4 virtually new tires that have been drive less than 1 years.I am extremely disappointed and very surprised by how incredibly unprofessional this was.We have gone to you for years and NEVER had anything like this occur.

I had a positive experience with All J's. I came in with a flat tire shortly before New year's. The tire wasn't repairable so they put on the spare and ordered a replacement which came in a couple days later due to the holiday. The process was very quick and easy, I was in and out both times in about 15 minutes or less.

I purchased a set of Pirelli tires from an out of state dealer. Having just moved to Mpls, and wanting to support local business, I found All Js. My original Pirelli's (cinturato P7s) were bald around 30k miles (rated up to 70k miles). Jim stated in order to have these tires warrantied I would need to purchase the exact same tire from his shop, to the tune of $800+. He said the warranty, though not guaranteed, is likely.This is where small businesses are supposed to shine. All Js did just the opposite. Over the course of the next TWO years, I had to call for status updates every 2-3 months. I would get the same confusion, followed by the same answer, "...still waiting to hear from Pirelli, this can take a while, call back later." Not once did Jim offer to call me when the warranty was resolved. About 14 months later, I was happy to learn the tires were warrantied! The excitement quickly faded when it was only for 2 of the 4 tires, and for $40/tire. If that was disappointing enough (granted that dollar amount is out of All Js hands), Jim refused to mail me a check. It's important to note this shop makes "banker's hours" look intense. They're open for 4 hours on the weekend, closed by 5 pm, so I could never make it.It literally took another 10 months before I had a check in hand, exactly 2 years after starting this process. Every time I called, I was made to feel like I was somehow ruining Jim's day. And I'd like to think I'm a pretty approachable and positive person, often giving people the benefit of the doubt. Jim, on the other hand, is clearly disgruntled and could benefit from a vacation.Update on the tires I purchased from All Js - warrantied for 70k miles, and I have to replace them, once again, at a little over 30k. Even after rotating them every 5-7k miles.Bottom line: This is the poorest costumer service I've encountered, probably ever. Go elsewhere, even if that means a national tire store or your local car dealer; it's just not worth their hassle.

I can not say that I actually stepped into All J's Tire, because I am actually from Ohio.I found out that my tire could not be repaired due to a nail in the side wall. So after searching most of the United States for a Discontinued Michelin Tire. All J's was able to work something that might be describe as a small miracle. They went out of their way to find my rare tire and ship it to me here in Ohio. I could not have asked for better service!!!

The guys here were polite and helpful. I expected to have to replace several tires, but they were able to only replace one with a used tire. I ended up saving quite a bit of money. I was in and out of their shop in 30 minutes!

These guys have saved me more than once. Latest being this morning when one of my (new) tires suddenly started to deflate. They were (luckily) a block away. Turns out, I'd driven over a screw that had punctured one tire. Patched it up and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. Very kind, professional, and had me back on the road for $30. Made what good have been a major problem into a tiny bump in the road

The gas gauge in my car has been giving me trouble recently. Well, my car stopped running just across the street from this shop, apparently having run out of gas. Jim and his colleagues went out of their way to help me get gas and get me on my way. They didn't have to do that, and in fact another local auto service center I called, before I walked into All J's and asked for help, wouldn't, citing liability. Very grateful for their help!

I have been an All J's customer for several years after being referred by a friend in south Minneapolis. These guys provide good service, just remember to call for an appointment before the snow falls because they have many loyal customers and they do book up in late fall.

In my opinion, one of the most honest, & longest operating tire & wheel dealer in Greater Twin Cities area. They service all types of vehicles, but if you drive a high-end luxury automobile, especially German made ones, then these are the experts you'll want to see.

I lived in SW Mpls for many years and when I had tire issues I used AllJ's on Xerxes. Now I live in rural North Dakota and when I recently needed info. on tires I called and talked to Jim. He told me how to check the size of tire I needed and gave me recommendations as to what tires to buy. He knew I wouldn't be coming 300 plus miles to Minneapolis to buy the tires but he spent the time helping me. Thanks Jim, I appreciate the help.

Easy to work with and accommodating. New wheels looked great on the car. Used their wheel storage and happy to not have to load and unload tires twice a year.

I had a great experience at All J s Tire Center. They had the tires I was looking for and their service was friendly. They gave knowledgeable and legitimate advice. I am now prepared for winter.

Negative stars! Horrific service. Nearly impossible to reach via phone and only after being rudely put on hold multiple times. Owner's attitude is absurd...little twerp is full of self importance for someone who owns a lousy tire shop. They specialize in winter tires swaps but cannot keep appointments and book mid way thru the winter by the first snow fall. You will have to wait so I suggest finding a dumpter to sit in while you do so as it will be cleaner than their filthy waiting area. These guys are clowns, dont waste your time.
