We came with a Toyota Suv. It had frame damage leaning to one side from front end collision. The people there were very fast & professional with their service. Our vehicle came back absolutely as it was before. I recommend Al-Wafa

The Mechanic Jehad is disrespectful and unprofessional. My wife had accident and we decided to bring our car to this body shop named Al Wafa Auto Mechanic. The Mechanic Jehad made us buy body parts. we spent about $1000 to buy the parts. We agreed on the labor and paint to be $1000. when we bought the parts and delivered him in person, he decided to increase the labor and paint to $1500. Not the kind of people to trust. Plus, when my wife was trying to remind him how much he said previously, he called her crazy(Majnuun in Arabic) thinking that we wouldn't understand. what kind of professional person would call a customer a crazy, specially in front of me the husband? They wasted our time but thankfully we found for less at a near by body shop. I wouldn't go back there anymore. I learned my lesson. Jehad may look nice and may show you smile but not a someone to trust. If I were you, I would take my business somewhere else. One of his co-worker decided to call the police on us when they noticed that we were upset how much time and money we wasted but the police just laughed at them and felt like their time was wasted. No action was taken against us but they suggested we should take our business elsewhere which we did anyway.Service: Body & Trim

Al Wafa also does body work. They did an amazing job. Outback was horrible. It looks like a more recent model once they finished. Most of all they finished quickly and reasonably priced for the body work. Looking to have mechanic work next. I was quoted a reasonable price as well, for mechanic work I need.

Good prices, good repairs and quality for prices. They bid low, work done is good quality, I would have paid more to paint the entire pumper instead of 1/2 to get the best results.Better communication and clear expectation, would have gotten them 5 stars. There was a disconnect between price, work description and finial repair. They ought to always clean the car before returning it, I had to ask for the cleaning. The buffing and repairs covered the inside of the car and had to replace my air cabin. I still like the job and service they do and I would return to them knowing the expectations and service.

We needed a new engine put into our Subaru Outback. A tow truck driver referred us to Al Wafa. I was a little leery because it is a small shop and I don't even live in the Twin Cities. The tow driver suggested there might be some language barrier but I (an english only speaker) understood them and their arabic accent with no difficulty. The shop owner was able to really ease my mind. He helped me through finding a replacement engine. He kept me updated about the repair process. The price was good and this big job was completed in about about 10 days. The first 3 were taken by just getting the engine to the Al Wafa shop. We've had NO problems with the engine since that replacement (6 months ago). I enthusiastically recommend using Al Wafa auto repair.
