What they're about a week ago to get a fog light, and they had it and I didn't have to wait an extra week for it to get delivered. And the price was about the same that was online. It was an easy install and it was done in less than 10. Glad These guys are close.

First, this does not look like the typical Advance Auto Parts Store. It is situated in an office park and has a generic sign with no resemblance to the usual shop front. Inside, only a small number of items are available to peruse, everything else is behind the counter and requires retrieval by a sales associate.I went to get a new battery swapped into my Subaru Outback. I knew the one I wanted but the staff member still spent 5 minutes adding me to the system. After all that, he told me that they weren't able to switch the battery at that time of day (4:30 pm) but that if I come back "during the day" they would. They don't close until 7:00 so I'm not sure why they wouldn't change my battery at 4:30 despite their website saying it is offered for free.They lost my business, I went and bought my battery at Auto Zone instead.

Called the store at 11:00 on Monday October 23rd, the guy that answered the phone didn t care to help at all and hung up the phone

I recently purchased with a credit card (1 month) a Die Hard Silver battery. After 2 weeks of owning it I was at Valvoline getting and oil change and I was informed that I had a bad battery. I immediately contacted the store and was told that they do not keep a record of the transactions. I went in to the store and was told nothing's wrong with the battery. 2 weeks later the battery is dead. I was told that there is nothing they can do and that I would have to purchase a new battery.Unfortunately/fortunately there is a long list of "competitors" and I can honestly say I will never make another purchase from Advance Auto Parts again.

I stopped in the Plymouth store (#7930) on 4/12/21 around 3:30pm to have the check engine code scanned for my van. When I entered the store, there was a customer being helped and another person walked in behind me. I waited, and when the customer in front of me was finished, the retailer said, "who's next?" I walked up to the counter and explained why I was there, to which he replied, "if you can wait, because I have like 3 other things to do." He then turned to the other customer to ask what he was there for, and proceeded to help him find a lightbulb and discuss whether the bulb would work for a particular vehicle. I finally asked if I should wait in my car, to which he replied, "I'm the only one here and I can't leave the store when other customers are here." He also gestured to a piece of paper on the desk, stating that it took precedence over my concern. While talking, he gathered the code scanner and walked out to my van. He scanned the code and told me what it was. When I asked if he could provide more information, he basically read the code again. He stopped talking, to which I finally said, "well, thanks. Bye." I could not have felt like more of an annoyance to this person. There was no greeting, hardly any assistance, and several comments to indicate that I was taking up his time for a service the company advertises. I understand being busy, but there is always a way to speak to people, even when you're busy.

Russ the store manager was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. Avoid this store if you want good service and lower prices. They are the worst auto parts store in the cities. Every time I deal with them there is a problem.

Needed a floor jack, any floor jack would have sufficed. This location does not stock floor jacks. I expect all auto parts stores to stock basic items such as these. Especially a brand like Advance.

Not where you would expect it. Light industrial strip instead of typical retail location but hidden back there is a well stocked auto parts store that is able to get anything not in stock. Not much on display but it's a parts store you go to the counter and ask. The actual inventory is good not much space for display but that just means less in your face display of stuff you don't want.

Had trouble finding this place. They're in a business development that apparently doesn't allow custom signs. Instead of their own store front it's a plain silver text sign that says Advanced Auto Parts.Other than that, it's OK. Just an auto parts store. A replacement basic lowbeam headlight bulb was more expensive than expected, but the location doesn't really have a say in that.

Best place by far to buy parts, super easy to order online and pick up at the store. They almost always have what I need and I couldn't be more grateful for their outstanding help, made my day, and I highly recommend them to anybody.

Crazy hard to find back in an industrial park. I bought a battery here because they advertise that they install batteries. When arrived the clerck complained about it being cold, I explained that's only reason I bought the battery from them he came out and begrudgingly put it in. I don't know if this is a corporate or franchise store, but if an employee of mine complained openly to a customer about an advertised service that we provide I would be, at the least, disappointed.

Friendly competent service. Off the beaten path so not too busy. Seems to be a distribution center so very well stocked with parts. Light on tools, so 4 stars.

Russ helped me after my brand new, poorly installed by me, wiperblade had just flown off on 494! Can't recommend more. Awesome place!

They did not tell me they couldn t install my car battery over the phone. Manger never addressed my problem with driving 30 minutes to them and wasting my gas money. It s a shame that customer service is so terrible. I will never buy batteries from here again!

One are my favorite auto parts chain stores. They tend to have the lowest price out of the major auto parts chain stores in this area for DIY auto repairs like brakes, pads, struts, spark plugs, Etc. This location lost 1 star for two reasons: 1) it's difficult to find...stuck back in an industrial park, 2) it doesn't have very user-friendly business hours...they close early afternoon on Sundays, and early evening on Saturdays. That's one thing that I like about O'Reilly's Auto Parts...they are often open till 9 or 10 p.m. seven nights a week. Please click "like" if this helps give you an idea of what this place is like !

Meh. It's a parts store. You need a part and they'll usually have it. Don't expect stellar out of this world customer service though. Advanced treats their people like wage slaves and it shows.

Bunch of wusses that wouldn't install a battery. Ordered a battery from there because they advertise they would instal it. My wife gets there and they tell her its too cold out and they wouldnt do it.

In all fairness I own an automotive repair shop and they are one of my top two suppliers so that should say it all
