Went for the most recent monster Jam event 02/17/2024 worst parking ramp we have ever used super icy covered in so! My mother in law who is physically disabled had a hell of a time pushing here around the ramp to the elevators. No employees on site to help no management of conditions way overpriced and gouging the market ! Would not recommend to anyone !

Absolutely disgusting logistics from this ramp. You owe me $100 one for mis representing available space and two for making us double pay when we had a prepaid pass that wouldn't work. I want my refund ASAP. 2-17-24

Paid 50$ for parking and the ramp ended up being full with no spots available. Tried contacting management for a refund and their phone goes right to a full voicemail and they do not respond back via email. Would not recommend.

Bad location, do not park here. Seemed convient at first, but lack of traffic plan makes this a terrible parking option. It has been around 50 minutes with barley any movement. Eternal hell is a term I would use. You can find many other options for half the price or even less.

Agree with prior posters -- you sit in the ramp for MORE THAN AN HOUR waiting to move at all. This happened again at the Ed Sheeran concert last night. Stairwell smells bad, lots of graffiti...for $50 I'm sure that you can find much better, even if it's a little further from the stadium.

Took an hour and a half with no movement out of the ramp whatsoever after Taylor swift concert. After getting out of the ramp there was no traffic on sight. An hour and a half .. seriously? With no movement and no indication to what was happening. It's a small ramp, even with traffic the line in the ramp should be moving forward. Very disappointed! I won't be parking here again.

Absolutely Horrible Parking Garage. Sat in the parking lot for 90 minutes after the Taylor Swift concern. Minneapolis had zero traffic plan and very limited staff to direct traffic. It was a free for all. As we sat in the car all we heard was horns honking, whistles blowing and sirens. When we looked down it was chaos on the sidewalks and roadways..The concert was great but outside of that Minneapolis and Jake Frey get another F.

Been sitting in the ramp for an hour after T-Swift, haven t even moved yet. Something in the stairwell made the enter group of people begin to cough and made my wife throw up. Nobody will even let me pull out of my parking spot. No end in sight for this one.

$50 for parking during Billy Joel and we sat in the lot for an hour waiting to leave. Don't ever park here
