I was dropping a vehicle off, and thought I would stick around and wait since they said it wouldn't be too long. Let me tell ya, these guys were incredible, uplifting, positive and fun with each other and the other customers coming in. Had that feeling of goodness, happy we live close; we will be back... Great Job!!

I really love Hytech. Their service has always been great. They find the problem and fix it the first time. Plus, they're really honest and don't recommend fixes that aren't necessary. I've gone to them with trivial problems, and they're always honest if something does or doesn't need fixing. Their honesty and the accessibility of loaners is a big reason I would gladly recommend them to others.

I haven t experienced this kind of customer service in a very long time. Just wonderful to see. Had an issue with leak. They picked up vehicle, cleaned up leak, repaired car and returned it to us without us having to leave our home. That s why you support local businesses!!! Thank you so much.

We just bought a house in town and needed sway bar links replaced on my SUV. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and we're very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

I had a issues with a wheel I had it off and tried to air it up but it just had slow leak and I couldn't find it? So I through it in the back of the other truck and brought it up to the shop and they gave me a sticker and I was just going to drop it off and get it checked out and repaired! The fella that was working in the tire shop must of been in between jobs and I rolled it in and said he could look at Now if you have the time and I said sure that would be great! He aired it up and checked the valve stem nothing then put some soapy water on the rim of the tire and had small leaking around 3/4 of the rims bead. So he deflated the tire and knocked off the tire from the rim and cleaned the rim and tire bead put some bead seal around both side and aired it up and it was good to go! It was definitely something I couldn't have done! The price went way up 15.00$ Now 25.00$ and I was on my way!

It s great knowing a trustworthy mechanic shop! They are very good about explaining a variety of repair options based on how long you plan to keep the vehicle and your personal preferences. Additionally, I have yet to have an unexpected charge that was not previously discussed. Love that they don t try to push unnecessary repairs on customers too.

Wayne seems like a nice dude. Very personable atmosphere. I get detailed info about my truck, they take care of all my vehicles. I would recommend them for any service work. Only four stars because they are so busy it seems it takes a week to get in. Hire some more people guys, your so popular it's annoying lol.

We are enjoying our weekend at the lake because of Wayne and Sally. On our way to the lake our Honda Odyssey had an issue late at night while on 169 going through Princeton. Got a motel and saw they were open on Saturday. I called before their opening time. Wayne told me to come in and he was able to see all of his scheduled appointments and still take care of our issue and get us on the road again. Thank you so much. I d give 10 stars if I could!!

Finding a good auto repair shop that you can trust isn't always easy. Hy-Tech is one of those places that have earned my trust. I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now, and I've never been disappointed with their work or their customer service. They're very good about explaining what they find when they work on my vehicles, and they don't recommend service that isn't necessary.A couple of times, they've given me a heads up on something that is starting to get questionable, and warned me that it may or may not be a problem in the next year to two, but is nothing to worry about unless/until it gets worse. One got worse and needed repair (but at least I knew it was coming), the other never did need to be fixed.

I ve had terrible experiences everytime i ve take my car in and I ve always avoiding bringing it in until I went to Hytech. Brought it in for a 4 wheel alignment, and when it only needed a two wheel alignment they only did the two wheels and I was only charged for a two-wheel alignment. They may sound standard, but after my last experience this impressed me and earned my trust. Not only are they honest and upfront, their prices are amazing!

I have been going to Hy-Tech for 5-6 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else looking at my car. The mechanics there are good at what they do and they are always friendly and knowledgeable. They always help me with affordable repairs and honest about what needs to be done and when it should be done. Stop in and talk to Shane or Wayne they will always treat you right.

This is one of the most honest, best quality work, and best priced garages I've been to. The staff couldn't be easier to work with. I recommend Hy Tech to everyone. You should try them too!

Used them through my Roadside assistance and the employee was very rude, and rushed. Argued and yelled with me on the phone. Definitely, will not use them again for roadside assistance. He was able to get my car unstuck, but customer service was not there.

Never had any issues with work they've done. The princeton front desk lady however needs to lighten up a bit.

They did a wonderful job putting a leveling kit in on my 2019 ram. The price was also very reasonable. Would for sure recommend them.

Awesome customer service!!! I live 3.5 hrs away and was on my way to the airport in the cities and broke down right outside of Princeton, called Hytech because it was the first on google and let me say I was sooo thankful I called them. They towed my car, and let me use their loaner to bring my boyfriend to the airport! Forever greatful to them!

Great service for the Auntie Jo's Pet Sitting mobile! We bought tires here and when one went flat they repaired it free of charge and got us back on the road to care for pets asap! Will be back!

I live an hour away, and I will always make the drive to Hytech to have anything important done on my car. Always friendly, helpful, and HONEST.They also have very reasonable prices.

This is the only shop I will take my car to get fixed, or have the oil changed. I highly recommend Hytech if you need your car fixed! Wayne and everyone else over there know what they're doing and will make your car run like new again. (If broken, of course)

They are contracted as roadside assistance providers through my insurance company. I needed them several times last year. They were always super quick and professional.

After putting 120 plus miles on my Corolla, the work I asked HyTech to do to my 120,000 mile car made it run down the highway like New again. The best !

GREAT STAFF,CORY IS WONDERFUL.i had to have an emergrncy road side service today through my insurance company and they dispatched hy tech automotive.the experiance was great.i recived updates about arrival and even a phone call from a gentelman named cory.he had such a great demeanor.he showed up promptly and was very professional.he went the extra mile in explaing the vehical problem i was having,and got it to start SUPER quickly.very knowlegeable and confident.i would absolutley reccomend him.

Have always had great service, tech's are friendly and I feel like they go out of their way to make the customer feel appreciated. This is now the only shop I'll go to.

1 star for adding fuel to the fire in this town. Sad that the owners name Wayne is used in commenting badly about the competition. Well ... the competition doesn't leave AAA customers on the side of the road for hours. Sad. Gone down hill.
