I cannot say enough good things about Big J's! I have had various repairs and services here. They are honest on what is needed, very fair priced, accommodating when it comes to scheduling and Jake has an awesome crew of employees. This is what makes a small town business!

I will definitely be going back!! To start when I called to schedule my oil change, Sophie was very friendly and happily answered all of my questions! She was able to get me on the schedule fairly quick! The day of my appt. I had my two youngest with (1&4). She put Frozen on the TV for my daughter per her request. Also gave the girls cute little pink toy cars. She went above and beyond to make sure my girls were comfortable while we waited! I didn t really talk to the service tech much but he was also VERY polite!! They were able to get us in and out within 30min the day of my appointment! I m very pleased with my experience and highly recommend them!!

They got me in quickly and fixed my tire for way less than I was expecting to pay. They're friendly and courteous, as well.

Had a slow leak in our back tire, stopped in here on a Saturday morning and from the conversation to the service of fixing my tire; was most definitely more then a five star.

Fantastic people. Helped me deal with a blown tire on my rental car. Went the extra mile and got my back on the road in no time. Can't thank these guys enough. Some of the nicest and most accommodating people I met on my trip.

Was driving my 91 yr old Mama to St Paul for her 70th college class reunion. Nail puncture on US 169 led us to Big J's. They were great! Advised that patch better than continuing on with "donut" spare on which we had driven since changing. Quickly fixed the tire. We made it to the reunion on time. Thank you!

Best tire store around. Over the top on service and friendliness. Save me while dealing with a rental car mess. We need more local people like this.They believe in the power of helping people and and having that pass on to the next person

We give Big J s the highest ratings! We can t thank Jake enough for helping us out as we were stuck on the highway with a flat tire on our boat trailer. He went the extra mile to install 2 new tires on this trailer. Our hero Jake!! The Jones

What a great place, worked around my work schedule within reason and don't get me wrong I only live a couple blocks away but dropped off my vehicle at my home when it was done, I'll definitely be using there services in the futur

For a real small town feel, you can't beat them. The owner still comes out to pump your gas, check your fluids and change your tires. Six tires mounted, balanced and put back on my truck in an hour and a half while still helping other customers.

Got my snow tires put on at the dealership when I got home I had a flat , called billings to see if they could do a flat repair they got me in right away fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. You really don't see service like this anymore. Great job guys.

One of our drivers blew out a drive tire (heavy-duty commercial truck) and pulled up to Billings Service soon before closing and though the employees who normally take care of truck tires were already gone for the day, the manager came out and said he'd change the tire for him. He took care of the blown tire right away and my driver was able to get back on the road and get home that evening. I highly recommend Billings Service!

We lost a tire on our camper while drivingBrought in the rim an the bad spare we had.. in about 10 minutes we had two new tires on our rims an back on our way to our camper!Always friendly people here.

Great, fast service. Needed my flat fixed at short notice and they fit me in same day. Offered to leave it for the day so they could do it whenever and when I showed up, they asked if I had twenty minutes and did it on the spot! I know they can t always do that but it s much appreciated when you have two small kiddos in tow! Thanks!

This is the only gas station we use. We will be sorry when The Billings retire but the new fella is very nice and I think he'll do just as good as the Billings family did.

I broke a metal stem on one of my car tires. This shop was responsive and super quick with the fix! I decided to switch my oil changes (3 vehicles) to this shop. Kudos to their staff.

I just had 2 tires mounted and balanced on my truck. Service was done In a timely manner and the price was great. This was my first time here but I will be going back and I will recommend this place to my friends.

This is what America used to be. Service upon service. Gas pumped, Windows washed, Oil and other Fluids checked. God bless you Sir and your Company for many years to come. Lead by example, right! The Lord bless your family and friends too.

Called the shop made a appt and got a quote. Go to appt they change the quote by 3x the amount. New owner is a clown. Been going here for 30+ years. Never again!!

I always get my tire work done here. Prices are good. Mount, balance and disposal of 4 tires was $86.00 and it was done fast!

The young man who worked on Sunday 6/13 was very impressive. He took care of all the gas customers while he fixed our flat tire.

I had a bead leak and stem leak my appointment was at 11 I got there at 1015am and they were able to get me in earlier and they did it fast excellent customer service

I was desperate: they were open. I will be back. Fast, friendly, and full service gas station too! Didn't know there were any left. Everyone I saw that day actually referred to them and had only good things to say.
