had car in for repair, very fast service got estimate on repair and agreed arrived to pick up car bill was almost double of estimate, 2 weeks later had same problem with car and was told they would not stand behind there work. yes I called you and ask if you would look at it as I had the same problem again, you said yes but I would have to pay for the work to be done again, I thought you could at least look at it and make sure it wasn't something that you guys did but you didn't want to do that without me having to pay again for the same work

We had to stop in unannounced while on a road trip and all of the staff were very helpful in getting a scanner on the car right away and trying to help as much as they could in a pinch, very friendly and great service!

The worst mechanic ever poor customer service you can t even talk to the mechanic when your there you have to talk to the desk lady, they take months change the motor the car was there almost 6 months and they had problems and some pipes weren t connect correctly to the exhaust we took our truck to the 1 stop great customer service love the people there they put a new engine on the truck in 3 days love them they even washed the truck for me great people love them not like arc auto what ever you call them weird name but yeah don t go to them it s not worth it!Services: Transmission, Engine repair

Arce has great prices, they get the job done, and are finished when they say they re going to be. I m the type of person who would rather continually fix my car rather than get a new one, and know nothing about working on cars myself. Over the years they ve done everything from a full engine swap to my regular oil changes. What I appreciate most is their patience with me. I m in often, have questions, probably have them work on things a normal person could do themselves... they always hear me out and address my concerns. Ashley in the office is especially great. Knowledgeable, organized, calm. She often diagnoses the problem before I bring it in. Thankful these guys have kept my car running well. At 450k miles and going strong...

They are very good home town shoo. They know who and what you need before you walk in the door. I wouldn't trust my 03 Silverado to any one. And with only 94165 on the odometer I wouldn't trust any one else

Bet you don't say you like going to the repair shop! I do! This place is outstanding in every way! I'm 71 so guess how many repair shops I've been in...well I dont know either. But this is the best! Even had a transmission replaced and they teamed up to get me back on the road on time!

Was on the interstate heading to Minneapolis with a coworker and had an issue that caused the vehicle to lose power. Joe and the team were extremely helpful figuring out the problem and giving us a loaner vehicle so we could make our meeting in the cities. Grateful for their team being quick, responsive and helpful, thank you!

My Wife and kids were on the road to NoDak while I was out of town and the van broke down due to a u-joint failure. The wonderful folks there took care of the issue far quicker than I could have dreamed of and had them back on the road in no time. Their price was fair too, considering the circumstances and inconvenience for them. Thank you Arce Auto, it is highly appreciated!

I could give a high school kid with some common sense a copy of the repair manual and get the same quality of work. You get it done but things that shouldn't get overlooked. That being said the staff is friendly and the facility is well kept

They Guys and Gal's at ARCE are awesome! I work in town and had a wheel bearing completely fail on my way into work.....During a Blizzard and -20 below weather. The guys diagnosed my issue, and went the extra mile to get me home that evening. Literally dropped what they were doing and exceeded any expectation I had in mind. STAND UP GROUP ON INDIVIDUALS! A+ EXPERIENCE! Thanks again you guys!

Uneducated when it comes down to it. Very poor customer service skills. I could ignore the poor people skills if it wasn t for there incompetence when it comes to actually fixing a vehicle. Hoses not reconnected. Gasket not put back in. 10/10 would not recommend

I took my Lincoln in for an oil change it never leaked gas before until after I got it back I paid 20 dollars for labor I had the oil and filter but the owner told me right away that my car was leaking gas i thought it was just a drop but it was more like a puddle I ve had 2 of my friends having bad experiences with them as well do not recommend going there .
