I had to have a car towed to Meyer's when I was a couple hours away form home, and I broke down. They got the car in right away, and called me the very next day with an update. The engine was blown, but they pointed out that it might be under a manufacturer warranty extension for known issues with the motor. I checked and they were correct. I'll need to get it towed to a dealer, but that information was super helpful, and no charge for looking at it. They easily could have said nothing, and/ or charged me for diagnostic. These guys are always great to us. They are very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain things. The only draw back is they can be hard to get into sometimes because they book up quick.

Does the work you ask them to do. I was able to schedule service the next day. They one big negative is they are very expensive. On just the part alone I got charged almost 3X what I could have bought it for at NAPA and they are a Napa service center. But if you need quality work done fast with knowledge service it is a great option.

The family cabin is up in McGregor, I had a truck break down late Friday. I contacted Meyer's and they set me up for Monday service, squeezed me into a busy schedule and even with problems getting the correct part, got me on my way and with a great price for great service. Couldn't be happier!

Get customer service they where able to drop me off back at my house in town after I brought my work van there for some much needed repairs. Get people will be sending all my auto repairs there way from now on.
