Went to Mazeppa to look at ATVs, was very nice at first and showed me some used ATVs outback but after looking wasn t interested but those and notice one in front of the store I liked, so I asked how much and he said $4700, so I went and looked at it some more but he never came out there (which is ok I get they are busy) but not having a way to haul it, cash, and had to get going. I thought I d just call them later and say I ll buy it, that s where the one star comes, now he changed the price to $6700 and said I should have bought it when I was there. Very rude and horrible customer service on the phone and hung up. Maybe he was having a bad day I don t know but not a good way to do business.

Just picked up a beautiful used 2021 zr 8000 limited. Owners and their son were awesome to talk to and deal with! I seen that they had a few sleds that I may be interested in at 4am and immediately drove the 4 1/2 hours to get there without even knowing if the sleds were still available but hey when sleds are hard to find like they are I guess you gotta be spontaneous to get what you want lol. The original sled I went to see was already spoken for but they had the 21 for sale they worked with me on price and were just great people! I will be doing business with them in the future. The drive is worth it when you find a smaller business that is so genuine and you can tell they actually care!

Heard a radio ad for this shop and checked their online inventory. Called earlier this week to ask some questions on a used sled they had listed. Went to the shop for the first time yesterday and bought it. The owners and staff are great on the phone and in person. The shop is clean and very well stocked. The sled I bought was in the condition stated and the price was very fair. The shop was busy, but they were getting time to talk to everyone there. Great family owned business, will shop there again for sure!

If I could post a zero I would. Took in a mower that I didn't want to spend much money on and was told would call with an estimate. Got a call that is was ready. 450$ BILL. NOT HAPPY! Went to pick it up ,put in push rods and carb kit like it was no big deal. Carb had no problems when dropped off. Got it home,wouldn't start. Took it back,needs starter. 150$ quote to install. Got call,311$ bill. Reduce to 150 upon argument but doesn't want to see it again. 2 starters later in 2 days he won't warranty it.

Great service department and service staff. Reasonable repair costs and repair parts costs. They also sell snowmobiles, side x sides, 4 wheelers etc. Well worth the drive for purchase and repairs. Would recommend them to friends and family.

I'm never the guy that writes a review until today. I just called Motoproz needing a part they had in stock. I explained to the guy I was calling from out of state, what I needed and that I needed it shipped to me in Arizona. Guy was very helpful at first but when it came to check out, things changed quickly. After giving him my name, address, and phone number he gave me a total. The total was higher than it should be so I questioned him on it. He seemed irritated that I would question the math, and he rattled off the numbers to include sales tax. I asked why I was paying tax when the part was bought over the phone and being shipped out of state? He said if he is standing in my store in Arizona, he has to pay tax so I have to also. I corrected him, told him I was a business owner in Arizona, if someone calls my store from out of state, and I ship to them out of state, they don't pay sales tax, and he was wrong. Clearly irritated with me he says no I'm wrong but he'll take the $7 bucks off the bill for me. He asked for my credit card number using a tone of voice that didn't sit well with me, I told him he needed to work on his customer service skills a little bit, and asked him if he was ready for my credit card number. He barked back that he HAD been waiting this entire time for my number, and by the he had been in business for 30 years. This guy didn't sound 30 years old. My guess is Daddy or the owner has been in business for 30 years, but this guy lost my business in 30 seconds, and I hung up the phone. What would have happened I'm positive is that a bill would have come showing the price of the part marked up $7, no tax would have been shown, and he would have have an even higher profit on this sale.I called another dealer whoose hold recording message started out with "customer statisfaction is our number one goal here". A friendly representive came on right after, they also had the part in stock I had called Motoproz for. He quoted me a price $10.00 cheaper right off the bat than Motoporz did, and upgraded my shipping to two day since I was in a hurry for the part. My total with the two shipping was $15.00 less than Motoproz, I got night and day better service, and was all said and done in under 5 mins. This was a small $80 dollar transaction, I am blessed to earn much more than that per hour. This isn't about $15 dollars to me, it is about being talked down to as a customer, and potentally being over charged illegally. Will my $80 sale make or break them, of course not. Will thousands of people reading this potentially hurt them, it just might. If your the owner of Motoproz and your reading this, you need to look into this and do some training with youst staff.

I'm in Arizona and found a used atv on atv trader, contacted Mike at Motor Pros and he was very helpful, bought it and am having it shipped out here. I found that Motorcycle Shippers had the best price for enclosed delivery. Thanks Motor Pros!

so i had to rate this 1 star just to post but i wish i could rate this place negative stars?? probable the rudest people i have ever meet in my life. everyone says and i try to support local businesses the best that i can but Moto proz will never be on my list of small business to support ever again.

Top of the line dealership. Great inventory, Professional staff. All of this is hard to find anymore but its all here at Motoproz in Mazeppa. Great place to do business with. Nice to see there are dealerships out there like this one yet.

after talking to 4 different atv dealers i called motoproz and spoke to mike and couldn't be more impressed unlike the other dealers he listened to what i wanted instead of what was the most expensive! he was very professional and polite. Mike at motorproz definitely is a guy who cares about his customers. i bought my first atv from motorproz and ill purchase everyone in the future from motorproz. Thank Mike and Angie!!!!

Tried to buy some parts small parts under $20 and they wouldn't sell them to me because I am out of state and didn't buy a machine from them. I know who to avoid in MN now.

This place has the worst customer service. They wouldn t even provide me a part number for an item I was going to purchase from them anyways. Stay away from this place if you want to get treated like you re below them.
