I had a scheduled oil change for today at 2pm. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited to be checked in. The gentleman in front of me discussed with the tech what he wanted done during his oil change. Just before he departed to enter the store to shop he told to he tech whi checked him in "Thanks for fitting it in ."I checked in and took a seat in the waiting area. At 2pm they cleared the bay and brought the car in of the gentleman be before me. Approximately 10 minutes late a tech asked if I was there to pick up. I mentioned that this car was brought in before mine and I was bumped back. The tech said I'll make sure that it gets tended to and proceeded to pull my truck into the garage and shut the door leaving it to sit there.At 2:25 pm they pulled the other car out and finally put my truck in the bay for my scheduled oil change.When my truck was finally finished I moved up to pay for it and 2 tech's apologized for it taking so long. I explained that I shouldn't have been bumped back for a walk in. They both looked at me and stated that the gentleman before me r had a 2 pm appointment as well that he made online and they have no way to track or see online appointments.I repeated that they gave no way to see online appointments? They agreed and I wasn't about to sit and argue over something that sounded fo ridiculous.I wasn't looking for a discount or anything but to simply follow procedures. To tell me you have no way to track or see online appointments is a straight up lie in my opinion. But, no one withzan appointment would say "Thanks for fitting it in" I got my oil change and left. If a mistake is made just apologize for it. Don't lie to a customers face.

I was driving from Brookings to Minneapolis on Saturday afternoon and got a low tire pressure message just outside of Marshall. I stopped in to find out if they could look at my tires. They got me in immediately, answered all my questions, solved the problem, and were friendly and courteous. Thanks so much!

My first time ever going to Walmart for an oil change. Did that on Thursday. Friday they call twice and left voicemails for me to call back. Neither VM said why they were calling. The 1st VM, I thought it was probably just a survey and I didn't call back. Then a 2nd VM late Friday evening and it got me curious as to why they were calling. So I called back and it turns out they forgot to put the oil cap back on. They offered to flush the oil and re-do the oil change for free. And they were polite and prompt. But they wouldn't give me a receipt for re-doing the oil change. I'd give them 5 stars for being polite, prompt, re-doing the oil change, and cleaning off the engine. But, I wonder why they didn't leave a reason on my voicemail nor give me a receipt for the re-do. Covering their tracks? I'll give 3 stars for now. My engine has been extremely reliable. If there's any issues the next 10 or 20 thousand miles, I'll update this review. The only reason I made this ordeal public is because I have no evidence of their mistake if the engine fails because dirt got inside it. If the engine is still good 20,000 miles later, I'll remove this review.

They don't know how to balance. Had to have it done twice. Second time was told rims warped. Had them checked later at Tires Plus for $$ and they were not. Installer appeared not happy. And good with excuses. Buyer beware. Wasted time and 100 mi. travel. If you go there, just be on your toes.Service: TiresService: Tires

Took four men, three and a half hours to dismount, mount and balance two tires. They had one oil change while I was there. One headlight replacement. They spent more time walking away for long periods of time than working. THEY HAD NO WORK. SO THEY USED MY TIME TO SHOW THEY HAD SOMETHING TO DO.

Same as Ken! Three hours, 3/4 workers to put on my tires I bought there at Walmart and balance them! I kept looking and employees would disappear for long periods of time. There were no other customers! Horrible service.

Usually easy to get an appointment but be careful who you talk to because they sometimes forget to write down who you are or what you're there for.

Wal-Mart service just sucks. I should know better but at least I got my oil changed, when I couldn't get in at the dealership.

Very helpful. I couldn't get a tubeless tire for my lawn tractor to seat on the rim, and the staff did it for free!

Couldn't balance a tire if their lives depended on it. Both cars I've gotten tires there for have had to be rebalanced...
