Outstanding customer service. This was my first time using Sundance, but it won t be my last. I was seen right at my appointment time, they communicated what they found, the options that could be done, and the cost. My repairs were done timely and accurately. Thanks to Justin, Bridget, and Charlie!

Justin and the crew at Sundance are amazing!! I had 2 major vehicle failures within a week, and both are back and running great! My newer vehicle (2013 Honda CR-V) runs BETTER than new! AWESOME PEOPLE!!

Was a little disappointed at first that I didn't get my truck back the next day like we originally planned. But overall the work was great. My favorite part was probably hanging out and talking with Brigitte! She rocks and I could probably sit and talk with her for hours!

Excellent service for a reasonable price. Car had a coolant leak that happened on my way to work, I showed up as they were opening. Very welcoming for 7am! They were very helpful and detailed about the plan for the repairs, and sent a digital estimate, as well as a digital final (spot on to the estimate in this instance!). Very friendly, very direct, and most of all very timely! Would absolutely recommend to any and everyone!! Thanks again Sundance!!!!

Sundance team performs great work. Impressed with their ability to diagnose and resolve car troubles no matter the type of vehicle or issue. The quality of parts and labor are top notch. I recommend Sundance Auto without hesitation.Latest repair was a troublesome rear tire that wobbled noticeably while driving freeway at higher speeds after rotating my own tires. Sundance diagnosed, remounted and rebalanced the tire.Service: Tires

My daughter took her car here after some issues. They were very honest about what was going on, and when I asked questions they did not treat us like we were dumb women. It was very refreshing, especially since my dad was a mechanic for 35 years and I knew what they were talking about. No mansplaining! I love this place! My daughter will be taking her car here for the remaining time she is at SMSU.

Amazing service, my Mom's strut broke and took a tire out. They were full of appointments and took us right in and fixed the car in about an hour and were back on the road. Thank you again for squeezing us in on such a busy day.

Went to this place recently. What did they do? Slaughter a fairy in there or something? The office smell way too strong of perfumes. Did that receptionist took a shower in that or something? Brought my car in a month & a half ago because my air stopped blowing in my front of my vehicle but not the back (I have third row seating) and also because my floor boards became soaked in the front. They charged my AC and sent me on my way. Paid over $100 for that and as soon as I got in my car there was still no air (must not have made sure it was working before saying it was finished). I walked back inside and they said they couldn t even look at it again for another week & a half. Brought it back and needed a new blower motor. They installed and that was another $250. I asked about reimbursement for the unnecessary recharging of my AC but wasn t given one. Asked about my floor boards and was told the drain was fine. Same day I picked it up after the blower motor was installed it was blowing great but no longer blowing cold air. Called them and they said they couldn t get me in for another week and a half. Brought it to another shop Instead and had to have AC pressure sensor replaced. Floor boards became soaked again and brought it to a different shop and turned out my AC drain was not fine and had 3 gallons of water inside which drowned my brand new blower motor. Had to have the blower motor replaced again and all that was the problem was a black rubber piece that was stuck and stopping it from draining properly. Called Sundance to ask about warranty for my blower motor and told them what happened and only then is when I was told my AC drain was actually not fine when brought in and that there was a lot of water inside (which, if known prior, could ve saved me from replacing a blower motor twice). The secretary was friendly and very helpful and sympathetic but am not happy with how much time and money it took to get nothing fixed from there.Service: A/C installation & repair

I brought my van in to try to determine where an oil leak was and they found it to be something I replaced myself, which I felt I could try to do again for much cheaper, so I declined their repair. I asked what I owed for the diagnostics and they said that was free. I insisted. They didn't cave. When I picked the van up I again offered to pay SOMETHING (I had $20) for figuring out where it was coming from for me and they (Jake) again declined.I do admire this as I believe, as a matter of principle, there is too much freebie seeking in the world, too much entitlement. I try not to be. I prefer a quid pro quo approach and the oft-ignored golden rule. I figured I can at least "pay" them a 5-star review if they won't take my dag-gum money! I recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to cancel two oil changes here cause my car kept dieing but as soon as I got to their shop they got me in right away! I got my battery situation figured out and did the oil change right there then! I was beyond grateful for the work they did. They said it would take and hour and it only took 40 minutes. Andy was the guy who worked on my car and he did a wonderfull job. They are professional and very friendly, I will surely be sending anyone I know there way!

Worst mechanic shop ever when it comes to timely work being done. I was told it would be done by the end of the week last week, only to find out it will still not be done today. I've been told it should be done by the end of the day two days in a row. I brought it in on a Monday, was suppose to be done by Friday, and now it still isn't done the next week on Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous and I do NOT recommend them for any work past an oil change. I don't even know if I would recommend an oil change because it would take a full week to get it back at this rate.

Like many people, the super cold temps cause trouble for my dad's car. They got us in as quickly as they could on a busy day and fixed the problem (a blown fuse) promptly and professionally. They have done a great job with our Nissan and my dad's Kia. It's difficult to find someone local who works on those makes, and they do a fantastic job.

Had a failed water pump on the home to St. Cloud. Guys at B &A Sundance were great. Fixed it up within 2 hours. They even drove us to Perkins to wait it out. Personable, knowledgable, good workmanship.

Brought my vehicle in at 0730a, at 1645 I called to inquire about the vehicle and they said I could pick it up but they were unable/unwilling repair it. They couldn't be bothered to inform me about it at all. What if I hadn't called, would it have sat overnight? A complete lack of professionalism.

Brent and his team have been my family's go-to auto repair shop since he's been in business. His incredible workmanship and sense of business integrity is amazing. He always does the right thing in the best interest of his customers. For that, B&A is the only mechanic I'll visit.

Went there multiple times hoping it would get better, but seems as tho even if you have an appointment you won t have your car for 7-9 days. Only looks for concerns by the customer and no other related problems.

I was in a pinch to get an oil change and they came through for me. They also rotated my tires for me in the same visit. Would definitely recommend them.

Brought car in 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed. Now he won't fix it because he is waiting for the parts store to replace or pay for the part again. Getting bad parts twice and still not able to get it fixed. Finally got new parts and problem solved. Took time but problem solved.
