Marshall auto exchange was awsome this is how a auto business should be , there customer service was great at a time where I was in need of a new vehicle , they gave me top dollar for me 2008 f150 trade in and got me in a newer undated truck the sales person (Josh) was not pushy and worked hard to get me in a vehicle that I thought would have been out of my price range so happy with marshall auto exchange keep up the good work guys , this is my new truck I love .

Bought my wife a great vehicle, I texted the owner looking for a somewhat specific vehicle and he responded right away with almost exactly what we were looking for, gave me a very good price on trade in, a month or so later my parents were looking for a vehicle, I asked what they were interested in and messaged Josh and again, he messaged back right away with basically the exact vehicle they were interested in, they went down and had the same experience. Great price on trade in and very reasonable price on the vehicles we bought. Next time I'm in the market I will definitely be calling Josh first.

My husband posted a review as we had only driven our new Yukon for four days before our new vehicle going into the shop. Ended up needing new coil packs, spark plugs, taillight, lower ball joints, stabilizer bars in the front, and an alignment. Total coat for repairs ended up being $3300.00. No joke. Not impressed. If I had the option for no stars that would have been my pick. Do not recommend.

Scheduled a detail with them and they got me in within a week. Got my vehicle back same day and was so impressed with how clean it was that I almost took my shoes off to enter in my vehicle. Great service, great people.

He was easy to deal with and got me in a vehicle very quickly. Since I purchased a 10 year old vehicle, I knew there would be issues down the road which is why I also purchased the warranty. Have had the vehicle for just over a month and the front end started squeaking. Mechanic found the front right strut was completely blown causing the squeaking, but also found that the stabilizers and control arms need to be replaced as well. My mechanic also found a coolant leak and several oil leaks.Again, it is a 10 year old vehicle so things will happen, but the coolant leak and the front suspension issues could have and should have been found prior to selling the vehicle.I'm not unhappy with my vehicle as it's what I was looking for and I will be fixing it, but I will not purchase another vehicle from Marshall Auto Exchange as I don't want to have to go through this again.

After stringing us along for over a week, multiple trips 1.5 hours one way, test drive and alerting them to a faulty manifold and struts, they told us they would have it ready for us today. We just got a text saying they sold it out from under us last night. Totally disreputable, shady operation!

Great place, amazing staff, super friendly, only complaint being do your research. I recently bought a vehicle from here and everything was great until I got it home. In my 4-6 months of ownership it's blown a gasket, and I drive it a mile to work, never hard on it. They told me the battery in it was new, and as soon as the first -10� day hit, the battery died. Had it tested and it's a bad battery, never left anything on. Any little thing left on for too long drains the battery. As soon as I left the dealership the check engine light came on and hasn't shut off since. Good place for someone looking for their first vehicle to learn about making payments, just be careful.

Bought a a pickup from Josh. He was great! Brought the vehicle home so we could check it out, and test drive. Very honest with condition. It had one issue that he had fixed, he wants customers to be satisfied. We are! Thank you Josh!

Drove the yukon 4 days so far still in shop needs new plugs and coils and ball joints and taillight assembly for a grand total of $2000 make sure you have it looked over.Not what was expecting for spending $20000

Would rate 0 if I could.Make sure if you test drive a vehicle here you test drive it to a mechanic and have them run diagnostics on it and check it over. While I was shown our Edge here, there was an engine light on. I was told it was an o2 sensor and that it would be fixed prior to purchasing. 2 days later when I purchase the vehicle, the engine light was not on, so I only ASSUMED, it had been fixed like they promised.Fast forward that same evening, the engine light is on again. I contacted Josh immediately who told me to bring it in in the morning. Don t even know why because all I was told when I got there was I don t have a $3000 diagnostics machine, so wait until your warrant kicks in in 30 days, but IF YOU CAN WAIT LONGER SO THEY DONT THINK IM OVER HERE SELLING LEMONS . Huge red flag. Stuck now.Get this thing diagnosed and it is nothing to do with an o2 sensor. It is all turbo related, which is major engine work apparently. even WITH the aftermarket warranty($3000 extra) we are paying almost $4000 in work to be done.Do NOT buy from here.

Josh is a straight A no BS guy. Told me he had the truck I was looking for and told me it wouldn t last long. Trusted his judgement and got things rolling on buying it right over the phone. Thank goodness I did. By the time I got there he had 2 people trying to buy it. Thanks a ton Josh!

I have dealt with marshal auto for 4 years now.i have no complaints.if I had any issues with a vehicle.Josh dealt with it. If I was to get another vehicle it will be through them.

Josh is an untrustworthy salesman. Was interested in buying a used car from him and was trying to make the 3.5 hour trip, he said he was unavailable that day but next week would work, planned for the following Saturday at 930, he called to confirm Friday while I was at work, then within a few hours TEXTS me to tell me the vehicle is no longer available as his 'business partner' sold it already.

I was looking for a truck and saw one they had posted on Facebook. From the very beginning.... They answered my questions and was able to meet up with him when I got to Marshall. He was honest and upfront with issues the truck had. I love my 2002 Ford F-150. I will definitely refer people to Marshall Auto Exchange!

Had my vehicle cleaned and detailed yesterday. They did an awesome job. We live on gravel and have 4 kids so my car gets dirty and messy in every corner so when I picked it up today I was so happy how clean it looked. Thank you Marshall Auto Exchange! We will be returning!!

Sold me a 2002 Chevy Silverado with tons of problems that were not mentioned. They had cleared the check engine codes and once the light popped back up on my way home, 3 of them indicated that the motor could blow at any minute. Very untrustworthy and I would not recommend buying from here.

Don t even waste your time. Drove an hour and a half to check out a truck that Runs and drives great! . Took it for a thirty second test drive and found a transmission sloppier than my ex. Don t even ask about the bathrooms. Don t go here expecting anything nice , you can find a better truck in a junk yard.

Wish I could rate 0. Kind of rude. He s a good salesman but not exactly good person. As a former car salesman I understand you need to help the customer as much as possible to make a sale. He does not believe this to be true. I was in a hurry to buy and he made it IMPOSSIBLE TO BUY. That s not how you run a business. Seems like he s never there.
