They do basic car maintenance, and the mechanic told me that they no longer do insurance related repairs, so I had to schedule with another company down the road. I sat in the customer area for about 20 minutes and waited for someone to help, but no one did, so I looked for a service representative and asked where do I go, and they finally pointed me into the right direction.
