We've bought 2 vehicles from Kruse in the last 3 or 4 years. The sales persons were decent. Seemed more like real people vs just someone who wants to pus a car on someone. They explain warranties and such but don't pressure you into anything when signing the paperwork. They are pretty fair on trade-in values also. In a while, I'll be looking at getting a new pickup. Kruse will be our first choice to go to for that.

Kate was awesome!!! Buying experience was easy and smooth. Truck was as advertised and made the 7.5 hour journey home with ease! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars was due to two things with the truck specifically...First - my new trucks interior was not cleaned or detailed at all. Given the truck was at the dealership for 3 months before I bought it..it would have been nice if someone had taken some time to clean it.. especially since the interior was in such good shape otherwise! Why not showcase that?!Second - the heated and cooled seats didn't work at all. It was a simple fix which cost me 20 dollars (control module plug under P/S seat had ground wire burnt up). Had a extensive inspection been done on the interior, that would have been found and fixed.Overall though, I would for sure recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from Kruse. Knowing I had to drive 7.5 hours back home with a truck I had just bought sight-unseen, Kate made me feel comfortable with my decision and even filled the file tank up for me (extended range 36 gal tank) so I didn't have to stop for gas along the way.They gave me exactly what I wanted for a trade in value on my truck and were so easy and pleasant to work with...Specifically Kate!!

WE were assisted by a wonderful sales person, Kate Faith. She did everything we asked to make us feel comfortable to meet our needs in a new vehicle. She had several vehicles for us to look at that provided what we were looking for. We chose the one we liked and had a test drive with her explaining the features. She answered all of our questions and checked on how we were getting along with our vehicle back at our home. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking at a vehicle from Kruse Motors to ask Kate Faith to assist them in providing them with a wonderful vehicle purchase. Thank you, Kate Faith.

We purchased a used Enclave from Kruse Motors this past week. We love our new car. Max was a wonderful help through the process, we felt he had our best interest in mind and was completely honest. All in all a great experience, this is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from Kruse, 2nd with Max's help.

Kayla has been an absolute pleasure to work. She's incredibly diligent with her work and consistently reached out to me with offers that she felt would be good for me. Through her hard work and diligence she did find something that I was interested in and we were able to make a deal.Kayla is not the only person at Kruse Motors that I've had a wonderful experience with. I had a great experience. TJ Hickman sold me a Ford F250 the only issue is it was at their Iowa location. He found a way to get me there by switching his shift so he could drive me there! He is a trustworthy salesman and goes above and beyond to get you what you're looking for! What a great dealership!!!!

Sam Helmer was the greatest vehicle salesman I have ever worked with. Not once did he try to push or convince me into purchasing a vehicle. He was so patient, understanding and kind. He answered all my questions and explained everything very thoroughly. He was also great with my kiddo who was very impatient! Thanks for the awesome car buying experience, Sam! TJ was awesome! Bought a new Ford, exactly what I was looking for. The whole team was friendly, professional, and honest. I had a tonneau cover and floor mats installed and the service area was just as impressive. Kruse motors will have a repeat customer in me.

Not a pleasant car buying experience. Was constantly being hovered over, was not able to discuss anything privately. Had to say no TOO many times to the extra buy ons that we did not want. Not willing to negotiate price. Buying a used car should default the dealership in providing 2 keys as a standard policy, not something we should have to request and pay extra for. Gave only partial information on their oil change special.

Paige, our sales rep, did a great job answering questions and helping us get the vehicle we wanted. So, I give Paige 5 stars. My only complaint is when we financed, they didn't offer the lowest rate until we asked more questions and compared their rate to our bank's rate. They did end up giving us a better rate then. I do recommend Kruse Motors. They have a big selection of vehicles.

Recently purchased a 2017 Sierra Denali from Kruse. I am very pleased with the quality of customer service at Kruse. Our sale consultant was Salvador Duran. He was very professional and answered any questions I had about the truck. He also explained warranties included and offered with Kruse vehicles very well. Offered several services and products to us. The whole staff is very welcoming and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

Parents purchased a used 10 year old truck that had rust on rockers. The truck was valued at $20000, When all was said and done they convinced my parents to buy the diamond coating on the outside and inside of truck. Also convinced them to purchase a $4700 plan to cover repair of transmission. When all was said and done my parents owed the bank $33000 for the truck plus kruse motors recieved a $1000 cash and my parents paid off van that sits on there lot for $8000. My parents are 80 and 90 years old and were totally screwed by these people.

Kayla Janachovsky was so helpful in finding my boyfriend and I cars, she is so friendly and smiley even after we went back and forth not knowing what car to go for.Kayla thank you so much for your patience with us, it s so hard sometimes to choose a quality car but she really helped us in explaining every detail about the cars we ended up choosing and no regrets and all. This place is the WORST place in the world! They take advantage of old people!!! They sold my grandparents a 10 yes that s right 10 year old rust bucket for $20k then they convinced them they needed diamond coating on it and a transmission warranty for $4,700 who the hell does this on a 10 year old truck! When all was said and done they owed the bank $33,000 AND this damn place got $1,000 cash and their FULLY paid off van which they have listed for $8000!!! My grandpa is 90 and grandma is 80!! I hope and pray someone does this to the owners family members!! BUYER BEWARE

(Summary Kayla Janachovsky: respectful, appreciative, knowledgeable, understanding, pleasantly persistent, and helpful in exactly the way you would hope for).Had the pleasure to with Kayla who demonstrated quite effectively that she understands her industry, and what was most important to us. Was also helpful in raising questions we hadn't fully considered yet.The vehicle market is of course tight and given our interactions we were happy to wait for her to locate something that checked the boxes vs. wasting time going out of town... besides it's so much more convenient to let her do her thing.The purchasing dept process was friendly, pretty straight forward, and they tailored their suggestions to our habits. After, Kayla's walk through to get us oriented, before driving off, alleviated -alot- of time reading the manual. It was a nice icing on cake.

We were heading through Marshall on our way to a soccer tournament in South Dakota. As we pulled into Marshall, we notice a significant rattle coming under the hood. We pulled into Kruse Motors and could NOT have had a better experience.Joe immediately got our vehicle into the shop to troubleshoot. Set up the courtesy driver to take us to a local restaurant for lunch while they determined what was wrong. Called and let us know what was wrong and that it would take the rest of the day to fix. Upon return, Joe set us up with a vehicle we could use for the night so we could get back on the road and to our soccer game.Just as we were about to hop in the vehicle to depart, Joe let us know that the mechanic actually buckled down and got it all completed. He had heard what our situation was and wanted to get us back up and running, to avoid me having to drive back the following day to trade vehicle.UNBELIEVABLE SERVICE!!!!!! When I am back in the market for a new vehicle, there will be a drive down to Marshall to Kruse.
