This place i would NEVER recommend to anyone!! Writing this review while I m at the lobby. I came here for a simple oil change at 11am and I m still here at 1:23pm. They broke my fob for my car. I The manger just got done yelling at me after I told him my situation. As frustrated as I was, I kept and try to explain to him why I was upset. He came off defensive and stormed off saying this conversation is done!! He didn t conduct himself professionally at all. I m now left with close to $300 just to repair the fob (additional problem) on top of my current repair fees. To be honest I m more disappointed than angry because I expect better from them. We could ve resolved this issue even though it was time consuming, had to cancel out my other plans for the day and I had my 5 year old child with me. He witnessed me getting yelled at by the manger. I have ever right to be upset. I feel like that was even robbed of me, the need to express myself. This conversation is over!! Will be the only thing on my mind. It s traumatizing. He created a scene vs me, acting out.
