Let s see where can I start. Since the beginning of purchasing a vehicle Kruse was one of my tops. I had heard they work with people who do not have the best of credit and was really looking for a vehicle as mother of three. Kruse helped get me to what I was looking for which was more room and third row within my budget! I love my Ford Expedition! Servicing my vehicle since financing in May has been nothing but exceptional. Their customer service is top notch. Friendly and fast and never felt pressured to do more. Recently I had a recall on our blow motor and was hoping not to have to pay out of pocket as I am living paycheck to paycheck. Ray was absolutely amazing. This man really did fight for me and understood my needs and really showed that he cared. I just cannot say enough about the people at Kruse and will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone!

My wife and I had been searching the tri-state area for a new super-duty. We found a few in the area and decided to give Kruse motors the first opportunity of a sale. They were fair with trade-in value, negotiated a fair price on the new vehicle and made the process of purchasing relatively un-complicated. TJ Hickman did an excellent job communicating prior to arrival, was awesome facilitating the sale and followed up multiple times afterward to make sure we didn't have any issues! Would definitely give them an opportunity again in the future!~Happy customer~

My wife, Silvia and I drove over 400 miles to this dealership in order to get the best deal in a 3 state area. Silvia and I would like to personally "thank" Kayla Janachovsky for her attention to detail, sense of humor, and kindness in making the deal a very pleasurable experience. Also, a big "thanks" to the Finance Officer, Carter Iverson as well. His help in working with our financial institution in a different state, ensured a complete deal was made within 1 hour. My wife and I were very impressed by the "courtesy" and "respect" shown to us. Other dealerships in South Dakota could learn from them. Finally, the General Sales Manager, Vince Delmonico gave me a great deal on my trade in. Look at Kruse Ford First, if your seeking a new car or truck. You won't be disappointed! Wonderful experience. Couldn t find the right deal in the twin cities so I contacted Kruse. Was blown away by their customer service. Car was delivered the day of the purchase. I definitely recommend working with TJ!

I went to Kruse Motors not knowing exactly what I was looking for and with the help of Sierra Sharp and everyone else there they gave me a few suggestions based on a few simple questions. Jackie was a huge help and kept me informed on where was in the process of getting oil changed. Needed to new tires and both her and co-worker found me the best deal and would be delivered the next day. Great experience for a first-time customer.

The Kruse Motors salesman Max was nice and attentive at the time of purchase. He even delivered my new 2023 F150 to me after they installed a tonneau cover and bed mat that we purchased for the truck, however the truck was delivered dirty inside and out. The bed mat was dirty and had boot prints all over it. When I bought it to his attention he said "those boogers". I assume he was referring to the service department and the person responsible for cleaning the vehicles before delivery. I recently drove from Sioux Falls to Kruse Motors in Marshall, MN to get my 1st oil change and some items under warranty checked. I ask both the service writer and Max ( my salesman) to please clean the bed liner and do a complete new vehicle detail, both said they would have it detailed. When they told me my truck was ready, the only thing they had done was wash it and not very good!! The brand new 2023 F150 was still dirty inside and out and the bed liner was still dirty and the boot prints were still there!! I wish car dealerships and companies would start caring about their customers as much after the sale as they do at the time of the sale. I went to Kruse Motors because my local dealer has gotten to the point that they don't even care about their customers at the beginning. I guess that all Ford dealerships are like that!!

We were pleasantly surprised/impressed with the personal/professional service we received from the Salesperson (Katie Billmeier) that we experienced. She was open, honest, very helpful and a joy to work with. If it had not been for her kind, caring, relaxed, and especially her joyful nature, we very likely would not have bought a vehicle from Kruse Ford Dealership. My wife and I were very happy with our purchase and very happy we met/had Katie Billmeier as our Salesperson!! She is the reason we would highly recommend her and the Kruse Dealership to others and continue to come back to Kruse Motors ourselves! Was traveling and ran over something on the interstate. A mud flap came loose along with a piece of trim - stopped in to see if they could look at it. Their service department Instantly fixed it and didn t charge me a dime! If they treat strangers this good, imagine how they treat their customers!

First of all, let me tell their customer service is outstanding!!!! Ashley and Rudy were super friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive. The vehicle buying process was very efficient and enjoyable. I would definitely go back to Kruse again for any future vehicle purchases!

Had a wonderful experience working with Stacey! She was able to get us a brand new truck for a very reasonable price. The service was fast and we felt very appreciated at Kruse. Also, they were able to get me a great price on my trade-in. Hands down the best Ford shop in the area!!

Great place for doing business! Spoke to Vince on trading my truck for a new F-150. The weather was not great so the dealership worked with me on holding the vehicle until I could safely drive to Marshall. Max was my sales person who completed the transaction. Everything was smooth, the truck was exactly as described and the dealership was very accommodating.

Not only did they have a the EXACT Ford F150 that my husband was looking for, but able to order the Ford Bronco that I've been dreaming about for quite some time now. Excellent place to work with,employees/managers are there doing there job to the fullest potential and give great service whether your buying a vehicle, need a simple tire swap/detail/accessories or repair done....Go see them! It's even worth the drive if you live a distance away. Nice place!!

I had a very nice experience when I came in for an oil change. i believe the man who came to welcome me was named Derick. He was very respectful and explained exactly what would be done on my vehicle. He even opened doors for me. I was impressed! I will be back to Kruse for my next oil change.

I brought my F150 in for a oil change and timing chain repair. They told me that the exhaust manifolds were severely warped and I should replace them now since they were replacing time chain so the cab was off and didn't want me to leave with out the exhaust manifolds being replaced.They didn't have an issue selling me this truck last fall. I put on about 7,000 miles since I bought it, so I don't believe that the manifolds had became so severely warped in that short time. Also did additional repairs that I was not aware of until I went to pick it up and noticed it on my extremely large repair bill.

I had a good experience. The one problem is I had an appointment at 1 for an oil change and new tires. I didn t get out till 4:15 PM. They might been short of workers but it shouldn t take this long.

We were brought to Kruse Ford via their website. We were searching for a newer F150 on-line, and found a used truck that looked like it would fill our needs. We connected with Max and set an appointment to test drive the truck. Max made our test drive, tour of the dealership and the explaining to us that Max and Kruse Ford/ Motors wants your business today and down the road, in sales and service.We really felt comfortable with Max and his honesty and working to help us buy the correct truck for our needs and finances. Thank you Max!I felt so pleased that I came back a few weeks later and bought my Ford Edge from Max! It is everything I wanted and it was what I could afford with lower mileage than my trade-in Escape. Again it was a very pleasant transaction. Thank you again, Max.We returned yesterday for service on our truck. It was a maintenance issue and the Kruse team were very willing to make sure the work was done, completely, promptly and to our satisfaction!We will be back for service and sales in the future and we are willing to drive from Gibbon ( 1.5 hours each way) for your quality of sales and service!Thank you Kruse Team!

We had a great experience at Kruse Ford. Katie and Vince went above and beyond in finding us the truck that we wanted. They did not have what we wanted in stock, but were able to find one for us and get it here extremely fast. Our trade in was priced fair and they were very transparent with what you were actually getting for it. Would very much recommend dealing with them.

I have worked with Kruse in the past and they have always been wonderful to work with! I have bought three vehicles from them (2 new and 1 used). My only complaint is that it takes SO LONG to go through the process. The second time I was there was 2 hours and the third time I was there was 3 hours to trade in my vehicle. The customer service is great, however they need to figure out a better way to go through all of the paperwork and banking so that it does not take so long.

1st Class Service. Quick, Honest, and Reliable. I just recently purchased a truck from Kruse. I am 2k miles away and bought the truck sight unseen. Carter and Nick were amazing during the process. Carter answered all my questions, took a ton of video and sent a ton of images and also helped with transport. All in all an excellent excellent experience. The truck arrived, quickly and exceeded expectations. Do yourself a favor and buy a truck from these boys.
