Went in for my first time for an alignment and was very pleased. Staff was overall friendly and had solid communication. Alignment did not take up too much time, and even got recommended two sets of all-season tires, which I know I will need in the near future. Safe to say I plan on coming back when necessary! Thank you!

I call near the end of the day to have 2 tires replace and was grateful when they said they can get me in. My only problem, which is a big deal, is they charge me 2 hours to change 2 tires. I've worked at a shop long enough to know labor rate is 1 hour for 4 tires. I paid for 8 tires to be change when I only did 2.

Always great service at a good price.Edit 12/22 - Stopped by here passing through town because the brakes were scaping on something. Had the family and the dog in the car and I wasn't looking forward to a delay. One of the guys came out fixed us up in a few minutes (piece of the skid plate had fallen down) and sent us on our way, free of charge. This place has such great service, it's amazing.

Sam is awesome!! He is always so kind and helpful! He knows his job well and he is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer! The other guys are good too... I highly recommend Graham tire for all your tire and oil change needs!

I feel strongly enough about this odd experience that I feel the need to write about it. I was a first-time customer. Went there because of good reviews. Made a phone appt. with "Jason" for an electrical system check next day. Arrived on time. Four guys standing behind counter were unaware of appt. Turned out not written in appt. book. A couple guys started questioning me about why I was there, why I needed to have my car checked (!?). I said that on the phone I stated I had problems with the charging system and wanted a system check. My friend said one gentleman was rolling his eyes, just at the edge of rudeness. A totally strange experience. I've been to a lot of auto repair shops. This was bizarre. We walked out the door shaking our heads, wondering if this had really happened and went to a small shop a mile away. They took us in right away. And the electrical check was gratis (thank you Paul). If you go to Graham's try to go on a good day and make sure your appointment is recorded. And make sure the folks there have not been sniffing parts solvent. My experience was that service orientation that day was dead and buried. Of course, I'll never go back.

Not a good place for me.I got a 22" used rims for them about 4 months ago.one of the rims always had a flat tire, I tried to put the air on and on to keep my car running. I took it back to them to fix it, first time they told me it was fixed and no charge because I got the rims from them. after the next day the tire still got flat, I took it back they told me that they can't help me because they can only go up to 20" they can't work with 22" rim. I knew that somethings might going wrong.I took my car to Pomp's tire shop and they told me that the rim was very bad, I can see the welding that they trying to fix the rim, it was broke before I bought it from them.I feel sorry for my self because I am a good customer for them and I trusted them all the time.I will never take my vehicle there again. Sorry

Recently increased price for single tire mounts and balance. Even when I removed from car and brought in they would have charged 38 dollars. Way over priced in my opinion. Pomps did a quality job for 20.

Good place for tires and oil changes, but had not so good experience with engine service (no returned call from svc mgr required me to take business elsewhere)
