Great Experience with an out state MN business. I've dealt with Twin City Metro dealers who always seem to be half hearted with your time because they're always on the look for the next sucker. But Action Sports' people were really engaged with my choice to get into a Can Am SxS. They definitely put in the effort to make sure I was given the best customer experience for purchasing the machine with OEM accessories I wanted including shipping to my residence. The Can Am Maverick was prep'd for me unlike any other dealer I've experienced. Really appreciated the follow up and questioning about my initial experiences with the machine after purchase. I would definitely recommend! Thanks Peyton. Love the Maverick Sport.

Excellent customer service and amazing people. The staff here make your experience worthwhile from start to finish. I bought my 2021 CRF250F from this location and they had it buttoned up, greased, torqued to spec, oil changed and even fueled up to the top when I came to pick it up.I had the pleasure of working with Dylan, and would do it all again for the exciting experience of buying from Action Sports in Marshall, MN.

"Worked with Sam Schmidt and purchased a 2020 16 foot Alumacraft boat, with Evinrude motor and Shorelander trailer. He's an upfront guy and helpful with information and tips. He seems genuine and honest. We haven't owned a boat in over 20 years and it was nice to deal with someone who was patient with us and willing to do the little extras that most salespersons feel are annoying. We would recommend Sam to anyone looking for the right guy to work with on purchases."

Action motor sports crew was amazing and all very knowledgeable on all of their toys. Taylor is the best!! She was extremely helpful and the sweetest most patient customer service rep I've ever dealt with. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking to buy their next toy or outdoor sport needs! Thank you to everyone who helped out on our used ATV purchase. We will be back :)

We could have driven much closer and went to a bigger dealer, but their customer service was impressive from the start. He stayed late on a Friday night to talk us through our options and stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to make sure the sale went through and everything went smooth. We have been telling anyone who is looking for a new side by side to go to Action Sports and don't waist your time anywhere else!"

Took a motorcycle in to get a estimate on a piece of plastic. Not only did I get a absolutely ridiculous estimate but got charged $141 for the estimate. They can kiss it. This place is a joke unless you have a last name every one knows.

I ve never written a bad review about any business before.This is my first and hopefully my last.I will never bring anything there to be fixed ever again.All I can say is that if anyone out there is looking for a good place to get there Yamaha outboard fixed stay away from here. I wish I had looked at the one star reviews of this place before I brought my boat here. A waste of time and a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible service department, have take ATV's, boats and snowmobiles here. They usually take about 6 months before ever getting back to you and it's usually not to tell you they have done any work but that they are still waiting on parts. Multiple times they miraculously have the parts when you come to pick up your equipment to take it elsewhere. They then will try to charge you for the "work" they did on the equipment. I have told people not to go here and will continue to discourage others from going here.

I currently purchased a 2020 Defender from Action Sports. From the sales department to service these guys know how to take care of a customer. Chris does a great job with competitive pricing and making your new toy custom to your specific needs. Justin is very knowledgeable and helped answer many different questions. I always enjoy doing business with Action Sports. I enjoy the warm welcome every time I walk thru the door.

Everything was Outstanding! I can't believe how easy it was and fast delivery! Andy helped me with everything and when it came time to add extras he knew exactly what I needed. I've been unable to enjoy doing many things for over 10 years and now I can do almost everything I enjoyed before! Thank you!

So after spending a grand to get our boat motor fixed it wasn t fixed and they tried to charge us another 150 to fix it and it s still not fixed. So now they want 200 to lake test it then charge us to fix it then charge another 200 to verify it s fixed. Steer well clear of this place I ll never spend another dime here. I recommend no one else does either. My paperwork says motor runs out good well it doesn t so now what I m just out a grand.

"I recently purchased a new general deluxe. After shopping around a few other dealers and getting quotes, Action sports gave me the best deal. They gave me a fair trade for my ranger and they gave me the deal that I had asked for on my new machine. They helped me get the accessories I wanted at a great price. I have had great experiences with their service department as well. Overall, I had a good buying experience. I would recommend to anyone!"

Nice doing business with Action Sports again. I live near sioux falls sd and my wife and I went there first the night before they didn't even bother to come over and talk to us. So we went back to Action Sports where we've bought 3 of the 4 units we've owned. Dale was very personable and we made the deal and took the ranger home. They appreciate a person's business!

A truly awesome place. Dale is really nice to deal with. I put money down on a quad and later wondered if that had been smart. I thought maybe the photos were fake or something. I shouldn't have worried!! It was in BETTER shape than what I had been expecting.

Walked in the door pocket full of cash. 4 workers standing right at the entrance including management. Not one person greeted my family or I. I had to go get someone to help us. Then they were very unhelpful. I will gladly leave town to spend my money and much better deal.

These guys have serviced my 1700 Road Star for 13 years and it still runs like brand new. It is a sweet/comfortable bike Family takes a 1 week bike trip every year. We've been all over the US. and I'd ride mine any where. Thanks Action Sport for taking care if us.

Great selection of snowmobiles and very nice staff there. Bought a new sled there and had great service to help in my selection. Will definitely buy from these guys again.
