When I say my car is my baby - I m serious. I don t want many hands messing with it. I was devastated when I hit a snowdrift during a whiteout. ABRA did an outstanding job catering to my particular needs to get my baby back on the road. I would rate these guys as many stars as there are in the sky, if I could.

I do believe that Abra had my best interest at heart, unfortunately what I received just wasn t what I expected from the company. My truck was returned filthy. Dirt all over the inside of the door (See picture below) an extreme amount of road tar on the passenger side. The cleanliness doesn t even come close to the fact that the repairs were not finished. I explicitly asked for the job to be completed before releasing it back to me. It wasn t, license plate light had been damaged and not replaced and two lug nuts also had to be replaced. An expense I now have to assume rather than the insurance company covering it (See pictures below). I picked my truck up in the rain so I don t expect it to be nice and shiny but a mechanic who leaves oil residue on the steering wheel and my carpet looking like Malibu beach with the amount of sand left behind for me to vacuum out. Being from out of state and having to have rental they worked as fast as they could. I just wish they would have put a little more effort into getting me my vehicle completed and returned somewhat cleaner than they did. Completely my disappointment and probably my OCD.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Amicable staff! The only complaint I had was time. If you are trying to get things done, fast is probably not the place for you. They are usually super busy, so if you choose to work with them, ensure you have plenty of time and patience. Their work was great.

Body work was done in a timely manner and was done very well. My vehicle is back to new! ABRA also cleaned the inside of my vehicle. That was a pleasant surprise and very much appreciated. Made my day!!

Scheduled an appointment on Wed Nov 15 with Allen for Dec. 7th. My wife and daughter drove to Marshall in the van needing repairs and picked up the rental vehicle from enterprise. Brought the van to ABRA and was told by John? that they were about a week behind on work in the shop and I should reschedule the repairs. Definitely a major missing detail being we were renting a car and both took off work to bring the van up there for our scheduled appointment. They had my phone number and email address and didn't once contact me prior to the scheduled day. We discussed the repairs and I asked for my drivers side sliding door cable to be repaired and a license plate screw to be extracted. He said he would call me with an estimate. Spoiler alert (he never called)... Text messages of the repairs are a good idea but they are pretty vague. Still appreciated them though. On the 29th at approximately 2:30 enterprise calls me and says my vehicle is done and the rental car needs to be returned before 5 so I am not charged up until Wednesday because of the holiday weekend. One half hour later ABRA calls to tell me my vehicle is done and they close at 5. I live 50 minutes away from ABRA, have a job and was given no prior notice that van would be completed on the 29th. I needed notice to get off work early, clean out the van and get to Marshall. Certainly more than 2 hours notice. Ridiculous! We were unable to make it to Marshall before 5 and we were forced to drop the van off at enterprise at the Sioux Falls airport. My insurance agent called ABRA and asked them to cover the extra rental days but he said whoever he talked to was very unpleasant with him. USAA granted me 2 extensions since the repairs took so long. We picked the van up on Jan 2. The front bumper was still damaged from the accident. No supplement was submitted. One mud flap still destroyed and again no supplement submitted. Have to pull sliding door handle very hard to open. And cannot open the door from the inside of the van. Driver door cable was never looked at and the license plate screw is something they "Wont touch"... I will not be taking it back for it to be repaired correctly. I am taking it to a different body shop that knows how to communicate and do quality repairs. I was referred to ABRA by a friend but I will not be referring anyone unless they want sub par communication and incomplete repairs.

I recently had my car's front bumper here, and I have to say that I had a great experience with them. Allen was my main point of contact, and I really appreciated his transparency and communication throughout the process. He kept me updated on the progress of the repair and made sure that everything was taken care of in a timely and efficient manner. The employees at Abra were superior in customer service. Every single person stopped to say hi and greet me with a smile when I walked in. I received text updates on my vehicle frequently. I received personal calls to let me know the status of my vehicle as well. It was the friendliest service I have received in a very long time. Awesome! They did an amazing job on our vehicle...always updating us on the progress. They found an added issue during the fix so they had to order a part and contacted us immediately and offered a loaner for me to drive. They take care of their customers.

Abra was amazing through the whole process. Communication was clear and timely, staying in touch with me through the whole process. Their staff is friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the work they did. Everything is back in full working order and looks as good as new. Additionally, my vehicle came back clean (I didn't drop it off that way...). This is the second time in the recent past we have needed Abra's services. Previously I need them to replace the front window. Not only did I get it back as good as new, they took the time to peel off the state park sticker that was only a few months old and put it on the new windshield. That may sound like a small thing, but it was very thoughtful and saved me from having to buy a new one. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

ABRA was fantastic from the very start. Ryan did a quick assessment of the vehicle to begin with and made sure that the vehicle would be safe to drive while we waiting for our repair date. Replaced both rear quarter panels on my pickup. One from insurance and one on my own. The cost was exactly as estimated. No hidden surprises.The repairs and the matching of the paint was fantastic.
