Terrible communication, and experience.I ordered 4 tires and scheduled an install appointment. After dropping my car off, I received a call 15min later saying that I ordered the wrong tire size for my car. I stated when I purchased them I put in my car info and it said the ones I selected were a fit, and that I'd also double checked to be safe before purchasing. She replied that "the website just pulls up whatever, you still have to check the tire size yourself." I said ok sure, I'll come back and see what's going on (knowing that was not accurate).A few minutes later I get a second call, saying that actually the issue is that I gave them the wrong car key so they don't even know yet if the tires they received will fit or not. What? Ok - so I return and I had given them the wrong key. They say thanks and start to walk away. I tell them I'm going to stay to confirm everything is OK with the tires and appointment before leaving again. 10min later, they say that I did order the correct tires, however they only received 1 of the correct tires and the warehouse sent them the wrong ones of the other 3, so they can't do anything. Shouldn't they have verified the order was correct when they received it a week ago, and shouldn't they have also confirmed they had everything set for the appointment beforehand - not halfway through the appointment? No one knew what they were doing, and there was a lot of confusion because we went through 3 people plus a manager before they could tell me the actual issue. Then, they could only issue a partial refund for the tires, and not the installation charge per tire. Do yourself a favor and don't come here.

I have a gash in my tire, and made an appointment for Walmart to look at the tire because I originally bought them there. Just to check warranty etc. They couldn't understand what I was saying and had to get several people involved just to write up a service ticket. (which didn't end up being done anyways...)I didn't have a warranty which was fine. But instead of trying to help me and potentially sell me new tires, they told me they've never heard of the size tires I had and had no willingness to help me whatsoever. I have a Chevy Cruze...?? Acted like I was a nuisance for needing advice on a tire. Save your money and time, go across the street to Discount tire. Will never be returning to Walmart for any vehicle needs ever again.

I had a good experience here. I went to buy & change one tyre, but was required to change all four tyres due to safety regulations for an AWD vehicle. It cost me $605 for the all.

Whoever was working the evening shift of 02/13/2024 were straight up rude. The lady and then the guy she handed the phone off to. The man seemed very angry to be bothered with simple service questions. The female that was on, clearly is working in the wrong department.

I called to ask for some specific questions on tires because their online system didn't answer those questions. On hold for 25 minutes with one phone. I picked up the other phone and called, it was answered, so I hung up the phone 'on hold'. Associate told me that everything was online and would not help me. She dismissed me. She treated me like I was interrupting her day. And still, here I am with a flat tire. But now I'd rather write a scathing review because of her than to work on fixing my pain.

Fantastic place! Mitch was able to help us get my car into the shop, even though my appointment fell through somehow. Ahmed was able to repair my tire instead of replacing it, which was a huge relief. The tires are in pretty good condition, but I ran over a nail! Thanks to these guys, though, I'm back on the road!

I've been happy with Walmart oil changes in other places but I came to this location during their posted open hours and was told that none of the mechanics had shown up to work today. He also said "It's like this a lot on Sundays". Wow. If it's that poorly managed I do NOT want them working on my car. Never coming here again.

Service before has been good but this time was a disaster.Almost 5 hrs to get my oil changed.Turned in keys and they said 1.5 hours. That was fine, I didn't have an appt and they had other cars ahead of me.1.75 hr later I go back to see if done.Turns out service writer just put the slip of paper with my info on the workbench and didn't load it in the system. So nothing was done and they'd get me in next.That took another 3 hrs later I get to leave.Worst part was this service writer has done this before.Thankfully our kids are grown, so it only ruined mine and my wife's Halloween plans.

It was quite an ordeal doing business here.I ordered my tires online to be delivered here only to be told there were difficulties in installing my four tires that layer right there in the work area. I had to pay extra $200 to make a purchase on the spot.

I bought, 4 tires total from them, within 2 weeks of each other, 2 at a time. It was an overall good experience, they were busy both times that I went and I didn't have an appointment, and they squeezed me in both times. The price was pretty good considering, it was tires, and the installation was actually free, tire removal/disposal was very inexpensive. They were super nice and very accommodating. I recommend them highly, at least at this location. They were kinda funny, they handed me a pretend key as they needed mine, with a cart, so I could shop in the store while they worked on my vehicle. That's actually what was said too, lol, about the shopping thing. They paged me within an hr of actually arriving which I thought was great. I arrived, after 4pm, and they were finished, in an hr. at most. Super happy with my new tires!

Got to the store at 7, the posted opening time. Waited in line behind two other people for 10 minutes for them to actually open, not for them to set up, but for someone to show up and unlock the door. Then waited another 30 minutes for someone to actually speak to me. Mitch, the person checking people in, couldn't have moved slower or looked more miserable. He then told me that it would 2 hours for a standard oil change because there were 2 people in front of me. Keep in mind I had already been there for 40 minutes. There were 4 employees that I saw working on cars, but the two in front of me hadn't even been started yet, but they were still setting up from opening late. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was no manager in the store - obviously a lie, or a TERRIBLY run store. I left, went across the street and got an oil change in 15 minutes for the same price, and they were friendly and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. There are much better options available for the same price. Just an awful experience.

Dirty hectic place full of workers that don't know what their doing or anything about cars.Went to Discount Tires instead and they were actually cheaper and had better choices. Walmart does not sell snow tires.

Longest wait ever! I only needed 2 tires mounted and balanced and after 3 hours they called to let me know my tires were ready. When I got there I could see my car (in the same spot unmoved) so I went inside to pay and get my keys. They handed me my keys and told me my tires were all done. Turns out they mounted and balanced my tires but didn't put them on my car!

Very disappointed. I brought my vehicle in on Feb 2021 for a bad passenger tire. I had to put air in every single day and thought I should finally take it in to check out. It was suggested by the technicians that I would need two new tires and to also had them rotate to the back. Okay, sounds reasonable. I didn t mind the 2 hours wait and the car was fine after the first visit. 2 weeks later, I m encountering the same issue but this time with rear passenger. When I checked it out, I noticed it looks like the old front tires that I had an issue with the first time. How do I know? There are curb marks on the rim that I recognize. The front is more visible and the back is slightly visible. I knew new tires were never installed but the front was switched to the back and the bad tire was probably filled with a void to patch the air leak. Still I thought I can try them again.Went back a second time before Easter. The same technician who helped me the first time helped me again. When I told him what I noticed about the new tires he didn t acknowledge my observation and said he will check it out first. This time I waited 1 hour and he said they found a huge nail pierced into the tire and that s why I had to repumped air. Also said he could show me the tire but never did. He said he took out the tire and add a new tire. He said it was a good thing I bought the road hazard the first time so I only need to buy the road again to cover the new tire installed. Wow, cool, okay, so I bought the new road hazard for my new tire .When I got home I realized it s still the same damn tire. The same tire with the same curb marks. He never put in a new tire.I tried Walmart Auto in Maplegrove twice. Not happy, very disappointed. I never got new tires. My old tires was probably patch and put back on only. Don t go. Don t give them chances either.

Bought 4 Goodyear tires online, Maple Grove was the only Walmart to have the size i needed within 20 miles or so. I scheduled service to replace 4 tires for noon on Tuesday, . They took my car in at 1145. It was done by 1240. Good work, all tires look great and no problems or surprises as the bill was exactly as they quoted me. I'd go back

I came here the 1st time for my last oil change, it was close to closing time but Jim was very friendly and was able to work with us to still get us in, he was great with my 4 yr old daughter as well. The wonderful customer service is the reason I came back and will continue to come back to this specific location. It was a nice touch getting the little note from the manager printed out and set in my seat, should have left a review then but here for my 2nd oil change, different people, busier, but still exceptional service, thank you!

They do not take appointments, and are always a zoo. It took 3 tries on different days to just get tires I PURCHASED FROM HERE mounted on my car. I even got here right when they opened and I stood in line for over an hour be for they even took my keys. It took 3 more hours until they actually got to my car. They tried to upsell me, but instead of suggesting services and asking me, they put them on the bill saying nothing. Before signing to give permission, I had to specifically ask that they take 3 extra services off the bill.Be sure to review your service request carefully before you give them your keys.I don't recommend this place.

The worst auto care center I ever been to. They work until 8pm, I stopped by at 5:30pm on Tuesday, March 26 and guy told me right away they not gonna take me in because they are busy and they close soon (I mean you still have 2,5 hours) and I checked there was only one car inside the auto center. All I wanted to do is balance and rotation and check one tire for the leakage. So I went home and decided to come back next day. Today Wednesday, March 26 I stopped by at 3pm, they took my car but again told that they are super busy and car will be ready only in 3-4 hours (balance and rotation usually takes max 30 minutes to do in normal services) so I had to call my father to come and pick me up. After 3,5 hours I got a call that my car is ready, we came back with my dad and the guy with a poker face told me we were unable to do anything because your tires are too old he showed me on a thread depth tire gauge that my tires are not on a green scale but on yellow, but honestly it was almost green just 1mm down to yellow, not even red, which means my tires are totally fine. I felt like they just didn t want to work so they decided that they will find the reason, but the most annoying thing WHY IT TOOK 3,5 HOURS to do nothing????? I had to arrange my pick up and my drop off with my dad, so he missed few hours of his work just for that guy to do nothing with my car during 3,5 hours?????? I mean if you are not dealing with the tires that are not brand new then you should check the depth of tires right away when customer comes to your service. So so disappointed and angry! Worst customer service ever. Two days in a row I felt that those guys getting their hourly pay and they don t want to do anything else. Never ever coming back again. More than that he didn t even apologized for this inconvenience. Unfortunately I didn t take his name because I was so angry and just wanted to leave that place ASAP

I have nothing but good things to say about this department. I was in need of all new tires for my truck - I took my car in at 6pm and was done 9pm complete with an oil change. I had dealt with Tony and he was more than helpful and offered great customer service. The area was super clean and organized. I would highly recommend and will continue to go there for any tire needs/oil changes!

This place is located in Walmart but feels like an old fashion auto shop. It takes a little time and patience to get the work done (its first come, first serve and no appointments) but I continue to come back because I felt respected every time I go there. I did not feel like the service people were taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge or treating me differently because I am a woman. I only wish they were a full service shop.

Had new tires put on here, tires are not balanced.Called to ask to have tires balanced, was told it would cost $40 to perform a service that should've been performed the first time.Apparently, the price you're paying to have tires put on doesn't include balancing those tires.

Horrible. Was looking for tires and they didn't have the size I needed, which is no big deal but the employee said I could check back later in the week, but had no way of knowing what was coming and had no way to order tires. The most frustrating part is the app showed a large selection of the needed size and in stock otherwise I never would have even gone there.

Went here to get tire/rim swapped - curbed my rim in winter and it cracked. Got an after market replacement from Discount and had to order an OEM to match. Took new rim to Walmart to exchange them. Worked well, very satisfied. I didn't catch the techs name but he was awesome and checked with me before installing a new TPMS (Discount had replaced it) sensor, etc. Good experience and reasonable price.Service: Tires

Only went here because it's the cheapest around for tires. Got there at 1:30 and was told about 3 hours, fine. Went back at 4:30, waited in line forever since they are seriously understaffed, the man joked with me saying he was just about to call me and was rung up and given my keys. I look at the sheet and it said the service was completed at 2:37. I waited around for almost a two extra hours, and they were just about to call me? An absolute joke.
