I came in for a leaky tire repair. I was given my tire lock completely useless after about 1 hour and 30 minutes of the appointment (see attached). Technician said he attempted to tap it in with a hammer. They were using over a foot long torque wrench when they called me over. Upon inspection, there were shards of medal were inside of the grooves of my tire lock nut.I would look elsewhere.

I write this as I sit in their waiting room, watching my car that was due to be complete over 19 hours ago sit untouched as crew walk around only occasionally looking at it. I was told I'd be called if it wasn't going to ready today at 12, already a day late, to avoid me walking over and waiting. It wasn't ready. I was told it'd only be 30 minutes or so more and made a trip to get food. It's been over an hour since then. They eventually told me I also needed a new battery. I left and got it checked. It was fine. Avoid this location and these scamming scumbags! Oh, and they didn't put everything back correctly but left me a dirty rag as a gift!Edit: now I seem to have a new rattle, too.

Overall the experience was better than my last experiences at other auto shops. The work was completed in a timely manner and I didn't have to go back because something wasn't done correctly. I posted this a week ago and guess what, back in the shop!

My mother came here to do their yearly alignment, tire rotation, etc deal for $100, I believe. My older brother suggested it to her as he lives in mankato and has not had an problem there. To save money, she decided to do it. However, when getting her alignment done, she later went to get her oil change the next week at Honda. Honda told her they could to the alignment for her because it was off, but she said tires plus did it for her. According to Honda, they did not do it correctly. So she later that week took it back to tires plus to fix it and immediately went back to Honda if they did it correctly. Do you want to know what happened? They did not do it right again. My mother asked for papers to show tires plus and came back to this location again to have them correct it. She did pay $100 for the deal so why couldn't they do it right the first time? Again, she went back to Honda to see if they did it right. You guessed it, they did not do it right. At this point, she had Honda do it and paid them. Upon reviewing this company and the many complaints, I am glad I do not have to deal with this. Take your business elsewhere. I have always gone to discount tire.

Picked up vehicle and after $230 plus issue wasn't fixed or even better, in fact new issues were present. Mostly there was no comunication while I was there the first time. Took vehicle back to the same TP the next day, this time they walked me throught all of it, I was wrong on what I thought. I guess I didn't trust TP a this time. I stopped going to the Plymouth MN location, there I wanted tires balanced, she told me she saved me $60 because I needed $5,000 worth of work done. Took it to two different shops and they said none of it was needed at this time. Had one of them balance the tires and all was good.

Appointment 7am on 1/3/2024Issues-Store opened late 7:15ish-Waited 30 minutes only to be told the tires never arrived. A tech was sent to grab the tires.-45 minutes later told they ordered the wrong size tires, and the correct size won t arrive until tomorrow 1/4/2024 at 10am- I tried a different location to get a better experience, and this is by far the worst.You just can t make this stuff up. WOW!

I dropped my car off Saturday night for them to look at it Sunday. I called them at 8am to tell them my car was outside and what was going wrong with it. I called around 1pm and they said they haven't looked at it yet. They FINALLY called me at 4pm and told me that they do not have the equipment to deal with my car!!! Wasted my whole Day!!!! I will not return to ANY tires plus!!

If you have choice don t use this store. For a simple tire swap I had to sit and wait for 2 hours. Unbelievable!!! Ended up paying $110 for a simple stuff. Awful service.

Had an oil change scheduled for 1pm on a Tuesday. My husband brought my car there and it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete the oil change and inspection. Absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention in the inspection report they said all 4 tires are close to end of useful life and I need a new air filter and cabin air filter. It was 3 months ago I brought my car to Christian Bros Auto and they replaced both of those air filters and checked my tires and they all passed inspection. I've put less than 700 miles on my car in the last 3 months since I work a hybrid schedule and don't have far to travel on office days. I just feel like they are trying to add on unnecessary services. Won't go back to the Maple Grove location.

My wife came back from her appt and said her bill was more then what Tires Plus showed on their website. On their website they have a button you can push, after you select a tire you are looking for, that is called "Out the door cost". It is this reason we picked them over Discount Tires because we knew what the cost would be right away. Also because of the tires we selected there was a $70 discount. And with this knowledge my wife went to her savings and got the amount needed to pay it with her debit card. When she got the bill it was $128 more then the quoted "out the door cost". Because of this she had to use her credit card instead of her debt card. We went back to the shop and they charged her around $28/tire Road Hazard Warranty and did not inform her they did this. How deceitful can a business be? How many people have they done this to without them really knowing? After they refunded back the deceitful charge, we wanted them to refund the whole amount and she would pay it then with her debt card like she wanted, so she would not get any interest charged to her credit card. They said they could not do that. What is it with franchise businesses..... they all just seem to try to get more out of you in hopes you don't notice. From now on, buying tires/vehicles/appliances/etc., we will be going to a Mom and Pop place.

Brought my car to the shop today for an engine coolant and oil leak on my car, I already knew where the leak was coming from before hand. I spoke with Jason and to my amazement he brought me into the shop and showed me exactly where the problem was along with other issues I was aware of which were spot on. Most places you go to will up charge or repairs on something that is irrelevant or unrelated. The moment Jason showed me all of this, he has earned my trust, they did all the work they said they were going to do and at no point did they up charge me for unnecessary repairs or anything. I for sure will be coming back in the future

Trust these guys! This has to be the #1 nicest most helpful Tires Plus location I've ever been to and trust me I have been to a lot! To be honest I would choose this location over any other tire and repair shop. Leo and Will were over the top nice and professional. I'm that pleased with my service today that I had to write this review. Thanks guys for your professionalism and dedication for excellent service. I sincerely appreciate you. Especially being a woman and feeling like I can trust what my mechanics say.

I made a 9am appointment a few days ago for a simple tire rotation. When I got there they told me it would be a 2-3 hour wait. For having made an appointment prior to showing up, that is ridiculous! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS SHOP...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

With the new team they have employed they have mis diagnosed an oil leak that was a $2,000 difference. The problem they cited wasn t the issue. In another car we took it in for a headlight change. They CAUSED 7,000 in damage to my car. It s not drivable anymore due to their negligence. Not only that but their claims process is non existent. It s been a MONTH and no one will get back to us up to the issue from the area manager to the regional and now the divisional manager hasn t responded.

This shop needs a new counter person. The guy was so rude I had to walk out. Had to ask me the same question 3 times before he actually listened. Their loss. I needed transmission fluid change and new tires for two vehicles. Not spending that kind of money and being treated like this.

Stop by for their free air, on a very chilly day. The technician ardently tried to get air to go into the tires. But they were froze, so he couldn't do much more. Did his best

Issues with my truck's brakes and alignment needed to get taken care of, and this place was within walking distance to my work, so figured I'd give it a go. Chris and Jason went above my expectations and did a great job fixing my truck and getting her back to normal! Appreciate the fast service and the communication. Thank you!

They have fixed my car on my multiple occasions and I never had a complaint until my air conditioner went out on my car. I took it in to get it looked at and they said the compressor needed to get fixed and it would be over $800. I called my warranty company and they asked tire plus to contact them. Tires plus contacted my warranty company before and got it fixed but this time they claimed they couldn t get through. I ended up taking my car to the manufacturer Mazda and turns out my compressor was fine and I only payed $400 to get my air fixed. I am extremely disappointed that Tires plus would try to scam me out of money. I figured out the reason they wouldn t contact the warranty company or call me back was because they lied. Very disappointing

Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help fix my car. I m not one to leave reviews but he made sure I was taken care of and quickly! I will definitely be back for anymore work I need done on my vehicle.

One of the most honest businesses I've in for quite some time. I'm from Lorain, OH and a business there tired to get almost $1,300 from me. Not at Tire Plus. My tires didn't need replaced at all. They even informed me you can wait till next year!!! Of course I had to get them some Dunkin Donuts to to show my appreciation. I travel for work and my car is my transportation. I'll definitely stop before I leave Maple Grove, MN.Service: Tires

They only get the 2 stars because they were better at customer service than the Brooklyn Park location until they weren t. I had my car in and used a warranty. They fixed the alignment and a cracked hose for the AC. When they called me up and told me the car was ready I picked it up and left. The car was still pulling to the right and the steering wheel was worse than what it was when I first brought it in. They showed me the spec sheet which they never showed me, and they NEVER should have let me walk out the door the first time. So they looked at it again and installed a cam bolt. I again left and it was still pulling to the right, this is where they lose their stars. They told me there was nothing else they would do for me and basically turned me away. And you want to know what the problem was? A defective tire! A trained mechanic should be able to go back to the basics to figure this out. So I took my car to another place where I was treated with respect and they took the time to figure it out they also adjusted the alignment more to fix what tires plus didn t fix correctly in the first place.

Got to work and noticed my tire was losing air. So I came to the closest Tires Plus and they were able to help me out in less than 5 minuets wouldn t go anywhere els for tires. Had to change my post because these workers here wanted to charge me over 1000 just to change my tires towed my van to a different shop and they did it in under 1 hour for 100 bucks never coming back here again I d give it no stars if I could I waisted 2 entire days just because they wanted to scam me forget this place man

Good first time visit. Will recommend and come back. They communicate and address car issue within 15-30min of inspection. Seems like a fair price too and this crew seems patient. Jason was helpful on giving me price quote too. Thanks.

Very bad communication. They basically fooled us to pay more than the double they said they were going to charge us.Went on 7/11 to have all 4 tires changed, they told us it was going to be 550 then they called because a part was getting to be bad and they could change it, they said the total after taxes was 640 when went to pick up the car they told me the totals was $1,125, they never told us the $649 was an additional charge they made it sound it was the total we will pay for everything. The manager said he was going to give me a $64 dollars discount so when I was going to insert my card to pay I noticed the total changed again after the discount to $1.225 because they didn t include the taxes in the previous total but he never said anything about it!

They put the wrong oil in my car that made the engine not run well. This was confirmed by another car place. Another time they put all new breaks on my car, which made squeaking noises days later. They ended up replacing them again after I went in a few times. They told me at the time they put the best breaks on that they had. They ened up having to get the correct ones from the dealership. I hate to leave a bad public review, but a family friend recently had their breaks screwed up by the same place.

Absolutely awfully shady business being ran here. They told me work would cost over $100 more than what their own invoice said on paper. They lied and said they checked something that they clearly didn't because it wasn't on the paperwork and once I checked elsewhere, it was the problem. They wanted to charge me $500 to fix something that was not the problem, when the problem was a $20 fix. I will never be back here.

Don't trust this location to remember to tighten your lug nuts. My girlfriend took her car there for new tires based off my recommendation after having good experience with other locations in the past. She had a wheel weight fall off after new tires put on. That's not a big deal as it can happen from time to time. But after going back to have things looked at they forget to tighten lug nuts on 3 of the 4 wheels. I onlyfound out after she mentioned a bad noise coming from her rear end. I went to take the wheel off and found the nuts not even hand tight. Checked the other tires and found one had completely lost a nut.Totally unacceptable. My daughter had been in a car that could have had the wheel fall off.
