Steve s Auto World has quickly become my and my husband s go-to for car maintenance. We have gotten oil changes and general checkups there and have been pleased with the service. Also, they tend to have good coupons online! I haven t had the awkward experience of them trying to offer additional services that I don t need, which I really appreciate. The oil changes have been completed within an hour AND you get a free car wash at the end!

I'm from Northern Minnesota. Tire failure on our car caught us while passing through this area on a Sunday. Steve's Auto world literally saved us. Squeezed us in, inspected our car, ordered us four new tires and put us in a free loaner car. By lunchtime the next day the job was complete at a very fair price. I can't say enough good things about my experience. In fact, next time I am in need of tires for any of my other vehicles, I will travel the 300 miles and purchase from Steve's Auto world. Thank you Steve!

My initial experience for my appointment was extremely aweful: an older gentleman said over the phone that my vehicle was ready, but then said it had just been taken back once we arrived to pick it up. My appointment was at 9am and it was then 6pm. My 3-4 hour appointment took 24 hours with no communication for the delay, and wrong information when inquired. Once I got the call around 9am the day after my appointment, I spoke with Adam and he showed nothing but kindness and empathy towards my situation and frustration. Then, I was having difficulty with my vehicle once I got there, and he took quite a bit of his time and effort to help get it figured out. Adam is the reason for my 5 stars, and I'm hopeful that I encounter more great employees like him with my future appointments there.

For starters - I found this place when my local dealership wanted to charge me arm and a leg to fix my vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion and saved at least $700 for an easy fix. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. And honest which is what everyone wants.My only one off is that they leave the car parked outside the gas station when done. Kinda strange for me personally. I left it there for a week before I had time to pick it up. Nothing bad happened. Just odd.

I have been going to Steve's auto world for several years. They've always done a great job Explaining mechanical issues and what they will do to repair them. Customer service has always been fantastic and I don't feel I'm being overcharged for repairs.There are too many mechanics that are not worth your trust. This is not one of them.

"Can you put a battery in my car today, with no appointment, on a weekend?"A: "sure"That's how you know you are working with a first class service team!Thanks to Steve's I got my battery replaced no trouble during a very cold spell, and it only took them about an hour. I am very grateful because other shops told me Monday at the earliest.

Took my son s car to Steve s Auto World in Maple Grove for issues with the engine after I had a referral stating they are the best. All the staff there are great ! Fully discussed what our options were within the first day without breaking the bank. Replaced the engine and had the car back in 3 days. Tell me where else does that happen! They have definitely earned our business with all our vehicles. They back their work and are easy to deal with. 5 stars all the way!

Person at front desk was extremely disrespectful. Not sure his name, old guy who looked like guy fieri. Grey/white spiked hair with a hideous dyed brown goatee. Seemed annoyed at all customers, very short tempered. Spoke very condescendingly when asked basic questions. I asked a couple of questions and he got ticked off and told the mechanic "put the wheels back on and get it out of the garage, we're not doing the brakes" Very very unprofessional.Over quoted me on brakes and rotors. Went to the next place and got em done for $300 cheaper. Will absolutely never return and will advise everyone to NOT use this repair shop. (Mechanics seemed perfectly fine, but Mr goatee has issues)

Got 2 sets of tires at Steve's at a great price. 1st set (recommended by the manager) lasted more than 5 years and 80K miles and performed phenomenally in all weather. They mounted tires very quickly. Highly recommend.

Had an oil change scheduled with Steve s. Have to say, best service ever. They got me in on the day and time I requested. They were super busy that day and my truck was done so quickly. Highly recommend

Had to pay them for not doing anything to my vehicle. went in for a coolant flush was told they couldn't do it cause of a leak. and that their oil techs looked at it; not a mechanic. I had to pay a mechanic rate for them to do nothing. Horrible service. poorly trained staff. Gas station is great though great breakfast sandwiches.

Always a good experience at Steve's in Maple Grove. Staff are friendly, patient, and walk you through everything. They are very honest with suggestions and fair pricing, never pushy or telling me I need to do something right away.

Easy to get an appointment and they were very friendly and informative. They also matched a competitors coupon. The work was done on time and the vehicle was protected, as well as they left a bottle of water and a free car wash.

The quality of care and customer service at Steve s is second to none. My latest experience was a desperate one, and they had my vehicle fixed within just a few hours (whereas no other mechanics could see my van for weeks). Steve s Auto World is our forever mechanic!

I was surprised by a leaky tire. I live 45 mins away and was in town for my kiddos sport and I had 2 other carpool kiddos with me.We were in town for 1/2 a day.Now out of nowhere I have a flat tire.I used Steve s FREE air in an effort to fix/bandaid my issue.It didn t work.So I walked into Steve s and this amazing guy helped me.Fixed my rim and my tire and had a thoughtful connected real conversation with me and took care of my problem and got me back in the road SAFELY! So grateful.PLUS it was less than $40.00!!!Thank you Steve s!!!! You made a crappy & stressful situation smooth and resolved. Thank You, hm

My initial experience was lack luster. I left my car at the shop all day, drop off at 745 with an appt. I called at 1620was told the car would be another hour and a half. Mind you it was to assess an oil leak, and they determined it would need to have dye placed to find where the leak was coming from. 5 minutes later got a call back saying the car was ready. When I arrived they were unable to locate the keys along with a person in line prior to me. I had to bring my car back now after 100 miles to locate the source of the leak. The only reason that came back was I was already in for $90 and it was close to work. I came back to have get the diagnosis after the weekend. I received I call on the way home with an out the door quote from Howard. When I came back to have the work completed, again worked with Howard, and another fellow that was a morning person . I was pleasantly surprised that a loaner vehicle was available. It was quite dirty on the inside, but it got me point A to point B. Was planning on picking up the car next day based on The information given that morning. I received a call at about 1625 that my car was ready. I will have to say Howard for the save. I ll have to give it another go for sure.

Had a new tire from a different auto shop go flat. Adam and crew fixed the tire in a timely fashion and was very accommodating for myself and dog that had been in a car for 9 hours that day.

Great service. Schedule online. Employees are always friendly even though it is always busy when I'm there. Free tire rotation with purchase of tires is a great perk.

First time getting an oil change here and it was a great experience. I was able to get in on the day I needed, they were fast, friendly staff, & competitively priced. A couple nice touches were the complimentary bottle water in my car and free car wash. I've already recommended to others!

On my way home from Montana my engine light came on. I found a Shell gas station just a few miles off the highway. I said, if there is an auto place near I will have them check my car out. I ask them to run a diagnostic test and the code came back about an overdue oil change, which I already knew about, but when we checked my oil there was barely anything on my dipstick. I asked if they do tire rotation, which they do. And I was able to get my oil changed and my tires rotated. I got there around 10 am ish, and they were able to get me in and done within 45 minutes to 1 hour.They gave me a coupon, but I live over 4 hours away so I won't able to use it, and a free carwash, which I used my car needed one.Nate was very helpful. Thank you, Nate!Also, when I got back in my car there was a little surprise from them saying thank you. Much-needed water on a hot day.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We were heading to the cabin on a late Thursday afternoon and as soon as we got on the freeway a low tire pressure light came on. We watched it go down as we tried to get to the next exit, it was below 10% by the time we pulled into Seve s in Maple Grove. They were awesome found the leak, patched it and had us out of there in less than 30 minutes. Couldn t be more pleased.Service: Tires

I have been using Steve for a long time but my last 2 visits have been really not too good. They still can't find what the problem is with my new tires that I bought from them which is still leaking everyday.

Previously had a good experience but this time my wife took the car in for an oil change special. I'd prebooked and they tried to hard sell her upgrades, she declined and they became rude/unpleasant apparently. Other fluids like windshield wash were not topped up, no carwash was offered as normal. The website special did not indicate these services would not be provided. She will not be returning as she can get better service for the same price elsewhere.Service: Oil change

I called ahead and made an appointment. Igot there on time and was ready to go in an hour. Steve was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be going ther in the future.

I have had my car here many times. I have always gotten excellent service. Last few times have been not so great. But if you go see Nate he is the best and will explain and take care of you, very friendly. Also a shout out to Nicole. You definitely changed my experience today. You made me feel very welcomed and not a bother like some others!
