WARNING this location is called tire and battery but don't let that fool you. This location DOES NOT sell batteries! Drove 45 minutes to be told this location doesn't sell what they advertise. It's even painted on the wall...

Dont buy tires here. They sell you warranty and then never be able to schedule an appointment to fix anything. Store manager was the worse. Suppose to fix flat tires under warranty but you need to schedule an appointment but they don't schedule appointments for flat tires only to get new once.

The price is great, but service is seriously awful. I thought the tech was going to assault me at one point because I asked about my warranty.

When you can get ahold of someone plan on being treated very rudely. They never answer phones. When they tell you it will take 30 mins it will take at least an hour. Don't plan on them updating you as well.Almost like they are doing you a favor.

Once you buy your tires at Maple Grove Sam s, you can never get a hold of someone to make an appointment for rotation/balance of your tires there and if you go in to have it they say they have no time in the day unless you make an appointment first. Sam s has only one person working there so beware their customer service is very bad since they can t keep more people in their tire department.

It's impossible to call and schedule for a tire change. No one answers the phone and cannot schedule an appointment. Don't buy tires from Sam's or you'll be stuck with tires you can't get an appointment to change.

I got my tires changed here. They were done when they said they would be, and everything appeared to be done correctly.

Worst ever slow people don't care wait over 2hour get a flat fix no one to answer phone supposed to call me back never did act like my time don't count never go back
