Mark is the best mechanic we have ever had. He is totally accommodating and always goes out of his way to help us. His prices are fair and we trust his recommendations. I highly recommend him for any car issues you have.

Mark is awesome! We have several vehicles (as we have several teenage drivers) and we have such peace of mind knowing Marc shop is there to keep them all running! He is the most honest, knowledgable, and affordable mechanic out there! He is flexible with his schedule To meet our needs, and he has fit us in multiple times to look over some used vehicles we were considering purchasing for our kids and gave us his opinions on whether he felt like they were a good buy, all without charging us for this valuable insight!The work we have had done on our cars has always been great and reliable. He explains everything to you and even will show you what he has done or replaced and why!Great work and service Mark!

I love having a mechanic I can trust!Mark s years of experience show through his attention to detail and problem solving skills! He is easy to work with, professional, and fairly priced. Mark did a great job with a fair price replacing the flex pipe on my daughter's 2008 Hyundai Sonata.I was less than impressed with his estimate to replace the spark plugs and air filters (which I easily did myself) but was happy he provided the inspection at no cost.I would certainly call Mark again to handle jobs I'm not equipped to do myself.

This guy is amazing! Knows his stuff, offers less costly solutions. He looks your entire vehicle over to let you know about other possible problems. Up front cost proposals, always has done what he said he would do, and this was not just a one-time thing, I have used this service many times, and it is perfectly consistent. Do yourself a favor, and use this man's mechanic's shop, even if he's busy and you have to wait a few days , its more than worth the wait, I promise! Great, great job Mark and thank you!Kelly D

Mark always exceeded my expectations by offering additional service without incurring additional costs. Today he got part from salvage yard for my water pump that would have added additional $200. One time he recommended a muffler shop to replace 2 mufflers saving me $400. To date the break work done has held up better then previous repair shops.

Mark does excellent work, while communicating clearly about what needs to be done and what the cost is. His prices are great and the quality of his work is top notch. Definitely recommend having him work on your vehicle, from oil changes to much bigger issues!

Amazing service! Mark communicated with me well throughout the repair and charged me less than his original quote! He also popped out a dent for no charge. He does quality work, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Mark is the best! He has gone above and beyond for us and we are so appreciative!!! My husband is car searching and he will just stop in for Mark to check out the vehicle he s looking and he is so kind to look at it and give his opinion. Our car broke down today and he fit us in AND got it fixed. We were able to pick it up tonight. Just so grateful to have someone we can trust!!

They were able to get my car in for repairs and hooked me up with a really nice courtesy car to use in less than a day after my original car broke down when all other local shops had a week-long wait time. They re also very good with keeping me updated on repair times and costs.Would definitely recommend this business.Service: Auto maintenance

There are not enough stars here to express my gratitude with this business. Marc is amazing. He makes himself accessible for information and answers questions directly and expediently. We have a GMC whose outside handles keep breaking off. He gave me a quote, I dropped it off on the scheduled date and it was fixed the next day ready to go. His hours are amazing for those with weird schedules. He has a drop box for keys for cars that need to be dropped off after hours. You can call or text him. His garage area is incredibly clean and the waiting room is very clean as well and stocked with coffee (and a small cooler but I don't recall what else is in there). His invoices are easy to read and there is a place on the form when you first get there that asks if you have any other questions about your vehicle. We first marked "No", but then changed it before leaving because there is other work that we want done to the truck. He did a thorough overlook of the vehicle, texted things that he suggested be done, with the estimated prices, and what we asked him to look at. I told him what I wanted and didn't want. There was no shaming or pushing when it came to things that I chose not to do. The music was nice and not loud (it was only on in the shop). Now, there is no more to read here so what are you waiting for? Contact Marc and get that vehicle of yours ready to go :)

We recently had a Major Safety issue with our Ford. My wife was just around the corner from Mark @ ProGrade Auto Experts. Thankfully he was willing to stay late to diagnose and help us out! He gave us a loaner car so we could continue with our work and weekend. I can't thank Mark enough for bending over backwards to help us with the stress of being put out like this. I Highly Recommend him!

Mark save me a ton of money on my muffler prior to starting his own company by recommending a company that could weld my muffler then replacing both muffler and exhaust pipes . For that reason the next time my car needs service he will be the first person I call

Wonderfully wonderful service. Went to pick up my truck and my wife pointed out that they had the book that changed my life almost 6 years ago sitting in their waiting area on a table for all to see. THE BEST book on the planet... An "Our Daily Bread".Good people. Great service. At a reasonable price.

I called ProGrade Auto Experts to get a quote to replace my struts. I spoke with Mark and he gave me a quote that was significantly less than other shops. I would highly recommend ProGrade Auto Experts.

Recently got a used car that need (bushing, sway bars, a fog light, radiator, and water pump and got all part replaced with speedy service and care. One of the best part is they have a loaner car while your car gets worked on!
