Happend 2nd time. After the tire repair, they didn't tighten the lugnust enough. First time when. It happened, I told them nicely and they said they will make sure it will not happen again to anyone. This happend again and could be very dangerous. Was with family on hwy when noticed sound and car shaking. Been their customer for more than 10 years. Never going there again.

My family has been trusting our cars with Tire & Services for years. I never go anywhere else for anything over an oil change. They are honest in their work, prices, and if they can fix the issue or not. Staff are always friendly and passionate about their work.

The Integrity honesty and customer service of the crew up at Goodyear is over the top exceptional,I've been bringing my vehicles to this location for over 8 years now and have never had anything but top quality service and top quality results in the handling of my vehicles,I would highly recommend this Goodyear Tire and Auto Center to anybody who needs to have their car serviced or maintained, .

We've been coming here for years. Both cars, tires, oil changes, alignment. We have al ways though they were trustworthy and still do. We still go there even after moving to the other end of the cities. Lately the wait times have been horrendous. It took 2.5 hours for an oil change and alignment in February. Today I waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. I had an appointment and the front desk guy came out 3.5 hours later and asked If I still wanted to wait for the alignment check. I said absolutely not and left. I know they're short staffed and have been since COVID just like everyone else. Please stop making appointments if you can service them in a timely manner. I could've come next week or the week after

Been bringing our cars there for years. Last couple of years, always had issues. Both cars were sent home with a flat tire after a tire change. On the last car, issue is still not resolved. Keep losing 10psi a day on the same tire. Avoid this place.

I have not paid for services from this shop. They did me a favor and filled up one of my tires that was near flat after work this morning so I could get home, free of charge. Really saved me when I was in a bind. Thank you!

Highly recommend - we've been servicing all of our vehicles through MG Tire & Service for 15+ year. Fantastic service, always communicate prior to doing any work and trustworthy! Ryan the office manager is awesome - they all do a great job.

They saved my day!! I have enjoyed coming here for years with our cars. I jumped in the car today and the battery was done, hot summer I guess. They were able to quickly fit me in for the battery and fix my tire that found another screw. I need to stop finding these in my tires. Glad that they are so good with their tire repairs when you get tires here.Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement

Ryan and team did great work. I came in for a number of wheel services. They looked over my vehicle and deemed that many were unnecessary, no upselling or pressure. I have always had such great service here! I needed an oil change before they closed on a Friday night and they happily squeezed me in to get it done. They are great about service recommendations and when to anticipate those may need to be done. Very friendly staff!!

I have been bringing my cars here for the better part of 15 years. Because I've moved a few times, I also have experience with a handful of other shops - by comparison, MG Tire is a full 5 stars above them all.

Do not go here. They totally took advantage of my situation and way over charged me. They charge be 4.13hrs of labor for a job that would've only taken an hour. Do not go here. Best part is. They are trying to say I had a broken axle. But they didn't fix any axle... and the guy on the phone didn't say anything about a broken axle. These people are con artists. That's it. Go elsewhere for your business.

Hands down the best place for automotive services in the north metro. Everyone who works there is super friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. They provide excellent, honest repairs and maintenance at fair prices. If you need an oil change or your check engine light comes on, this is the place to call.

It was a small job, just changing a tire from one wheel to another. However, most places I called would not be able to get me in for at least a day. This place was able to get me in with only about a 2-hour advanced notice. I stopped by the store about 15 minutes before the scheduled time. They put my car in right away and were done in less than 20 minutes. The price was quite reasonable too.

Can t say enough good things about MG Tire and Services. Been going here since my first car, and they ve helped me through major issues, minor issues, donating my old vehicle to goodwill, and evaluating new vehicles when I was shopping. Through it all they ve had a great attitude and were always honest about even the most minute detail. If you re looking for technicians and mechanics who know what they re doing and will always maintain integrity, go here!

We have been using these guys for at the past 15 years. Unfortunately, we see them more than I would like. However, when you have kids with junkers, this is the reality. They have always done a great job. They are friendly and honest. If the car can forgo the repair, they always let us know this. Their pricing is far better than the dealers. I have recommended them to many people and they have also been happy with them. I highly recommend!!!!

I have been a customer for a few years now. The staff is freindly and always ready to help me with my vehicles. They have also helped me out on the spot on several occasions without a appointment. I definitely recommend this place. Great service and fair prices.May 25, 2021Bought Goodyear Assurance Comfort Drive tires from Tyler. Love the tires and the great service.

I'm an old granny and was visiting relatives over the holidays. Because of the deep freeze temperatures, my tires were low on air when I left for my trip home and needed air put in them. They were so very kind and courteous and checked/filled them right away for free. Thank you so much for making me feel safe on the drive home!! (PS... ALWAYS tip the technician for his time)

Quick Appointment | Fast and Perfect ServiceFound nail in my BMWs rear passenger side tire. Enquired couple of options before calling these guys. I couldn't find quick appointment at other places. Got next day evening appointment with these guys and thought of giving it a try.Went there. Gave my keys and told that it would take half an hour and handed over me TV remote. Within half an hour, I was handed over my key back and charged $35. Also, the pressure monitoring System (TPMS) got reset too.

I had great service here. Being a young woman I am always worried of being taken advantage of because I don't know a lot about cars. They made me feel comfortable and confident in their opinions and even gave me a free tire rotation. I would highly recommend them.

We were passing through on our way back to Wisconsin from North Dakota when a hose broke and our car lost all its oil. The people at Maple Grove Tire & Services got our car in immediately to take a look at it. Unfortunately it needed a new hose kit which they couldn't get until the next day. They let us borrow one of their vehicles so that we could get home even though it was 2 hours away. The next day we returned their vehicle and they had our car fixed. The people here are super friendly and accommodating. We could not believe how nice they were. If we lived closer we would recommend this place to anyone we know.

Really good customer service. Technicians appear to know exactly what is needed to get your vehicle back on the road without stacking additional products or services on you. Only draw back has been having to wait two to three days for a scheduled oil change.
