Made an appointment for my 16 year old to have his oil changed and tires rotated and they treated him very well. In fact, my 16 year-old said he was a very nice person which he doesn t say often.

Was great experience for me. Had some tire issues and they fit me into their tight schedule that day and replaced my tires. The guys were great and upfront and honest about the issues I was dealing with. Never felt pressured for anything. I would definitely go back if anything was needed for my vehicle. This was my second time here for tire issues in a lil over a year. The first was a very cold winter morning and all of my tires had low pressure. So I stopped there because I remembered they had an air hose outside the shop. Come to find out the air was removed years prior. I was trying to get my kids to school and they were packed again with work and took the time out of their work schedule to get me aired up and back in the road without hesitation. They d guys are great and I appreciate the work they do. Highly recommend! Thanks!!!

I was having trouble with my Subaru Impreza mysteriously losing coolant. No visible leak that I could find. A family member recommended Maple Grove BP after my local dealership couldn t figure out my problem. So I made an appointment to get it diagnosed and hopefully fixed. I explained my dilemma to their mechanic Robert. He was awesome! Very knowledgeable and totally patient with me. Robert explained the whole diagnostic procedure very professionally and very easy to understand! In the end he found the issue and repaired my Subaru at a decent fair price! And it s been perfect ever since. I would highly recommend Maple Grove BP and would definitely trust Robert to work all of my family vehicles! Thank you!

Very great business and super welcoming staff. I located them through a DuckDuckDuckGo search. I am definitely not a man of means and work very hard for every dollar I earn and pinch every penny that I spend. During this extremely cold weather, the windshield in my car was no longer remaining clear and was frosting. Oh my goodness, this was such a dangerous situation as I was desperately trying to get my child to the pediatric ophthalmologist for treatment of her degenerative optic nerve disease. I could not help but be stymied by the irony of her vision problems and me not being able to see out the windshield.I pulled into the Maple Grove Automotive BP and was promptly greeted by the courteous man at the counter. What a gem of a man, so pleasant and so understanding. I explained my plight and was promptly and directly introduced to the mechanic, Robert. Robert took the time to listen to the problem I was experiencing and asked to look a my car. He quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem to the blend door actuator. Who even knew that was a thing, right? Anyway, Robert reassured me that the fix would take some time as he needed to really get into the depth of the dash in the car. I authorized the repair and Robert quickly to control of the repairs. Once the repairs were complete, I was contacted and told that my car was ready. What a blessing!When I picked up my car, there was no extra drama of anyone trying to sell me additional products or services honestly I probably would have purchased some! Before taking payment, I was counseled on the work completed and Robert demonstrated to me that the problem was fixed. Further, he reassured me that the car would be warm and safe for me to continue taking my daughter to her eye appointments. Then I was presented with the bill which I gladly paid. I feel that cost of the repair was fair and reasonable. I found Robert on my way out and hugged him. He treated me with kindness and grace.I would definitely recommend the Maple Grove Automotive BP to anyone since they are the top auto repair shop in the city!

I really like taking my cars here for service. Tim and the crew are super friendly and do great work. When unexpected issues pop up, they are great about getting us in ASAP. I also appreciate the transparency about the cost, work being done, upcoming maintenance, etc. As a bonus for parents coming in with kids, there's a small table to hang out but also a park within walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

I've been taking my family vehicles to this BP for a long time. Service has always been stellar. Ask for Robert. He has taken very good care of me and is straight up with what is going on, what needs fixing, and why. He's fixed warranty covered problems even the dealership couldn't figure out. He even took care of the warranty end of it. Couldn't be happier with his work. Prices are always fair, work finished in a timely manner, and done right.

I have worked with this BP auto repair shop over the years and have been extremely impressed with their service. It seems like each car I purchase always has an issue. They have provided me with quick, friendly, and professional service over the years. I will continue to bring my vehicles here for all needed services. Very honest organization as well. If you need a trusted mechanic that is very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. Go see Rob at Maple Grove BP. I ve been seeing Rob for many years. From a simple oil change to major repairs. He has been my go to mechanic and I will continue to bring all my vehicles to Rob.

Love the experience of the mechanics at BP. Always a clear answer on what the issues are and what needs to be done. I found Robert to be the guy that I ve known and trusted. Always upfront and honest, he will tell you what needs attention in the future and what needs immediate attention. I ve always wanted a mechanic that I can refer my friends to. Robert is that guy!

For nearly 11 years I have lived in MN, this is by far the best car shop I have ever gotten car repair services from. I took my car in for brake repairs then I met Dan, the General Manager, he made sure my car was going to get fixed with my budget. He was very professional with emphasis on my safety and making sure services are done right. They also did an oil change and a ticket to get a car wash. They also called me back a few days later to make sure everything was ok.I would definitely recommend. The best customer service experience!!

I went into the station recently for an oil change. Because my check engine light was on, I had them do a diagnostic. Based on what they discovered, the nice gentleman recommended to NOT fix my car based on the cost of the repair. He told me it will NOT harm my vehicle in any way by not fixing the issue. I appreciated his honesty and didn't try to convince me to spend $2600 on something that did not need repaired.Even the gal working the cash counter was super nice!It was such a pleasant experience.Thank you BP for looing for out for me.

Have taken my cars here many times and always have been treated fairly. Have found the manager, Dan, to be pleasant and honest. Repairs done in a timely manner at a economical price. Always willing to make things right. Highly recommend this place and I will continue to patronize them.

I just had my oil changed at Maple Grove BP and I will defiantly be going back! Dan is very friendly and super knowledgeable. He even gave me a discount on my windshield wipers. Illeya is the mechanic and he was really fast. Amy who works up front was also super friendly. The whole experience was great and totally worth it! I highly recommend this place for all mechanic work needed on your car.

We transitioned to having all of our vehicle oil changes and repairs done at the Maple Grove BP after reviewing service center reviews throughout the northern metro. We selected this location based on the positive reviews and can sincerely concur with others who were satisfied. When you call them for support or to schedule an appointment, you will talk to Dan and he will be there for you from beginning to end.He just finished up some work on my Father-In-Laws vehicle and was so very honest with what needed to be done and assured us that it would be done right and on-time. It was and we couldn't be happier.Give them a chance. You will NOT be disappointed!

I used to have my auto work done at Jensen s in Minneapolis, I followed Robert B out to the BP in Maple Grove because he s an honest mechanic who looks out for my interests. He s never had me repair something that wasn t needed.

I brought my car in today to Maple grove BP for an oil change. I called yesterday and scheduled my appointment. Even though i was 20 minutes late for my appointment they promptly brought my car in and told me that it was totally fine. Erik Jerde the service writer was so courteous and even got me a great deal. Mike and Brian in service were both very funny and nice and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to Maple grove BP, they do a wonderful job and their staff is very friendly and professional.

I have had my personal and company vehicles serviced at BP 494 / Bass lake road for the last three years. They have always did there best to get me in right away. Service has been Excellent and they back there workmenship.Service Manager Dan has been great on handling all maintenance and service issues.

Came the first time and was 10 minutes late and the mechanic said he let somebody else get the car done and refused to serve me. Rescheduled only to find out that my oil change wasn't covered under the coupon they sold me. I don't know enough about cars to say which oil I needed. The guy who sold it to me said my car would be covered under it for synthetic oil. It turned out my car only got full synthetic so it wouldnt work for it. Tried to get a refund and he refused but said he could do half off a way overpriced oil change. His regular price for full synthetic oil was $80. I did some research and that's over double what most places charge. After the disrespectful and shady business practices he called me to ask if I wanted my air filters changed and it was over $70 for two of them. After agreeing to having them changed I found out once again that he was charging way to much. I highly recommend Steve's Auto World(Also in Maple Grove) as you can do oil changes and car filters for no more than 50-60. With a polite and caring staff that isnt just trying to rip you off and take advantage of you. Oh and it takes them an hour rather than a whole day to do it.

I brought my car there for an oil change, and in addition to doing that, they examined my car and found out a mouse had been making a nest in there! Thank goodness they did a thorough job! The service manager Dan is great and has always been helpful to me!

Absolute wonderful service! Been taking my Volvo here for years and now my family takes theirs as well. Really happy I found a place that offers a fair price, with service guys I can trust aren t overcharging or insisting on unnecessary services but get the job done. They look out for you. I ll be back.

Dan is the most amazing mechanic. Took very good care of us in an emergency. Appreciate his kindness and integrity. I don t usually leave reviews but this man and this shop is top of the line.

I have been taking my Jeep to this BP for service for years. They have always done a great job and I always feel that it is a great value. I usually deal with the manager, Dan and he is always so great to work with! Everyone has been very nice. Thank you!
