Angie, Mike and Dave from Maple Grove Auto Service are amazing service pros who genuinely care for customers and provide the best advice on vehicle maintenance. I have been taking my 2003 Toyota Sequoia to then since 2006 when I bought it with 46k miles. Following their advice and that of their expert technicians, that Sequoia is still running like a champ, approaching 440k miles

5 years ago when selling an 81 Corvette I called every auto shop in the city to use their lift to take pictures of the under carriage. Maple Grove Auto Service was the only one who allowed that and ever since has been the best. They are the most trust worthy, knowledgeable, and reasonable mechanics in Maple Grove and I m glad to take all mine and my family s vehicles here.

I had a LOT of work done here on one ticket. This place was very reasonable and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Car is running better than when I first got it at this point. Will definitely be back!

I really like this shop. They have all of the equipment to work on my cargo van and cars/trucks. Stuff very friendly. I usually drop the vehicle for entire day and pickup it up the next day. Prices are fair as well. The quality of their work, along with being honest and up front with what my vehicles really need is what keeps me coming back.Their customer service is on point. One time during Covid when parts where hard to come by, they found what I needed and help setup the appointment putting my vehicles needs over profits. That was above and beyond and truly appreciated.For 20+ years I have recommended Maple Grove auto to EVERYONE I can to support a great local business!

Let me preface this review with saying, I hate auto shops, except for Maple Grove Auto Service. I used to be the guy who would do all my own work and spend hours under my truck because I felt like I could never trust an auto shop. I have now had several experiences with Maple Grove Auto Service and have been pleased with the work done. I trust Maple Grove Auto Service to maintain my truck and provide me with low pressure preventative maintenance recommendations. They may not be the cheapest per line item, their prices are fair, and I will happily pay a couple extra bucks to have an auto shop I trust. I now live 100 miles away and still bring my truck here because of the the reputation they have established. Maple Grove Auto Service is flat out great and they are the only car mechanics I trust. They are honest and explain things so well with what is going on with my car and why. They found the air conditioning only had to be recharged on my 2011 GMC pickup which I fully anticipated was going to require a new compressor. They added dye as well so if in the future it does leak it can easily be identified and prepared. The truck has almost 180,000 miles and said the serpentine and compressor belts were still okay and could easily have recommended replacement. Also asked to have the brake wear checked and both front and rear brakes were reported to be within tolerance. Again, could have easily recommended brake replacement as they are the original brakes. Maple Grove Auto Service gives you just what you ask for and doesn't try to sell you things that are still functional even though they're old.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Air conditioning

UPDATED Review next paragraph. I have used Maple Grove Auto Service to maintain my 2007 Mustang. They are the best. Straight talk. Fair pricing. Quality work. My car runs like it was brand new and the air conditioning works well again. I am confident I'll get many, many miles out of this car as long as I keep bringing it back here for servicing. It is comforting to have mechanics you can trust.UPDATE to my review: Again needed Maple Grove Auto Service to diagnose and replace my alternator. Again timely service, straight talk and fair pricing. Had my brakes and rotors done in 11-2022 & in June started to squeak, grind & leak brake dust to the point where my tires were turning black, brought it in & even though they could t find anything wrong. They replaced them & even upgraded them to the best quality at no charge. They didn t have to do that at all but I truly appreciate it so thank you guys again. With all the great reviews & all the other amazing things I ve heard about you from people I know I will come back

We are traveling and needed an oil change. Based on reviews, we went to Maple Grove Auto Service and were very pleased. They were fast (less than an hour),more than reasonably priced and completed a 27 point inspection, with photos. Even better, they sent the report to us for our reference.Perhaps more importantly, I overheard a couple of conversations, both phone and in-person, where they were very helpful, respectful and engaging.Go here, you won't regret it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Oil change

Awesome service, never have they surprised us with anything. If something doesn't need to be fixed they tell you or advise you what needs attention. Costs are relatively affordable and consistent or cheaper in Maple Grove automotive work. 3 vehicles fixed and running awesome. We found a home for vehicle repairs.

Hard to find good car mechanics that also aren't trying to pull fast buck gimmicks. Been coming here 15 years and never had any issues. They tell you what you want to know and don't try to rip you off! Definitely recommend

When I returned to pickup my vehicle, mention was made of things I need to have checked out during my next visit. I cannot say enough good about Maple Grove Auto. I started working with them way back in 2003 when Conrad was the owner. Since then Mark has taken over and has not skipped a beat when it comes to quality and service for their customers. I went back to Maple Grove Auto after trying out the service dept with another dealership after I made a new car purchase. They were terrible. Never stood behind the work they did, never accurately estimated the time it would take for the repair, charged me for a rental if I didn't want to sit in their waiting room for 4 hours or wait an hour for a courtesy ride. I finally said, "Enough!". Maple Grove Auto's repair costs were about a third lower than the dealer, they were always done in the time frame that was quoted to me and if I needed a car, they had one for me, free of charge. Not only that, they worked with me to help me resolve other issues that the dealership had ignored. Due to Maple Grove Auto's years of experience they were able to help me find solutions. Did they get paid to do that? No. Did that solidify my customer loyalty? You bet! Honestly, I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in the Twin Cities. They are that good. I cannot recommend then highly enough!

Everyone here is great. Went in for a transmission leak, was able to get a loaner car. My favorite thing is that they take pictures and send you a link so you can see first hand the issues going on and the importance of the issue. Matt called me to go over everything with my vehicle and was very informative and polite, they were not pushy in any way or trying to sell you anything you don't need. It would be hard to go anywhere but here after such a great experience!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Been going to Maple Grove Auto for over 10+ years. The courtesy car is an absolute must for me as it's so easy to drop it off in the morning and pick it up after work - lots of auto shops don't offer this, and is a big reason why I travel out of my way to go to Maple Grove Auto. I also appreciate the inspection report sent via text. It gives me confidence that they performed a thorough inspection and provide an honest opinion on repairs and maintenance.

These folks are simply great. We all want a mechanic we can trust. We trust them. Been loyal customers for years. Very responsive and professional. Recently, I took my 2006 Infiniti M35x in for some exhaust work (muffler, etc.). Quote was $2200 mostly because of parts. Doug was looking out for me and suggested I call a friendly competitor which cost only $390. I couldn't recommend them more highly.
