Shout out to Craig who went above and beyond to help me with multiple problems on my vehicle. He explained everything very thoroughly, even if I didn't quite understand what it meant! I felt reassured and not taken advantage of! I have officially found my go to Mechanic and will not go anywhere else!Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Told us the price would be $100 and we paid 600 for them not to even fix what was wrong with it.

I had my heads worked on from my Chevy Avalanche 5.3 engine looked over and decked and some exhaust broken studs removed from them they turned out great and done in a timely manner to get my truck back up and running and still working well on the truck!

Just got off the phone with Steve asking for an approximate price to replace a specific part on our vehicle. He said I have no idea what that is followed by an awkward pause. I responded saying so, should I just call another shop then? To which he swiftly encouraged me to do. It would ve been real hard for him to, I don t know, maybe ask a follow up question and at least make a pathetic attempt to acquire my business. Hey Steve, try a Google search next time bud. The part I asked about exists. TRASH!!!!!

I've been taking my SUV to Lloyd's for 3 plus years now and they have always treated me very well, with respect and I feel that they are very honest and have the highest integrity in my book. Customer service is superb every single time I have to deal with issues on my truck. I WILL NOT take my car anywhere else EVER again and neither will my renter and. Awsome experience EVERY time.

I would recommend Lloyds in a heartbeat. The people there are absolutely amazing, they do amazing work, they are very honest and they do not add on extra unnecessary stuff like a lot of other places like to do. I have never trusted any other mechanic shop like i trust Lloyd's, they go above and beyond to help you. The prices are great i will never bring my vehicle to any other shop than Lloyd's.

I brought my Impala in for heating issues. The guys there went out of their way to be sure it got fixed due to it being incredibly hard to diagnose. When I was there to get an explanation for it taking longer than expected, another customer came in and needed a ride home. The mechanic took the 15 min out of his day to take her when he didn't need to. Very nice guys who work with you when there are issues and I'll definitely be going back.

We had a fairly major water pump project that required half the engine to be torn apart. (Ford Edge) They were most professional and explained the entire process in detail. They were several hundred dollars less expensive than a chain store mechanic. We left Lloyd's after significant and complex repair with a smile. This was my second project with them. First one involved new plugs, wiring, and EGR valve. Again, most pleased with skill and their customer interaction.

Mike & staff are always very friendly, honest & upfront. I appreciate that they won't do anything I don't need, & will go the extra mile to help out customers. Highly recommend to anyone who needs car maintenance or repairs.

They waited till my car was in the garage to tell me I was going to be charged extra for my oil change, then didn't have my parts on hand, one mechanic invited me to observe my brake pads were low ,then the sales man freaked out I was in the garage. I hope they even changed my oil, the whole thing cost more than advertised and left me with an uneasy feeling .

In the middle of a snow storm I had a blowout not far from them. I was able to get it there. After getting stuck in the snow at their entrance they pulled me up to the shop and replaced my tire for me right away. Very fast and friendly about it all despite the conditions.

I had a cylinder head built by them that was a full rebuild, fully ported, big valves, the whole nine. Took it to get it flowed on a flow bench, and it flowed nowhere near what it should. Took it back for them to fix it and it got better, but still not at its potential. Put it on a motor and it spun a bearing on the dyno before even making a pull. I then brought it back to them to have it cleaned up and checked over. When I went to pick it up, there was still visible ARP lube with metal shavings from where the head studs bolts the head down (wasn t cleaned). I said that is not acceptable and asked to have it gone through again. After picking it up I noticed after pulling it out of the bag the cam journals still had metal imbedded. At this point all credibility and trust was gone after two cleanings with metal left behind. I took it to another shop to have it fully disassembled and redone. After they disassembled it more issues popped up. There was a very poor repair on the fire ring where it looks like it was gouged by a tool for cutting valve seats. The valve job barely had any sealing surface and part of a valve didn t seal at all. The valve seats were installed way too deep and combined with their porting job left zero material under parts of the seats (would cause the seats to sink overtime). At this point the head is junk and I have to start over with a new casting.

If I could give this place less than one star I would. After working on my cylinder heads they said everything was within spec, turns out I had bent exhaust valves and worn out valve guides. Horrible place, spent way too much money here to have someone else rebuild them once again the correct way.

Used rotory tool to clean flat surface of a coolant flange that came back rounded instead of flat.....
