Fix Auto repaired my rear bumper following an accident. Their customer service and communication were top notch, and the repair was quick & quality. They worked directly with the car rental place and insurance company to make the whole process as easy as possible, and they kept me updated during the repairs. They exceeded expectations in just about every way; I'd highly recommend!

Fix Auto did an excellent job repairing our vehicle. It took a little longer to get the parts needed because we went with OEM instead of aftermarket, but Fix kept us up to date on the progress. Fix handled all the Insurance issues. Highly recommend.

They were quick! I love the text updates through out the process. I just wish they gave me a heads up the day before so I could ve been more prepared to get my car on a Friday! My car looks and smells so nice!

Communication and professionalism were top notch from the beginning to end. They worked quickly to understand the extent of my repairs and exceeded my expectations for timing and quality. They were very forthcoming with all information and allowed me to make decisions regarding scope of repairs based on their professional observations. They dealt with the insurance company more than I did for a deer hit. My repairs were completed very close to the original projected completion (of course they couldn't promise just based on outer damage- but one day earlier than original projection).Shop kept me as informed as I liked via text, I texted back or called when I needed any clarification. Every communication was efficient and patient even if, in hindsight, my question was redundant.Was able to drop off my Enterprise rental and pick up my car in one stop.Everything I could have asked for.

Top-notch service. They walked me through the process, advise me on how to handle insurance. They even did a three-way call while I was on the line with the insurance to make sure that everything was good to go before I brought my vehicle in. I cannot say how absolutely AMAZING the red carpet service was that I got from the team at Fix Auto!! It started with a conversation with the customer service manager , Sydney! Class pure class!! She got my vehicle in immediately and had it serviced and back to me! The team was off the charts in professionalism, accuracy and timeliness! Thanks so much for getting me fixed and back on the road. I will recommend to anyone!

I had the displeasure of seeking an estimate with this business. Everything I have seen suggest the quality of their work is very good. But their communication is obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. One of their fabulous employee (Carmen) hung up on me after I decline to provide her my last name. Go figure.

I notice after returning my car for them to fix the mistake they done the 3M tape was already tearing off on me...I was shocked at the work they have done to my 16' TLX. With my OEM Front Underbody Kit not lined up correctly, I had to use my labor to remove and inspect the work that is finished from the inside and made sure that the things they purchased and discussed are genuine...in that case it is. However, the funny part about looking at the installation is quite absurd and dumb when it came to installing this oem underbody kit. I knew something was already off. They didn't want to put the time and patience to fix it this and moreover, the quality of the work is awful. I'm very positive they knew they installed it wrong way before I returned. They did refuse to work on the passenger side because of the tow hook plate but I've already informed them that my tools are present at any time in the passenger side. See the pictures for yourself and realize how stupid it is drilling a hole that is not on the spot HONDA said to drill for the accessories (Front Underbody Spoiler). Again these are all OEM!!! It's ridiculous. Now this is a waste of both my time and the shops time too...

I highly recommend! They were very organized, kept me informed of the progress and additional parts required. My vehicle looks fantastic and they even cleaned the winter debris from the front interior! Yes, it took a while to get the appointment, but that also allowed all the parts to be on hand, and the repairs completed earlier than expected. They coordinate with the car rental to make it easier for the customer. Excellent customer service and attention to details!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Repair went smoothly. They coordinated with Enterprise for seamless pick up and drop off. I got 2 or 3 updates along the way on the status. My car was in for repairs after an accident. They did an amazing job!Kept me in the loop throughout the process and when I picked it up it was like new!Staff is very accommodating and I loved how cheerful they are!I d absolutely recommend you check them out!
