I had a wonderful experience with Ed s Collision.Repair: obviously most important and it was flawless. The techs are experts and did a fantastic job.Service: The service from start to finish was 10/10. The first shop I ve ever been to where I didn t feel like an idiot for asking questions.Communication: From our first conversation they ordered the parts, got me schedule, had clear communication throughout the repair and were close to perfect with their estimation of repair time.Highly recommend Ed s, and a special shoutout to Andrea who is a rockstar.

I was unfortunately rear ended for the 2nd time this year but this time in my new vehicle. Ed s Collision was great from the start they got me in quickly for an estimate and had my car repaired like new in less than a week (and it was spotless on the inside and smelled great! I love a clean car!). Staff was friendly and was great with communication/prompt in responding to my questions. I would definitely choose Ed s again but I hope I don t have to ;)

Service is the best. Getting my CRV back feels like I have a new vehicle. The damage was repaired quickly and the detailing on the interior is the best. Everyone at Ed s is wonderful to work with. They answer all questions quickly. I recommend Ed s to anyone who asks.

The repair and service at Ed's Maple Grove far exceeded my expectations. As an Insurance Agent there are many Auto Body repair facilities around town, but Ed's stands out. Not only do they do very good quality work quickly but are easy to work with and you get your car back cleaner than when you dropped it off!

We had a great experience from start to finish. Chris DeLorenzo reviewed the damage to our 2013 Hyundai Accent, prepared the estimate and took care of the insurance claim. The repairs were completed as promised and on time. Highly Wreck-A-Mended.

Ed's did a great job fixing our collision damage, you can't see any sign of the damage. They were fast and did good work. What more can you ask for.

Our poor new Nissan had a bird strike, hail damage and a minor rear-end collision all within 30 days last summer. Ed's Collision made everything look new again. Due to our country's ongoing supply chain drama, we had to wait for parts. But Ed's kept us informed and we scheduled two different repair sessions. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Ed's tag line of "we come highly wreck-a-mended" is correct. Thank you.

Submitted two online estimates and have not heard anything in a week. I even called to follow up and the lady said someone would call me back. That never happened. Maybe once you get them to respond and do the work it s good.First impression trying to get an online quote or anyone to call me back has been terrible.

Have used Ed's more than once. Never a problem that they couldn't handle. Repair quality is excellent. It helps that they are a preferred repair shop for State Farm, so everything goes smoothly as far as paperwork and approvals.

First time my car had to get collision work done and unfortunately the most of front needed to be replaced on my car as well as some sensors recalibrated.Very happy with the work that was done to my vehicle over at Ed s. Ed's Collision is hands down the best place for car repairs!!! I will never take my car anywhere else. The repairs in my car were perfect. They have great customer service. Even the ladies who are in the office took care of everything for me, even my rental car from enterprise!!! Love this place!!!

Excellent! My car looks great! They even detailed it for me! I could not be happier! My car isn t the most expensive on the market, but I work hard at nearly minimum wage. I had a hefty deductible and their loaner car made things possible. Top quality work. They kept me informed and were professional. This is the second time I've had a vehicle repaired at Ed's. I got two estimates this time and not only was the other place thousands higher they were rude and condescending. Besides a small issue where I discovered they failed to reconnect my rear brake lights overall I can honestly say I am surprised and delighted with my repair. Not only did they handle the repairs and the paperwork with the insurer but I found they had cleaned my entire car AND gave me a pizza cutter. Some mere mortals may supply a pen or air fresher but never have I been given a pizza cutter as a parting gift. Thanks Eds

Amazing! Was done quickly, and they made the car look showroom new. I love my car, so glad it came back looking so sharp! Can't wait for summer so I can put the top down.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. I had to get my car fixed twice in a week as right when they gave it back to me two days later somebody hit me from behind when I was parked. From dropping off my car to the rental car company being at Ed's collision waiting for me was all completely seamless, perfect repairs, great customer service (I mean top notch), but above all the entire experience was perfect each time I was at Ed's. I would go nowhere else to ever get my car fixed again because why would you want to go with anyone else when the service was so perfect and exceptional in every single area. As far as the repairs absolutely perfect you cannot tell where the new paint is from the old paint you can't tell any other damage it looks like just the day I bought it from the car dealers lot. Took a car to Ed's after an incident with a deer. Getting the quote was super quick! The repairs were completed before they promised. The work is impeccable....can't even tell there is anything new on the car! They washed and vacuumed the car, which was a great surprise! Easy to work between Eds and our insurance. They made the process very easy and I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to anyone!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience with Ed's! Andrea was great to work with, she kept me in the loop, and worked with insurance to get supplementals approved. I got my Jeep back and it looked good as new! Thank you to the team there for taking good care of my vehicle!
